  • DigiMash - DigiBoil 65L and Mash Upgrade Kit - 220V DigiMash - DigiBoil 65L and Mash Upgrade Kit - 220V

    DigiMash Electric Brewing System | Gen 2 DigiBoil | 65L | 17.1G | 220V

    7 reviews

The Gen 2 DigiBoil features two distinct updates that are not currently pictured in the primary images. The stainless steel lid has been upgraded to a glass lid, allowing you to observe and monitor boil activity. The rubber feet have been replaced with a plastic base that provides improved stability and slightly raises the unit for better ground clearance. Updated images coming soon. The most affordable all-in-one automated all-grain brewing system! Mash grains and boil wort in a single vessel DigiBoil electric kettle automatically maintains mash temperatures with the digital controller Triple heating elements combine for 3500W of power Also available with optional Recirculation Pump Kit! The DigiMash system represents the best value in electric all-grain brewing you'll find. With a 17-gallon DigiBoil electric kettle and the DigiMash stainless steel mashing accessory pack included, this is by far the most affordable way to get into electric all-grain brewing at the 10-gallon batch level. It may not have all the bells and whistles of the BrewZilla, but it does have everything you need to mash and boil all in one unit. Setting up and using the DigiMash couldn't be easier. Simply place the false bottom inside the kettle and install the malt pipe, fill with water and heat to your desired strike temperature, then add your grain and set your desired mash temperature on the digital controller. Once your mash is complete, lift up the malt pipe, drain the wort and sparge, then remove the malt pipe and proceed to boil. If you're deciding between the DigiMash and the BrewZilla, there are a couple of key differences worth noting. One of our favorite features of the BrewZilla is the programmable mash steps and delayed start, which the DigiMash does not have. You can still step mash by simply raising the temperature manually on the controller, but the automatic steps are a convenient feature if you want to set it and forget it. The other major difference between the two systems is that the BrewZilla features a built-in pump for recirculating the mash. Recirculation is a great way to improve mash efficiency, but it is far from required for a successful brew day. Using an external pump with the DigiMash is also an option, and one can be integrated for mash recirculation quite easily. Simply connect the ball valve to the inlet of your pump, and then connect the outlet of the pump to our Sparge Arm Assembly. This model comes with the 65L DigiBoil, which has three built-in heating elements that run off a 220V plug. The elements are 2000w, 1000w and 500w for a combined 3500 watts! The elements can be individually controlled, allowing you to use a single element to gently hold temperatures, or engage all three elements to quickly go from steeping temp to boiling. Temperatures are set and automatically maintained through the digital control panel. Simply set your desired temperature and flip on the heating element(s). Integrated stainless ball valve comes with a 13mm barb (approx. 1/2"). The barb can be removed to attach fittings with 1/2" FPT, such as our female threaded quick disconnect. DigiBoil Features: 304 stainless steel construction 17 gallon total capacity Digital temperature control 220V / 20A power NEMA 6-30R plug (4.5 ft. cord) Triple heating element control (2000w, 1000w and 500w) Heating elements are concealed for easy cleaning 304 stainless steel 1/2" ball valve with 13mm barb (approx. 1/2") Stamped-in volume markers (gallons & liters) Glass lid Temperature reads in °F or °C With elements turned off, hold both the +/- buttons to switch between °F or °C External Dimensions: 29" H x 19.5" W (including handles) Internal Dimensions: 20.25" H x 15.75" W ETL Listed DigiMash Upgrade Includes: False bottom Malt pipe Wire support Malt pipe handle Malt pipe bottom screen NOTE: Due to the size of this item, it is not eligible for international shipping.

