These Fan Control Kits contain the necessary hardware to upgrade your Kreyer MR210 to a temperature controlled unit. Without this system, your fan would constantly be on, cooling the room beyond your desired temperature. This system combines a temperature controller with a Solenoid valve, so that you can set a specific temperature for the room, which will be maintained automatically.
Includes:
1/2" Solenoid Valve
Filter for 1/2" Solenoid Valve
Tubing & hardware to connect fan unit to Solenoid Valve
Solenoid/Temperature Controller Connection Cable
Single Fan Temperature Controller
Plumbers Tape
This system assumes you already have a glycol chiller and fan unit, as well as all the plumbing. You will still need an electrician to complete the wiring of your system.

Vicant SBX provides comprehensive protection against beer oxidation by targeting key biochemical reactions that lead to flavor deterioration, haze, and color changes
This innovative anti-oxidant effectively inhibits LOX activity, chelates metal ions, and binds with thiol proteins to ensure superior organoleptic stability in packaged beer
Beyond flavor protection, Vicant SBX also prevents unwanted color development, improves wort filtration, and guards against haze formation, offering multiple benefits for beer quality
Vicant SBX is a new generation of highly effective, multi-component beer anti-oxidant designed to give maximum protection against the oxidative deterioration of beer in package. It is a beige powder which is soluble in water.
Principle:
Recent research has highlighted the importance of controlling oxidation during the initial stages of the brewing process as these reactions can result in oxidative deterioration in final packaged beer. An understanding of the biochemical reactions involved in the formation of the precursors of molecules involved in the oxidative deterioration (flavor, haze, color) of beer has allowed Lallemand Brewing scientists to formulate a new product that specifically targets the biochemical reactions that result in the production of these harmful precursors. Vicant SBX acts by:
Inhibiting LOX activity, minimizing the production of staling aldehydes
Chelating metal ions (Fe/Cu) which catalyze the production of reactive oxygen
species (ROS) so reducing non-enzymatic autoxidation of unsaturated fatty acids
Binding with thiol (-SH) proteins
Preventing Maillard reactions in wort and in final beer to eliminate color change
Benefits:
Improved organoleptic stability
Protection against color development/browning
Improved wort filtration
Protection against haze formation

Gelatin for improving clarity and aromas
IOC Inocolle™ is a multi-purpose gelatin that is equally useful in juice and wine for clarification and improving aromas.
In red wines, it can improve texture, aromas, and flavors of the finished wine
In red wines, can mildly reduce bitterness and astringency, though COLLE PERLE is better for extremely tannic wines
Can remove unstable/colloidal material
It is particularly useful for juice fining and flotation
Flocculates and settles well, especially when used in conjunction with the silica gel GELOCOLLE
Partially hydrolyzed gelatin solution
Stage of Winemaking: Juice, wine (pre-bentonite addition)
Contact Time: 1 week
Impact: Clarification and aroma revelation
Formulation: Gelatin
Frequently used in: whites, rosés, fruit wines, cider
Recommended Dosage: Bench trials recommended for wine
Juice or wine 300-1000 ppm (30–100mL/hL ) (1.1-3.8 L/1000 gal)
Usage - Juice: Dilute Inocolle 1:1 in water 15–25°C (59–77°F). Add to juice gradually and mix thoroughly. Rack once settled.
Usage - Wine: Dilute Inocolle 1:1 in water 15–25°C (59–77°F). Add Inocolle to wine gradually and mix thoroughly. Racking should be done after settling (typically 1 week). It is not recommended to leave gelatins in wine for more than 30 days. Inocolle can be used in conjunction with GELOCOLLE to improve settling or prevent overfining in whites, rosés, and ciders (see scottlab.com/fining for directions).

