“I ordered a 5 gallon brew kit with extras and entered in an APO address so shipping would be a little cheaper. Terry, a customer service representative, contacted shortly after ordering to inform me that the shipping department was having trouble with my address. We tried a few different ways to make the address work, but it still wasn't taking it. The only thing that would work was using a non APO address, but I knew that it would increase the shipping. Terry said he would ship it to the new address at no additional charge! Excellent customer service and communication through the whole process!
