“I roast coffee once a week; there's really nothing like the smell of coffee roasting, especially as the beans reach the first crack. Ethiopia Sidama Hantate is my favorite bean; I've learned that for my taste, this bean's flavor is perfect if I stop the roast right after the first crack is done. Amazing flavors!”