Where do German Malts and English Hops exist side by side in peace and unlikely harmony. In our BKG Bomb of an IPA! This big brusing beer, with an amazing mouth feel from copius amounts of Munich Malt Extract, is big on deep malt flavor and big on alcohol. It is the antithesis of todays super citrusy hopped, pale colored IPAs. This is all about malt, malt, malt and how British Kent Goldings (BKG) hops blend oh so well with a malt heavy beer. British Kent Goldings are the most prized ale hops in England and known for their subtle nature and floral aromas that really compliment malt flavors. Do you need a little extra sustenance to make it through the winter? Do you like to slice your beer with a knife? Do you need a break from over-the-top hopped IPA's? If you answered yes to any of these questions, The BKG Bomb IPA II should be your next beer.
Features 9 lbs of Munich Malt Extract along with an extra pound of light Dried Malt Extract. As if that was not enough we also include Maltodextrin for body building. The 4 oz of British Kent Golding hops in the finish provided for a unique and authentic English flavor. Bittered with 2oz of Magnum hops for a firm bitterness to stand up to all the malt.

Gary Glass started homebrewing in 1992, shortly after tasting his first homebrew while attending while attending college at Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. Gary brews on a home-built HERMS system, and he's never brewed the same recipe twice and can't brew any recipe without some kind of tweaking. Gary is a BJCP judge who has judge in many competitions including the World Beer Cup and the Great American Beer Festival. Gary is also now president of the American Homebrewers Association!
Gary holds a Masters Degree in American Diplomacy from the University of Colorado at Boulder. When not homebrewing, he enjoys fly fishing, hiking, and backpacking in the Rocky Mountains. He's also into gardening (his Cascades finally produced a good crop this year!), home improvement projects, and building furniture.
Gary lives in Longmont, Colorado with his wife Erin, who fully supports his brewing habits she bought him a conical fermenter and is encouraging him to install taps in their family room. He knows you are jealous. Gary is looking forward to teaching his daughter, who is due in November, to brew someday.
Gary enlightens us on how to authentically brew his beer: "This recipe can be brewed as either a Maibock or a Belgian strong ale. The beer was originally brewed as a 10.5 gallon batch split into two carboys with yeast slurry from previously brewed pilsner. To accurately recreate the Belgian strong ale, one should accidentally pour hot wort (due to user error with a counter-flow chiller) onto lager yeast slurry, being sure to thoroughly cook the yeast. Chill, then pitch a vial of Belgian ale yeast. The Maibock came out great, the Belgian strong even better. Of course, if you don't feel like attempting to cook yeast to make this beer, a nice big starter of Belgian ale yeast should do the trick."
Sounds great to us!

