  • Tapcooler - Counter Pressure Bottle Filler Tapcooler - Counter Pressure Bottle Filler

    Tapcooler Counter Pressure Bottle Filler

    27 reviews

The Tapcooler Counter Pressure Bottle Filler is an all-new, easy-to-use bottling device! Allows you to perfectly bottle beer from a forward-sealing beer faucet without CO2 loss Purge bottles and headspace with CO2 to keep oxygen out, prolonging the life of your beer Perfect for bottling for competitions, sending bottles home with friends, or to take on the go! Easy to setup and super easy clean. For a Duotight-compatible filler, check out the NukaTap Counter Pressure Bottle Filler The Tapcooler Counter Pressure Bottle Filler is the best way to quickly and easily fill bottles of homebrew directly from your draft system. No need to mess with alternate liquid lines or other complex contraptions. Just slide the Tapcooler into any forward sealing faucet (such as a Perlick, Intertap, or Nukatap) hook up a CO2 line, and you're ready to roll. Whether you're filling bottles for a competition or just grabbing a couple to share with your friends, the Tapcooler is quick and easy to use, and will help maintain the flavor, aroma, and carbonation level of your beer so it tastes the same out of the bottle as it would out of the tap. A counter pressure bottle filler is the best tool for bottling, as the bottle is under pressure while the carbonated beer flows in, which results in a minimal loss of the CO2 in solution. The Tapcooler improves upon the standard counter pressure filler, as it plugs directly into your draft faucet. Other counter pressure solutions require you to hook up a separate liquid line, which is not something standard draft systems have setup and requires additional time to prep. With the Tapcooler, you can have it setup and ready to go in less than a minute! The Tapcooler design is also advantageous because after you are done filling the bottle, it stays in place hooked up to your faucet while other fillers require you to set the unit aside and pick it back up again for the next bottle. Connecting your CO2 line is also a snap. You can either hook up directly with a 3/16" push-fit line, or connect your line to the included barb fitting. You can also purchase the gas ball lock adapter (KEG881), which gives you the ability to attach a gas-in disconnect directly to the filler unit. We highly recommend picking up this optional accessory! The Tapcooler is designed to fill beer and CO2 from the bottom of the bottle through the telescoping bottle connection tube. First CO2 flows down into the bottom of the bottle to flush from the bottom up. Next you open the tap and beer flows down the same tube, filling from the bottom up. The result is a more effective purging of oxygen and little to no foam during the filling process. The telescoping bottle connection tube allows you to fill bottles as small as 4.5" tall and up to 12.5" tall. You can fill taller bottles with the Tapcooler, but the tube will not reach the bottom of the bottle, which can lead to some splashing. When filling wide mouth containers, a bottle stopper of suitable size and with a 9 mm hole can be used as an adapter. The filler features a push button CO2 purge valve, which allows you to purge the bottle of oxygen before and after filling. It also includes an adjustable pressure relief valve, giving you the ability to change the filling speed. The pressure relief valve also acts as an overflow port for excess beer or foam to escape when filling. One of the best features of the Tapcooler is that it's super easy to clean. Cleaning other bottle fillers can be a chore and take lots of time. The Tapcooler comes apart easily and allows you to clean all parts effectively and easily after each use. All metal parts that come into contact with your beer are made from 304 stainless steel. The barb and ball lock CO2 adapters are made of aluminum. Finally, the Tapcooler comes chock full of optional accessories that will adapt your filler perfectly to your setup. See the "You Might Also Need" section below for list of accessories! Forward-Sealing Faucet Compatibility Tapcooler fits Intertap, Nukatap, Ultratap, Vent-Matic, and Perlick 600 series faucets. These fillers can be converted to fit Perlick 500 series with the optional tap connector (KEG887). Cannot be used with ventilated beer taps, i.e. non-forward sealing beer taps. Features: Hooks up directly to any forward sealing faucet for quick and easy use. Quick setup and easy maintenance. Perfect for bottling for competitions, sending bottles home with friends, or just to have some bottles on the go! A range of accessories are offered for more range and easier use! Purge bottles with CO2 before and after filling for longer lasting beer! Pressure relief valve allows for control over filling speed and allows excess foam to escape for the perfect pour every time! Made from 304 stainless steel Easy to use and clean!

