“My only feedback is that the Imperial yeast I ordered was over three months old from the date on the package. I don’t worry about it too much because I always do starters for my beers but that’s getting beyond the recommended use date from Imperial yeast. Please pay closer attention to the yeast package dates and either don’t sell yeast packs with potentially very low viability or at the very least offer those packages at a reduced price. Thank you.”