Instant and infinite sparkling water at your fingertips whenever you want it! Benchy connects to your household's water supply, chills, carbonates, and delivers on demand Serve up to 8 gallons of chilled, carbonated water per hour Pair with draft faucets and place it on your counter, or install it under the counter and plumb it to a mounted water faucet See below for detailed installation video Benchy Sparkling is the answer for instant chilled and carbonated water on demand. Simply connect your household water supply and CO2 Cylinder to the unit and receive unlimited sparkling and chilled water from the draft faucets. The chiller is highly efficient with very little power draw while idle and has enough cooling capacity to serve up to 8 gallons of sparkling water per hour. This unit comes without shanks or draft faucets, as it can be used as a countertop unit or installed under your counter and routed to a faucet you install on your counter or kitchen sink. If you plan to use it as a countertop unit, we highly recommend NukaTap Flow Control Faucets. Easy Installation: Plug the Benchy into the wall Fill internal water tank Connect household water supply Connect CO2 Cylinder Pour chilled sparking water. It's that simple and you can be enjoying chilled sparkling water in under 1 hour with this setup and barely any time at all to cool down. Ensure that the unit is installed and operated according to the instruction manual which can be found below. Fully Adjustable The Benchy Sparkling has an integrated digital temp controller so you can control the temperature from 0.5-10°C (33-50°F). You can also vary the carbonation level from 0.5 volumes to over 5 volumes for super bubbly water. Cooling Performance The Benchy Sparkling is able to chill about 5 to 8 gallons of sparkling water per hour (based on ambient water and air temperature of 68°F). To further increase the capacity of this unit, you can pre-chill the water from your household supply line either by a holding tank (ball lock keg) in the fridge or a DraftMaster Chiller. If you pre-chill the water you can more than double the output of the Benchy Sparkling. The reservoir temperature on the Benchy should never be set below 2°C (35°F) as you will run the risk of freezing the water inside the carbonation keg. Specifications: 110V Refrigerant: r600a (80 grams) Cooling Power: 600 watts Power Consumption: 155 watts (idle power consumption less than 5 watts) Capacity: approximately 6.6 gal/hour (based on 68°F ambient temperature) Input Gas: CO2 @ 29-50 psi (Requires 8mm (5/16") OD tubing) Input Water: Must be 15 psi higher than gas pressure (Requires 6.35mm (1/4") OD tubing) Sparkling/Chilled Water Out: Requires 8mm (5/16") OD tubing Dimensions: 18.3" H x 11.4" W x 20.5" D (Excluding sight glass that can be removed) Recommended Accessories: CO2 Gas Cylinder CO2 Regulator EVABarrier 4mm x 8mm Tubing PE Water Line Tubing 6.35mm Duotight In-Line Regulator (0-150 psi) Duotight Reducer - 8mm x 6.35mm 8mm Duotight Check Valve Diverter Valve (check water line connection for the size you'll need) Countertop Installation Recommended Accessories: (2) Short Shanks & Hex Nuts (2) Duotight Adapters - Beer Thread x 8mm (2) NukaTap FC Faucets& Self Closing Springs (2) Tap Handles (of your choice) Tube Cutter Faucet & Shank Wrench KegLand Part Number: KL2068

Expertly crafted stainless steel fruit press made by the original manufacturer of the bladder press
Features a slotted screen which mirrors commercial press designs
Higher juice yield (65-70%) compared to other press models
Can be used with any domestic water supply that provides at least 36 psi of pressure
Easy to clean after use—simply spray down with a hose and towel dry
Made in Germany by Speidel
Speidel was the original manufacturer of the bladder press. While similar to the Italian models in operation, Speidel offers a few quality upgrades. To obtain a better press Speidel uses a slotted screen, similar to what is offered on large commercial presses, instead of a screen with circular perforations. Speidel presses also offer superior hardware and a recessed valve assembly (to reduce accidental breakage). Compared to other presses, the Speidel hydro press has a higher juice yield (~65-70%) and works completely without electricity and with minimal effort.
This press can be used with any domestic water supply the provides at least 2.5 bar (36 psi) of pressure. Pressing pressure and pressing time is simply regulated by the water flow. These units are extremely easy to care for and can be cleaned quickly by simply spraying it down with a hose after use. You will find the quality you'd expect from a product that is 100% German-made.
Speidel has been shifting their bladder presses from painted to all stainless, and we're pretty excited about it. Although the orange painted versions have their own aesthetic appeal, nothing beats the performance and practicality of stainless steel. Stainless is much easier to clean and much more resistant to rust. The painted versions are likely to chip over time through normal wear and tear, creating small crevasses for bacteria to call home. No such worries when working this beautiful, brushed stainless press.
Overall height is 33" and outlet height is 12". A press cycle for this unit averages around 35 minutes.
Includes:
Complete press assembly
Inner mesh bag (to keep fruit from getting in the stainless basket and make cleanup easier)
Plastic "spray-protection bag" to keep juice from squirting out
Fittings to connect garden hose
Instruction manual
Presses ship in a corrugated box. Minor assembly (attaching legs) is required before use
1 Year Warranty on all parts!
FAQ:
Can the press be operated with air pressure?
No. These are hydraulic presses that may only be operated with water. When operating with compressed air, there is a risk of explosion and a very high risk of injury if the membrane bursts due to excess pressure or damage.
Is a minimum water pressure required?
In order to ensure the function and the best possible yield, there should be a minimum water pressure of 2-2.5 bar on the press.
What if the water supply delivers more than 3 bar?
In principle, this is not a problem, as if the water pressure inside the press exceeds 3 bar, the pressure relief valve opens and there is no pressure-related damage.
How many apples make how much juice?
On average, 50kg (110 lbs) of apples produce around 30-35L (8-9 gal) of juice, depending on the variety and quality of the apples.