  • Dry Malolactic Wine Bacteria - Enoferm Alpha - PLACEHOLDER

Lallemand | Enoferm Alpha™ | Dry Malolactic Bacteria

    10 reviews

Enoferm Alpha will ferment at lower temperatures and at lower pH levels compared to older Viniflora strains of Oenococcus Oeni Alpha was selected as dominant strain that has the capcity to achieve reliable MLF and improve wine complexity This strain will help contribute to mouthfeel while lowering the perception of green and vegetative flavors Lallemand Oenology specializes in the development, production, and marketing of top-grade yeast and bacteria This was the first improved ML strain that we carried and still the most popular. When compared with the older Viniflora strains of Oenococcus Oeni, Enoferm Alpha (which is a different strain of Oenoccoccus Oeni) will ferment at lower temperatures and at lower pH levels. This means it is superior for both red and white wines and can be added later in the wine making process than the Viniflora strain, with the ideal time being right after the completion of primary fermentation. In addition to good performance in harsh conditions, Enoferm Alpha was preferred in blind tastings over the older Viniflora strain for its clean and fruity aromas, a decrease of vegetative and herbaceous notes and increased mouth-feel. Now we are selling multiple strains of improved ML bacteria including Beta, VP41, 31, and Baccus, giving you lots great bugs to choose from. Alpha was selected as dominant strain that has the capcity to achieve reliable MLF and improve wine complexity. Alpha will help contribute to mouthfeel while lowering the perception of green and vegetative flavors. Its low production of biogenic amines respects health concerns. For more information about ML Bacteria, please see MoreWine!'s Guide to Malolactic Fermentation. 2.5 g: good for 66 gallons 25 g: good for 660 gallons Alcohol tolerance: <15.5% v/v. SO2 tolerance: <50 ppm pH: >3.2 Temperature: >57°F You can't store malolactic bacteria once the package has been opened. Note: Malolactic bacteria added during the ferment will compete with the yeast for nutrients and are atagonistic to yeast, potentially causing higher VA levels. The best time to add an ML culture is after racking off the gross lees.

  • BrewZilla - Gen 4 - High Temperature Magnetic Drive Pump 25 watts (220-240v) - Replacement for 65L / 100L BrewZilla - Gen 4 - High Temperature Magnetic Drive Pump 25 watts (220-240v) - Replacement for 65L / 100L

    BrewZilla | High Temperature Magnetic Drive Pump | 25 Watt | Replacement Pump for 65L & 100L | Gen 4 | 220V

This pump does not have a plug. It comes with the appropriate connectors to wire it to the BrewZilla's circuit board. For a brewery pump with similar performance, please see the MKII Pump. This pump now comes standard on the 65L BrewZilla, but if you have an older Gen 4 model with the original 6W pump, you can upgrade to this more powerful unit. The Green Demon This pump comes standard with the 100L BrewZilla Gen 4 and the upgraded 65L BrewZilla Gen 4.1. To upgrade older 65L BrewZilla Gen 4 models with the smaller pump, you will need to perform some light electrical terminal rewiring. This pump comes fitted with blade and circle connectors to swap out the standard 6W pump. You will need to re-use the grommet fitting so be gentle when taking it off the 6W pump. Standard Configuration – No additional fittings/hoses required This configuration is a direct swap out of the 6w pump to the 25w pump. Utilizing the tee splitter and the original hosing that comes with the 65L Gen 4 BrewZilla. It does help a little bit if you use the outlet elbow piece on the inlet, and vice versa as the 25w pump is slightly taller than the 6w stock standard pump. Alternative Configuration – Oli's Hail Mary For this method you will need about 6.5" of 1/2" ID hosing, preferably braided silicone. You cannot use normal silicone hosing for this. This method does not use the tee piece or ball valve. It solely relies on the bigger 25W pump to do all of the transferring and recirculating needs. Please see product photos for configuration types. Specifications: Voltage: 220-240V at 50-60hz Max Head: 11.1 ft Max Flow: 5 gal Wiring: Fork and Ring Connectors fitted with insulation sheath Fittings: 1/2" (13 mm) barbs NOTE: Like almost all centrifugal pumps, do not run this pump dry. Origin: Tanzania (various regions) Altitude: Typically 1500-2000 meters Varietal: Bourbon, Kent, Arusha Process: Wet Processed (Washed), Peaberry Selection   Key points about Tanzania Peaberry and Wet Processing: Peaberry beans are a unique phenomenon where only one round bean develops inside the coffee cherry, rather than the usual two flat-sided beans. Peaberries are often believed to have a more concentrated flavor due to their single, round shape. Wet processing ensures a clean cup, highlighting the bright acidity and elegant fruit notes characteristic of Tanzanian coffees. Tanzanian coffees are well known for their balanced flavor profiles.

