Speidel FermentEgg Plastic Fermenter | Stainless Steel Valves | 250L | 66 gal

Traditional design meets modern technology and materials Oval design allows for unhindered convection currents during fermenation Supports constant circulation—eliminating hot spots and leading to faster fermentations Smooth interior surface makes cleaning quick & easy Made in Germany by Speidel  The Fermentegg represents a new take on one of the oldest vessel shapes for winemaking. Oval vessels have been used to ferment and store wine for thousands of years, however Speidel's Fermentegg brings this concept to modern times with a lightweight yet heavy duty, food-safe polyethylene construction. The egg shaped vessel results in convection currents during fermentation, unhindered by corners or edges. This movement results in your beer or wine constantly circulating, with an end result of a more complex, yet unified product. Fermentations will generally complete quicker due to the motion of the product, and hot spots will be eliminated as the product remains at a homogenous temperature. Can be used to ferment wine, beer or even cider! Speidel has become known as a forward moving company in fermentation equipment and following in the foot steps of the Speidel Plastic Fermenter, the egg is very easy to clean because of it's smooth inside surface. Specifications: Height: 120 cm Width: 76 cm Lid has a 38 mm hole which can be utilized for use with the Speidel Red Rubber Stopper and Airlock Includes 2 x 1" Male BSPP stainless steel ball valves (H632B recommended for adapting)   Please Note: these vessels are recommended for primary fermentation and short term aging only. • Sale -11% KOMOS® Deluxe Kegerator | Stainless Steel Exterior | Digital Thermostat | Casters | Regulator | Fits 1 Half Barrel Keg or 4 Corny Kegs | No Tower - Return KOMOS® Deluxe Kegerator | Stainless Steel Exterior | Digital Thermostat | Casters | Regulator | Fits 1 Half Barrel Keg or 4 Corny Kegs | No Tower - Return

KOMOS® Deluxe Kegerator | Stainless Steel Exterior | Digital Thermostat | Casters | Regulator | Fits 1 Half Barrel Keg or 4 Corny Kegs | No Tower - Return

The KOMOS Deluxe Kegerator model boasts the same features as the standard model with an eye-catching stainless steel extrerior and upgraded stainless steel drip tray. The interior is designed to fit up to four 5-gallon ball lock kegs at one time. This unit represents an amazing value in home draft dispensing. It features a digital controller, stainless door and exterior, aluminum floor, rolling casters, robust KOMOS CO2 regulator, and more. This version does not include a tower kit. Great as a fermenation refrigerator or as a unit that can be built-in when adequate ventilation is an option. Approximately 4" of space on each side of the kegerator is required to allow the unit enough air. The tower is then mounted to the countertop and often a pvc collar or foam insulation is placed between the kegerator and the counter. This can also be done with any of our regular kegerators by removing the tower from the unit and mounting it on the counter. The most eye-catching difference between this unit and the previous model is definitely the capacity. This is the first kegerator we have offered that can fit up to four 5-gallon homebrew kegs at one time, and that’s all thanks to the redesigned interior. Most kegerators position the compressor on the right or left side of the inside floor, making one side shallower than the other. The KOMOS kegerator positions the compressor in the middle so both sides of the interior have an equal depth. This seemingly small detail allows the unit to hold up to four 5-gallon Slimline Torpedo or Ball Lock Corny kegs. Dual gas line inlets are absolutely clutch if you want to serve beverages at two different pressures or use two different types of gas. The previous model had one inlet that was only wide enough for a single line to pass through. Now both inlets are just over 3/4" in diameter and feature PCO 1881 threads. This threading allows you to use the plastic Carbonation Ball Lock Cap (FE13) as a quick connect option for your gas lines. Improvements to the condenser, evaporator, and insulation means the KOMOS kegerator is more efficient than ever before. It also features a redesigned internal fan for improved air circulation, pulling cold air from below the evaporator and blowing it back over the top of your kegs and up into the tower to chill your draft lines. Extra Wide Temperature Range is Perfect for Homebrewers The KOMOS kegerator is tailored to a homebrewer's needs. Take, for example, the extended range digital controller with an adjustable temperature range from 26 - 82°F. This allows homebrewers to use as fermentation chamber and is something that other kegerators don't do. Although the unit does not provide heating, the extended range allows you to program the internal temperature at say an ale fermentation temp of 68°F and will provide cooling whenever the temp rises above that set point. With the insulation provided by the kegerator, heating should rarely be needed, but you can always place a low wattage heat wrap inside the unit if ever needed. The digital controller always displays the temperature and is easily adjusted from the front of the kegerator with the door closed. It's pretty nice. Added Features One of the unique features on a kegerator in this price range is the tower fan, which blows cold air up into your tower to reduce foaming issues. They also come standard with the KOMOS dual gauge CO2 regulator, which is super beefy and consistent in delivering accurate pressures. Most Chinese-made regulators experience creep where the pressure increases over time. The KOMOS regulator is by far the best CO2 regulator we have seen made in China. The countertop drip tray couldn't be easier to keep clean. Built-in drip trays look cool, but they're a pain to keep clean. Before long they get pretty disgusting with dried, spilled beer -- attracting fruit flies and becoming a haven for mold and bacteria to grow. They'll often overflow the reservoir inside the kegerator causing a huge mess. Our kegerator's tray is designed to be removed and easily washed. Best Value & Backed by MoreBeer! We've looked around, and when you factor in fast and free shipping, you are getting the very best value on a kegerator in the USA. Plus you're getting MoreBeer! service if something happens in shipment. We double box the unit with foam pads and have very little shipping damage. However, it will be delivered via Fed-Ex ground so damage is possible. If your unit arrives damaged just call us up and we will work with you to take care of it. • Sale -30% Ss BrewTech - eBrewing - 3V System - 10 gal Ss BrewTech - eBrewing - 3V System - 10 gal