Package 15 x 16oz cans per minute
Hardened chuck for extreme durability and extended lifespan
Small footprint – roughly the same size as a pallet space
Easy to wash down and clean between uses
Suitable for breweries up to 40bbl
The Cannular brand launched the manual can seaming machine at the start of 2019 with the world's first bench-top canning machine that was affordable and accessible to home brewers worldwide. It gave home brewers and craft brewers the ability to get into small scale canning while still maintaining very low DO, seam tightness and lock in beverage quality.
Since then, the Cannular canning machines have become the world's most popular canning machines ever manufactured, selling worldwide in America, Europe, UK, New Zealand and Australia. On the back of this success KegLand then has further built the Cannular brand name to deliver a Semi-Auto canning machine and now is delighted to bring out the Cannular Full Auto Single Lane Canning Line.
In essence with the whole Cannular range it depends on fundamentally simple processes and when combined with modern engineering provides an elegantly simple solution to small scale packaging.
The Cannular Fully Auto Single Lane Packaging Line will suit a small to medium sized brewery doing batches from 10bbl and up to 40bbl.
Compact Size
The compact footprint means this canning line is almost the size of a standard pallet so it can be stowed into pallet racking or wheeled out of the way easily.
Hardened Chuck
The chucks on this machine are made from Cr12MoV which is then coated with Titanium. This grade has superior hardness so it can last an extremely long time without needing to re-tune the machine or change the chuck. The hardness is 58-62 dH. If you are particularly concerned about corrosion of the chuck, KegLand can also custom make stainless steel chucks on request. For stainless steel chucks they can use the Quench Polish Quench process to harden the stainless steel. It should be noted that the stainless chuck is more expensive and is less hard than the Cr12MoV alloy and as a result we do not normally recommend this alternative but it can be manufactured if requested.
Setup and Washdown
As the machine is fairly compact the wash down is extremely simple. The whole operating deck can be washed down with a hose and the chassis is mounted with an oversized drip tray to catch stray drips from the filling process. The deck can also be plumbed to drain so cleaning in place (CIP) can be implemented. All wet areas are made from nylon, Teflon and 304 stainless steel.
Maintenance
Made with European pneumatics, electronic controllers, flow sensors and industrial grade PLC you can be confident that all components are built to last the distance and designed to handle millions of cans before requiring an overhaul. We recommend that tolerances are checked on the rolls and chuck every 100,000 cans and lubricate some of the pneumatics. Fortunately, all spare parts are supplied by KegLand so you know you're not going to get the shaft on replacement parts in the unlikely instance that you need them. No major overhauls will be required until well over 1 million cans have gone through this machine and even when that time comes the maintenance procedures are relatively straight forward.
Significant CPM for the Footprint
This canning line is able to package 15 cans per minute making this the highest output machine ever manufactured within this small footprint.
Low Labor Cost
As this machine is relatively simple to run, one operator can load cans and lids into the respective hoppers and also package cans from the output of the machine. Larger more complicated machines often require several operators to run, making this labor efficient for such a small machine size.