  • Oak Cubes - French (Heavy Toast) - PLACEHOLDER

French Oak Cubes (Stavin) - Heavy Toast

    5 reviews

Premium, Fire-Toasted Oak Cubes from Stavin Heavy Toast French Oak will impart flavors of campfire, char & roasted coffee, with hints of vanilla, cinnamon and chocolate. These fire-toasted oak cubes are as close as you can come to the full range of flavors you would get from aging your beer in a full sized barrel, unlike convection-toased cubes.  The difference is that convection toasted cubes are made by cutting the stave to size, then passing the small cubes through a toasting chamber. Stavin fire-toasts their staves whole, just like they would when making a barrel, and then cuts them down to size. The result is a gradation of toasting from the surface through to the center of the cube, where each different toast level represents a different flavor set that the oak will give your beer. The result is a much more complex and natural profile; by comparison convection toasted cubes taste one dimensional. Oak cubes also release their flavor into your beer more slowly than chips, giving you more control over the final degree of impact in your beer. You should plan on an extended aging period of 1-6 months when using cubes. This longer contact time again promotes flavor complexity by allowing all the flavors of the oak and your beer to marry. Recommended Dosage is 2 oz per 5 gallons for impact equivalent to aging in a brand new oak barrel.

  • KegLand Core 360 Mini CO2 Regulator KegLand Core 360 Mini CO2 Regulator

KegLand Core 360 Mini CO2 Regulator | Interchangeable Gas Outlet | Swappable Pressure Gauge | SodaStream Compatible

    12 reviews

Unique Core Puncturing / Actuator results in zero gas lost from screwing in CO2 cartridges Interchangeable ball lock disconnect orientations. 45° for plastic QDs or 90° for stainless QDs 6.5mm Duotight compatible hose barb Swappable mini pressure gauge remains well protected within solid cast brass regulator body Corny-style 65psi Green PRV for added safety and manual depressurizing Switch from 16g to 74g CO2 cartridges with an adapter fitting The new Core 360 Mini CO2 Regulator from KegLand represents a huge jump forward in the mini regulator market. After much feedback on how to make mini regulators more compact, sturdy and efficient, the brilliant engineers at KegLand have come up with this mini-beast. The analog gauge is removable and can be swapped out with a gauge of a different pressure range or it can be swapped out for the Digital Mini Pressure Gauge. Heavy Duty Construction Starting with the body of the regulator, this unit is made from chrome-plated solid cast brass which means it will stand up to quite a bit of abuse. Unlike most mini regulators, the pressure gauge on the Core 360 is safely recessed in the regulator body, so if you ever drop it there is little chance that you'll damage the gauge. What's more, the gauge is removable, so you can swap it out with another mini gauge with a pressure range that better suits your application. Unique Cartridge Connection What really sets this unit apart from other mini regulators is the way in which you insert a CO2 cartridge. A common complaint with these types of regulators is that you can lose a lot of gas from the cartridge just from threading it into the regulator. There's that brief period where the cartridge has been punctured but you haven't fully threaded it into the regulator to form a seal. If you're not quick enough, this can result in a significant amount of lost gas. The Core 360 has a unique design feature where inserting the cartridge is a 2-step process. First you fully thread in the cartridge so it forms a seal before it's opened, and then you screw down the actuator pin to release gas into the regulator. Simple and effective. Furthermore, the Core 360 Mini Regulator is designed to be compatible with both 16g and 74g cartridges. Out of the box it will be ready to accept 16-gram 3/8"-24 UNF threaded cartridges. But with a simple adapter you can switch to 74-gram 5/8"-18 UNF threaded cartridges. Interchangeable Gas Outlet Another feature we haven't seen before on a mini regulator is the interchangeable gas outlet. You can use the swivel nut connection to directly attach the regulator to a flare ball lock disconnect, or you can swap to the 6.5mm Duotight-compatible barb and connect draft tubing. This is a great option if you want to dispense a commercial keg without the need of a ball lock to sanke coupler adapter. The regulator also has two outlet options at either a 45° or 90° angle which makes this the ideal mini regulator regardless of whether you use plastic or stainless steel ball lock disconnects. SodaStream Compatible If you remove the 16g cartridge bushing, you'll find TR21-4 female threads for use with SodaStream gas cylinders. These can be a great option for mobile dispensing as they provide much more gas than a CO2 cartridge and are more easily transported than a full CO2 tank. Includes: KegLand Core 360 Mini Regulator 6.5mm Duotight-compatible hose barb Female Flare Fitting for MFL Disconnects Port end cap 65psi Green PRV SodaStream to 16g thread bushing KegLand Part Number: KL20404 Warning: Do not overtighten onto your cylinder. It is recommended that you use a spanner to hold the neck of your SodaStream cylinder while attaching and detaching the Mini 360 Core Actuator Regulator. • CellarScience - LiquiBody - PLACEHOLDER CellarScience - LiquiBody - PLACEHOLDER