    Ss BrewTech eBrewing | 3V System | 10 gal

TWO - 240VAC 30AMP GFCI Dedicated Circuits Required Designing every piece of our electric brewing equipment from scratch has enabled us to introduce a new level of process control, flexibility, and performance.  Every detail has been carefully thought through and refined. Beginning with control, our eControllers include a fully proportional PID output, which doesn't rely on SSR's or high speed switching to modulate heat.  Instead, voltage is modulated, this means element wattage is proportional, and can be fine-tuned from 0-100% for holding temps steady during a mash rest, or dialing in a perfect rolling boil.  The eController quickly finds equilibrium with environmental heat loss characteristics, and can maintain a high degree of accuracy. Next, we thought about the best way to maintain a high level of flexibility.  One such method was using a common interconnect throughout our line of eControllers and eKettles, in an attempt to minimize proprietary connectors, and leverage trusted UL approved connector types.  The modularity of our eBrewing system allows a user to splice an HLT or Boil Kettle into their system for instance, without having to purchase an entirely new 3 vessel brewhouse. In addition, flexibility is realized through the use of our custom-designed element and eKettle element port, which allows for easy removal of the element for cleaning.  In addition, we didn't settle for a common, off the shelf straight or ripple element.  Instead, we designed a low watt density halo element, specifically sized to the corresponding kettle volume.  This design is better suited to distributing heat evenly throughout the kettle, in addition to fostering an effective whirlpool and trub cone formation.  Crafted from Incoloy 800 alloy, our element carries a higher resistance to heat and oxidation than standard stainless.  Lastly, performance is deeply important to everything we design. We sized the element and controller in both 10 and 20 gallon sizes to maximize a standard 240 VAC, 30 amp residential circuit.  As a result ramp times are quick, which work to shorten the brew day. We also wanted to blend some of our latest product enhancements alongside some of our classic tech. So we decided on a kettle with fully welded TC fittings, alongside our venerable trub dam, which is now paired with a TC ball valve.   Even small aesthetic details were not overlooked, such as a front to back handle orientation for a more compact horizontal brewhouse layout. Or integrating a PT100 temperature probe into the heating element base, which alleviates the need for a dedicated thermowell port.  For the 3V eBrewing system, we are combining an eController 3V along with a pair of eKettles (one as an HLT and one as a Boil Kettle) and an InfuSsion Mashtun paired with our RIMS. This system includes the following: eController 3V (2) eKettles with Elements InfuSsion Mash Tun RIMS All 304 Stainless eKettle with Fully welded TC Fittings 1.5" TC ball valve port with trub dam 1.5" TC accessory port 2" TC element port with proprietary element locknut system 5500 Watt Halo Heating Elements 3500 Watt RIMS Element Integrated PT100 temperature probe L6-30 connector molded into element base Anodized aluminum controller housing Omron PID controller with Proportional Control Auto and Manual mode switching (2) 120 VAC Accessory receptacles

Designing every piece of our electric brewing equipment from scratch has enabled us to introduce a new level of process control, flexibility, and performance.  Every detail has been carefully thought through and refined. Every component of our new eControllers were designed in house or selected to enhance the ebrewing experience.  Beginning with the custom extruded 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum housing, which is CNC machined, and then coated in a durable black anodized finish. Using this approach allowed us to keep the system compact, portable, and functional.  The housing includes an integrated carry handle for easy setup and take down, a tee-slot for alternative mounting options, along with a heatsink to keep the internal electrical components cool. The boil kettle output on the eController is driven by a fully proportional PID controller, which doesn't rely on high speed switching to modulate heat.  Instead, voltage is modulated through an internal SSVR, this means element wattage is proportional.  A switch located just above the PID allows the user to operate the controller in manual or automatic modes. In manual mode, the proportional output can be fine-tuned on a scale of 0-100% of total element output which is ideal for dialing in a perfect rolling boil.  Alternatively, in automatic mode, the PID algorithm manages the proportional output relative to process temperature, to hold a steady HLT or mash temp for instance.  The eController quickly finds equilibrium with environmental heat loss characteristics, and can maintain a high degree of accuracy during each brewing process. The heater button allows the user to cycle the element on or off without shutting down the power to the entire unit, or adjusting the PID output setting, which is especially helpful during the occasional boil-over. This feature also allows the controller to be used to monitor a process temperature, such as during runoff or latter stages of the sparge process without the risk of dry firing the element.  Lastly, the controller features two accessory outputs, which would commonly be used for pumps, but could also be used for a mill, lighting, or even a phone charger. Connectivity was an important consideration for our eControllers, we wanted the flexibility and familiarity of a plug that could be adapted to an existing customer supplied kettle or element, and the reliability of a UL approved connector type.  For 240VAC main power and element connectors, we settled on the common NEMA L6-30 standard, which is a 3-wire twist-lock plug type, capable of delivering 30 amps of current.   For the accessory connections, we settled on using a NEMA 5-15 standard, which is just a standard residential 120 VAC outlet.   Finally, for the PT100 temperature probes we opted for the 3.5 mm mini jack connector standard, commonly used for headphones, which is both durable and easy to use.