The MA911B/2 probe is lab grade, gel-filled pH probe for use with Milwaukee Monitors and Controllers.
Top Design Features:
Double Junction
The double junction junction design reduces the risk of clogging.
Spherical Glass Tip
The spherical glass tip provide the largest possible surface area for faster results.
Resin Body
The Polypropylene Resin body is tough to withstand accidental knocks and also protects the glass sensing bulb. It's high chemical resistance properties makes it ideal for Industrial applications, in-line applications and strong acids and bases.
Extended cable
Offers a 6.6' cable for increased flexibility in measuring.
Use and Care
pH meters usually start performing poorly because of problems with the probe. The two parts of the pH probe that cause problems are the glass sensing bulb and the reference junction.
Sensing bulb
The glass bulb loses sensitivity with use and will eventually fail. This is true of all pH probes.
Reference junction
The reference junction is a small hole that allows the meter to compare the sample to a reference. The reading is generated based on the electrical difference between the sample and reference. If the junction hole gets clogged, the pH probe will no longer function.
You can extend the life of your pH electrode in the following ways:
Storage
The pH probe needs to be kept hydrated. Long periods of dry storage will damage the sensitivity of the probe. Allowing the probe to dry out may also result in the junction hole getting clogged.
Storing in pH probe storage solution or pH calibration buffers will help address both these issues. Do not store in tap water or DI water. This will damage the sensitivity of the probe.
The best way to store the probe is with the probe's cap filled with storage solution or calibiration buffer and the cap tightened to prevent leakage. It is also recommended that to store the electrode upright to further reduce the potential for leakage.
Cleaning
Residue from the sample can impact the sensitivity of the sensing bulb and block the junction. This is especially true if the sample has a lot of organic material. We recommend regularly soaking your electrode in cleaning solution.
Calibration
The pH sensing bulbs become less sensitive over time so make sure that you are calibrating regularly to keep your PRO pH meter accurate. Also, calibrate after cleaning or a long period of storage.

Care and Use
“Open Air” Calibration Procedure
1. Remove the membrane
Take the membrane off the end of the probe and dry the diode off.
2. Zero out the display
Connect the probe to the base unit and turn the unit on. Your display should read 0.0. If it does not, go to the position “0” screw on the front of the unit with the screw driver provided and through the access hole make the unit display read 0.0.
3. Fill the membrane
Go to the membrane and put the “O” ring inside the membrane on the shoulder at the base of the threads. Fill the membrane to just short of the “O” ring with MA9071 electrolyte solution. Be sure that there are no bubbles inside the membrane. (Air bubbles are the main cause of calibration failure)
4. Attach the membrane
Screw the membrane on to the probe.
5. Let stablize
Turn the meter on and hang the probe off the end of a table pointing down and let the unit display stabilize (this may take 5 to 15 minutes)
6. Adjust
Push down and hold the “Cal” button on the front face of the meter and with the screwdriver go to the front Cal position “100%” and make the display read 100.
You are now calibrated.
Extra tips
Watch for the membrane having wrinkles or stretch marks. If you see wrinkles, replace with a new membrane.
Always use fresh electrolyte solution (MA9071).
Probe calibration is a simple procedure for optimal performance and should be done any time your readings become suspect. Calibration should be performed at least once a month.