CellarScience® LiquiBody | Liquid Gum Arabic | Adds Perceived Sweetness and Mouthfeel | Helps Lock In Color

Adds mouthfeel and body to wines, seltzers, ciders, etc. Adds perceived sweetness without the concerns of adding residual sugar Helps lock in color by keeping anthocyanins in suspension in red wines Reduces the formation of tartrate crystals in white wine Makes bubbles in sparkling wine rise slower enhancing the appearance LiquiBody by CellarScience is a specialized, pre-liquefied Gum Arabic preparation that adds body and perceived sweetness while stabilizing color and smoothing tannic astringency. LiquiBody is made from high molecular weight polysaccharides which adds the perception of sweetness without having to stabilize residual sugar in your wine. The ability to add body and a little perceived sweetness has many applications. LiquiBody helps keep anthocyanin color compounds in solution, preventing them from precipitating out in the bottle. It is also particularly useful to help keep tartrates in solution when cold stabilization of white wine is not possible.  Popular Uses LiquiBody works really well in hard seltzers to add body and a slight sweetness. LiquiBody is added to sparkling wines to improve mouthfeel while increasing the appearance and fineness of the bubbles. Add perceived sweetness to any wine in your lineup to appeal to a larger portion of the population.  Filtering Add after rough filtration is finished and before or after sterile filtration. LiquiBody is suitable for use with a sterile membrane filter if your wine is very clean and you have prefiltered. If your wine is not prefiltered, and you already suspect you may have issues with sterile filtration, do not use LiquiBody. Dosage: LiquiBody is stabilized with potassium bisulfite which will add less than 1 ppm of SO2 into your final wine. Use: Add 0.75 to 5 mL per gallon. Perform bench trials to determine optimal usage or start with a dosage of 2 mL per gallon and adjust as needed on future batches. Works best at a temperature range between 50-68ºF and a pH of 4 to 5.5. Additional Notes: Once opened, partial bottles of LiquiBody should be refrigerated and used within 30 days. If a container is left open for longer than the suggested use, you can add 1000 ppm of SO2 to extend its life span.

  • Filter Sheets - 20 cm x 20 cm (5-7 Micron) - PLACEHOLDER

    Seitz Filter Sheets | 20 cm x 20 cm | 5-7 Micron

20cm x 20cm filter pads made for 20x20 plate filters. 5-7 micron pads are considered to be a "rough" filtration and are typically used to prepare the wine to be filtered by finer pads, usually either 2-3 micron or 1.5 micron depending on the winemaker's tastes and objectives. Please note that all pad filters are rated 'nominal', meaning that about 90-95% of all particulate matter at the micron rating will be filtered out. There will always be a little bit of smaller material that is also filtered out, as well as some larger material that will make it through. The filters can be sterilized by in-line steam, auto-claving, dry heat, hot water or chemical methods. We choose to run Saniclean (CL27) solution through the pads followed by sterile water or a small amount of wine that is then discarded. After the solution is run through the pads, and the pads have softened, the filter will need to be re-tightened. Each pad has an entry side and an exit side, distinguishable by their different textures. The entry side is a billowy type texture, frequently called the "rough" side; and the exit side has a crosshatch pattern and is commonly called the "smooth" side. For more information on how to load filter sheets into your plate and frame filter, see our Guide to Plate Filtering. Seitz K700 20cm x 20cm 5-7 Micron

