Every item I have ordered has been packed amazingly well and always the same day (or next if I order late at night). Also the whole deal with FedEx costs, how could I not be happy. Paying ground shipping prices and getting next day delivery. The only issue I've encountered with MoreBeer was with an item (a cornelius keg) not getting packed with one of my orders. A quick call (ignoring the 20 minutes on hold) to the customer support department and my problem was solved. Next day a package arrived with the missing item.