Pure Lees Longevity – Lallemand Yeast Derivative for Oxidation Protection and Wine Stability
Protects against oxidative spoilage during aging and storage
Preserves freshness and aroma by reducing dissolved oxygen
Enhances mouthfeel while contributing to wine structure and roundness
Mimics the benefits of lees aging without risk of reductive faults
Superior to standard inactivated yeast due to HPH™ processing and high antioxidant activity
Pure Lees Longevity is a specialized inactivated yeast derivative developed using Lallemand’s High Pressure Homogenization (HPH™) process, designed to provide both antioxidant protection and mouthfeel enhancement in wines. It is rich in compounds with high oxygen-binding capacity, including peptides and polysaccharides, which actively scavenge oxygen and inhibit oxidative reactions. When added to wine after alcoholic fermentation or prior to bottling, it slows oxidative aging, helps maintain varietal expression, and contributes to a rounder, fuller palate. Compared to conventional inactivated yeasts or lees aging, Pure Lees Longevity provides more targeted protection without introducing off-aromas, making it ideal for wines requiring shelf-life extension or longer aging potential.
Protocol
Suspend Pure Lees Longevity in ten times its weight of clean wine or water at 15–25 °C. Stir gently until fully dispersed. Add at the end of alcoholic fermentation, during aging, or just before bottling. Mix thoroughly. Allow a minimum of 2 days of contact before racking; contact may be extended to enhance results.
Usage Rates
Recommended dosage: 20–40 grams per hectoliter
= 0.2–0.4 grams per liter
= 0.76–1.5 grams per gallon
A typical rate of 30 g/hL (0.3 g/L or 1.14 g/gal) offers effective oxidative protection and subtle mouthfeel enhancement across a broad range of white, rosé, and red wines.
Opti’Malo Blanc – Malolactic Nutrient for White and Rosé Wines
Supports reliable malolactic fermentation in nutrient-deficient white and rosé wines
Provides amino acids, peptides, polysaccharides, and minerals essential for bacterial activity
Shortens MLF duration, allowing faster wine stabilization and reduced microbial risk
Particularly beneficial in Chardonnay, where peptide levels are naturally low
OMRI listed and ideal for use in organic winemaking
Opti’Malo Blanc is a targeted malolactic fermentation nutrient designed specifically for white and rosé wines. These wines often lack the peptides and cofactors needed by Oenococcus oeni, making MLF more challenging and prone to delays or failure. Opti’Malo Blanc delivers a balanced supply of amino acids, desirable peptides, polysaccharides, and minerals derived from specific inactivated yeast. These nutrients promote bacterial health, enhance malic acid metabolism, and reduce the duration of malolactic fermentation. This is especially useful in varietals like Chardonnay, where peptide deficiencies can limit bacterial performance. The result is a healthier MLF with improved reliability and shorter fermentation time, making it easier to stabilize wines earlier in the winemaking process.
Protocol
Suspend Opti’Malo Blanc in a small volume of clean water or wine. Add directly to the wine immediately before inoculating with malolactic bacteria. Do not add to the malolactic rehydration water. Mix thoroughly to ensure even distribution.
Usage Rates
Recommended dosage: 20 grams per hectoliter
= 0.2 grams per liter
= 0.76 grams per gallon
Use at the time of malolactic inoculation for best results. Especially effective in low-peptide wines or where MLF success has historically been difficult.

Deep red in color with a nice malt structure and distinct sour overtones. Requires a two-step fermentation process
Includes Magnum and British Kent Goldings hops
Estimated ABV: 6%
Estimated IBUs: 16-18
Makes 5 gallons of finished beer
This Flander's Red ale recipe is deep red in color with a nice malt structure, this beer is based on those from certain regions of Belgium, and have distinct sour overtones to them. This is due to the wild spores that inhabit the air - and some breweries - of the area. While this would normally be a "bad" thing, the infection lends special tart and sour qualities unlike any other beer can. For a more traditional spin on this kit, try aging it on some oak cubes!
We recommend fermenting this Flanders Red Ale with WLP001 California Ale for two weeks. Then add Wyeast 3763 Roeselare Belgian Sour Blend in the secondary fermenter bucket. This kit does require some special instructions, as it is a special beer. Once the gravity hits 1.015 - 1.020, rack the beer into a plastic bucket and pitch the sour blend tube. Age the beer at 65F-70F for 6 months, until the white cap that will form drops. The reason for the plastic bucket aging is so that tiny amounts of oxygen are allowed to be taken in by the plastic and come in contact with the beer. This micro-oxidation adds to the over all flavor of the beer itself.
Reminder: you will need to keep the equipment used to handle the beer after the sour blend is introduced separated from the rest of your brewing equipment, or clean and sanitize very well after use.