Neapolitan Stout | 5 Gallon Beer Recipe Kit | Extract

    5 reviews

Our Neapolitan Stout is flavored with cacao nibs, vanilla beans, and natural strawberry flavorings Includes a single addition of Columbus hops Estimated ABV: 6.2% Estimated IBUs: 46 Makes 5 gallons of finished beer I scream, you scream, we all scream for...BEER!?   When discussions of a flavored stout kit came about, everyone had their own opinion.  "I think we could use a chocolate stout".  "A vanilla stout would be more unique".  "If we're going for unique, let's make a strawberry stout!".  After not being able to agree on one of the three, it hit one of us.  Combine them all to create an old school classic: Neapolitan! In this kit, we include 4 oz of our Tcho cacao nibs, 4 oz of our natural strawberry flavoring, and 3 vanilla beans.  The result is an incredible flavor that will have you and your friends craving something new for dessert: The MoreBeer! Neapolitan Stout!   If you want to take this to a whole new level though, combine this beer with some ice cream to make a neapolitan float! Makes 5 gallons Estimated Original Gravity: 1.060-65 SRM (Color Range): 26-28 IBUs: 46 Estimated Alcohol Percentage: 6.2%   Our recipe kits DO NOT include grain bags, yeast or priming sugar. To find our yeast recommendations, choose your preferred kit option above and then select the drop-down menu under “Yeast Options”.  For more info, click on the recommended yeast(s) below in the “You Might Also Need” section below. All included steeping grains will come milled.     Liquid Malt Extract (LME) vs. Dried Malt Extract (DME) MoreBeer! recipe kits are offered in both Liquid Malt Extract and Dry Malt Extract so that our customers can choose the format that best suits their needs and brewing style. LME is a viscous liquid, similar in consistency to maple syrup. In addition to being the more affordable option, many brewers find LME easier to handle than dry extract. DME is more condensed and comes in a powder format that is similar to baking flour. Although it’s a little more costly, DME is naturally lighter in color and stays fresher for longer. We highly recommend DME when brewing light colored beers.

  • Dry Wine Yeast - MT - PLACEHOLDER Dry Wine Yeast - MT - PLACEHOLDER

    MT Dry Wine Yeast

    2 reviews

MT was selected in Saint Emilion by the ITV Bordeaux and Martin Vialatte Oenologie in collaboration with the INRA Montpellier for its' ability to enhance varietal fruit and floral aromas, along with strawberry jam, caramel, and spice notes. Although highly recommended for Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, MT also does well in most red programs where a "soft, fresh bowl of berries" element is needed/desired either by itself or as part of a blend. Wines made with MT show good colour stability along with enhanced tannic structure and rich mouthfeel, making MT an ideal compliment to winemaking styles destined for aging. Although MT's fermentation kinetics are steady and its' alcohol tolerance is fairly high, it will still benefit from a balanced nutrient strategy, especially in musts with low available nitrogen and a high potential alcohol. Best results from 59 to 90 degrees F, with an alcohol tolerance to 15%. Download the PDF Download the PDF

    GRE Dry Wine Yeast

    2 reviews

For easy-to-drink Rhone style wines. This versatile strain is suitable for reds, roses and whites. In red wines, it contributes up front fruit to easy-to-drink Rhone style wines, often with a nice spicy quality if present in the fruit. ICV-GRE can also be effectively used with short skin contact regimes (3 to 5 days) to reduce vegetal and undesirable sulfur components in varietals like Merlot, Cabernet, Grenache and Syrah. In addition to bringing fresh, ripe fruit qualities, ICV-GRE also helps to enhance the mouthfeel of a wine. While it may not be a powerhouse in itself, this yeast truly excels at being able to keep a red wine blend from potentially becoming too heavy and pedestrian. When used in fruit focused whites like Chenin blanc, Riesling, and Viognier, ICV-GRE results in stable fresh fruit characteristics and delivers a big fore-mouth impact. Alcohol tolerant to 15%, best results from 59 to 82 degrees F. Download the PDF Download the PDF

White Labs Yeast | WLP008 East Coast Ale | Beer Yeast | PurePitch® Next Generation | Industry Leading Viability | 150 Billion Cells