  • Counter Pressure Bottle Filler

    Counter Pressure Bottle Filler

    67 reviews

The counter pressure bottle filler that sets the standard for filling beer bottles at home.  With a unique one way valve and adjustable pressure relief you will be bottling sediment free homebrew with ease.   If you currently carbonate and store your homebrew in kegs, you can use a counter pressure filler to bottle beer directly from your kegs. One huge advantage of this method is that since you are bottling already carbonated, clear beer, there will be no sediment at the bottom of your bottles. Counter pressure bottle filling is how a brewery bottles beer. The bottle is under pressure while the carbonated beer flows in. Because the interior of the bottle is pressurized there is minimal loss of the CO2 in solution. The opposite of filling under pressure is when you pour a beer into a pint glass where CO2 erupts out of solution creating all that foam. Great in your glass but not good when you are trying to bottle carbonated beer. Our counter pressure filler mimics a single filling head on a professional bottling line, a concept that we all know works very, very well. Made by Fermentap, the design has two unique features. Number 1 it is the only model made entirely from stainless steel. Number 2 you flush and fill from the bottom of the bottle. Beer barb is 3/16". Gas barb is 5/16". Features While some models flush the bottle from the top and fill from the bottom, our unit features a special valve that allows CO2 and beer to flow down the same stainless tube, directly to the bottom of the bottle. First CO2 flows down into the bottom of the bottle to flush from the bottom up. Next you switch the valve position and beer flows down the same tube, filling from the bottom up. The result is a more effective purging of oxygen and no foam during the filling process - not to mention that the whole thing takes one-hand to operate! Why hope that you flushed your bottle properly using a type of beer gun, when you can know for sure that you have created the best environment for your beer to be stored at by using a Counter Pressure Bottle Filler? More Details The unit is inserted into the bottle in the off position. The valve is then turned to CO2 to flush the bottle and then to beer for filling. The adjustable pressure relief on the side of the unit allows you control the speed of fill by adjusting the pressure in the bottle. The valve is positioned in such a way that it is easy to use with one hand, while the other holds the bottle. This model is designed for 12oz bottles but can easily be extended to accommodate larger bottles, such as 22oz, with a small piece of 1/4" tubing. Setting Your PSI Pressure Before you counter pressure fill a bottle make sure you are satisfied with the carbonation level and flavor. The goal for counter pressure bottle filling is to store your beer in the most sanitary and clean environment possible so when you get ready to share your homebrew its presentation is perfect when you go to pour. An ideal set point to set your PSI level on your regulator is 10-14 psi. This range is dependent upon the temperature of your beer and the carbonation level. We recommend you start at a lower pressure around 10psi for the first 2-3 bottles to make sure you get everything dialed in before committing to filling a whole case. Make sure your keg is always kept cold. If your keg warms up you will have foaming issues.

  • Deluxe Counter Pressure Bottle Filler

    Deluxe Counter Pressure Bottle Filler

    58 reviews

We think our Counter Pressure Bottle Filler is the best on the market, and the Deluxe Counter Pressure Filler takes a proven design to the next level by adding a pressure gauge for monitoring bottle pressure and flared connections for easy cleaning. The gauge on this counter pressure bottle filler allows you to know the pressure in your bottle, an incredibly handy feature. The flared connections allow for easy cleaning as you can connect on or disconnect your lines in a matter of seconds. Traditionally these lines can be difficult to sanitize because they were permanently connected with hose clamps. Still has all the great feature of our original All Stainless Construction (except for a brass backing on the pressure gauge) A true Counter Pressure Filler (for less foaming) Easy to use Stainless 3-way ball valve on top Adjustable Stainless pressure release on side Flushes bottle from the bottom not the top What is a Counter Pressure Filler? If you currently carbonate and store your homebrew in kegs, you can use a counter pressure filler to bottle beer directly from your kegs. • WilliamsWarn BrewBottler Gen 2 - Counter Pressure Bottle Filler WilliamsWarn BrewBottler Gen 2 - Counter Pressure Bottle Filler

WilliamsWarn BrewBottler Counter Pressure Bottle Filler

    10 reviews

The next generation WilliamsWarn BrewBottler. This counter-pressure bottle filler allows you to bottle from a ball lock homebrew keg without losing any carbonation. The BrewBottler can accommodate bottles up to approximately 330 mm (13") in height and 150 mm (5.9") in diameter. This allows a variety of bottle types to be used, including bottle sizes up to 3L (101 oz.). Filling Once the gas and beverage hoses are connected via the simple push-lock fittings on top of the valve, you just open the gas side for a few seconds to pressurize the bottle and purge air, close that and then open the beverage side to allow beverage to enter. With back-pressure in place, the beverage fills without foaming issues or carbonation loss. Pressure release and therefore fill flow rate are controlled by how open the variable pressure valve is set. A 500ml bottle (1 US pint) can be filled in 40 seconds and a full 5-gallon keg can be bottled in roughly 30 minutes. Since your beer was already carbonated before you bottled it, your bottled beer is ready to consume immediately! And thanks to the purging process, your beer will be exposed to less oxygen and will maintain its original flavor profile for longer. Keep some bottles on hand, send them to your next competition, or take them to a party to impress your buddies. For more details on the filling process, check out the Instructional Video below.

  • Micro Filling Systems 4 Head Counter Pressure Filler Micro Filling Systems 4 Head Counter Pressure Filler

Micro Filling Systems 4 Head Counter Pressure Bottle Filler

    7 reviews

Finally--a multi-head Counter Pressure filler at an affordable price point! The Micro Filling Systems 4 Head Counter Pressure Filler works similarly to any other counter pressure filling device out there, but with greater ease and at a fraction of the cost of a custom built manual system or the semi and fully automated systems. Designed with the single worker in mind, our system requires only the minimum amount of handling per bottle.   Unlike most other manual models where all the bottles are loaded at once and then the filling unit is clamped down on them before the filling process can begin, the Micro Filling Systems 4 Head Counter Pressure Filler allows the worker to load from the bottom and fill each bottle individually and immediately. This allows some bottles to be filling while others are being loaded, thus reducing down time as the worker no longer has to wait for all the bottles to be filled before pulling them off the system to be capped. This workflow dramatically increases the number of bottles you can fill per hour! The height of the filling heads is easily adjusted by loosening a knob on either side of the unit and moving it up or down to fit a variety of bottle sizes and even growlers. Please note that growlers will require a larger diameter bung--please measure your growler's mouth diameter and find the appropriate bung here.   Key Features 4 head manual counter pressure bottle filler with individual actuating stainless steel filler heads. 3 way stainless steel valves with purge, fill and off positions. Stainless steel pressure relief valves to fine tune filling rates. Easily removable stainless drip tray with barbed drain fitting for tube attachment. HDPE mounting points to allow unit to be clamped or bolted to any desired surface. Food grade liquid and gas lines with stainless fittings and tees.