WLP008 is a popular choice for use in East Coast IPAs, NEIPAs, Hazy/Juicy ales, and the like Cleaner and crisper than the typical hazy strain, leaving some mouthfeel and residual sweetness to balance hop bitterness Ideal for high gravity ales, American and English hoppy beers, as well as malty ambers, porters, and brown ales PurePitch® Next Generation offers a precise cell count across all strains so you can calculate the exact pitch rate you need for every batch Scan the barcode on the back of the package and enter your wort stats into the Pitch Rate Calculator White Labs Yeast has been producing high-quality brewer's yeast since 1995 and continues to raise the bar in the art of fermentation Don't need a full package? Put the lid back on and store in the refrigerator for your next batch! WLP008 East Coast Ale Yeast, AKA “Brewer Patriot” strain, can be used to reproduce many American versions of classic beer styles but has been gaining popularity for its use in East Coast IPAs. Its neutral character similar to WLP001, offers less attenuation asn will not accentuate hop bitterness as much and offers a hit tartness in your beer. Very clean with low esters. White Labs reccomends this yeast strain for golden, blonde, honey, and pales ales and German alt style ales. PurePitch® Next Generation—now with more yeast, get a foolproof fermentation without a starter! Just twist the cap & pitch! Why PurePitch Next Gen versus other options? Typically yeast manufacturers use a range for how many yeast cells are going into each package. This can vary widely, especially from strain to strain. Next Gen offers a far more precise cell count across all strains allowing you to use the Whitelabs exclusive pitch calculator. Simply scan the barcode on the back of each package to be taken to their online calculator. Enter the volume, strength, and pitching temperature of the wort you are fermenting and the calculator tells you exactly how much yeast to pitch. You will be fermenting like a professional brewer, using the same concentration of yeast every time and enjoying more consistent results. Don't need a full package? Put the lid back on and store in the refrigerator for your next batch. Whitelabs has also increased the viability (the number of living cells in the package) over the shelf life of the yeast. Next Gen strains are grown in their unique, small-batch reactors to assure freshness and then packaged in a special film that allows for off-gassing, assuring that their viability is absolutely industry leading. Attenuation: 70-75% Flocculation: Low to Medium Alcohol Tolerance: 5-10% ABV Optimum Fermentation Temp: 68-73°F Cell Count: 150 Billion For best results we always recommend ordering an ice pack with your liquid yeast. Please Note: When choosing an ice pack option beware that the liquid yeast will not arrive cold even when shipped together. Ice packs and insulated mailing options are designed to keep the yeast colder for longer during shipment, but they will not ensure that your yeast arrives cold. We will not replace liquid yeast that arrives warm. During warmer months we strongly recommend you choose dry yeast.

  • Cryo Hops - Cashmere - PLACEHOLDER

    Cashmere | Cryo Hops®

Often used as an aroma addition during whirlpool or dry hopping for Hazys, IPAs, Pale Ales, or Hoppy Lagers Aroma Profile: Berry, Grapefruit, Grassy, Herbal, Stone Fruit Alpha Acids: 10.0 – 18.0% Cryo Hop® Hop Pellets Higher AA and nearly twice the resin content of traditional T-90 hop pellets Increase yield by reducing vegetal matter in your brewhouse and fermenter Cryo Hops® provide brewers with the ability to get gigantic hop character while reducing astringent and unpleasant vegetal flavors. With a substantially higher oil and resin content, LupuLN2 powder offers up all the flavor and aroma of a heavily hopped beer, but with a significanly reduced grassy character. Additionally, the lower dosage rate of the concentrated powder reduces the volume of trub and therefore, kettle loss. Using Cryo Hops® you will net more beer that is clearer! Typical usage of Cryo Hops® would be roughly 50% of pellets. LupuLN2 powder can be used in any application where traditional hop products are utilized, including: Bittering, Kettle, Whirlpool and even direct to the fermentor.  It is suggested that you use Cryo Hops® as late additions, in the whirlpool or dry hop, as the volatile aromatic compounds will be driven off if added early in the boil. Cryo Hops® are an innovative hop product that is made by separating the lupulin from the hop flower using cryogenic processing. The result is a product with twice the potency of T90 pellets, with reduced astringency and vegetative material. Note: These hops come pelletized. The powder is compressed into pellet form to make handling easier.
