The GOfermentor Jr Bundle includes everything from the base unit plus a 3-pack of fermentation bags and the hand sampler.
GOfermentor Jr makes wine from real grapes in a machine the size of a bar stool. The GOfermentor Jr is an automated winery 30" tall and 20" wide. Professional winemaking for the serious enthusiast. Make red wine using real grapes instead of juice for award-winning results. Advanced technology eliminates all the mess and cleaning. Completely self-contained. Does not require a destemmer, or press.
GO fermentor Jr is designed to make 5 to 8 gallons of wine per batch. Fermentation is performed in a single-use pharmaceutical grade plastic bag. This bag is filled through a large 20" opening. Whole, crushed, or even whole-cluster grapes can be added. The large fill port allows the grapes to filled by hand, eliminating the need for an expensive must pump. The winemaker then introduces additives and yeast as desired and closes the bag with the supplied vent cap. The fermentation proceeds and CO2 is automatically vented as necessary. Punching is performed automatically as per a schedule set by the winemaker. This automatic punch ensures superb extraction of color and flavors.
Just buy some yeast and add up to 110 lbs of wine grapes for 5 gallons of superb wine in 8 to 10 days. Closed bag operation enables zero sulfite wines. Unattended punchdown. Set schedule on smart phone. Perfect punching based on our patented air bladder technology. No getting up at 2am or working weekends. Built-in WiFi and free monitoring/control app.
With the push of a button the machine presses out the wine. Collect and age it for a few months and you're ready to amaze your friends. Waste skins and seeds are left in the bag. Just pull it out and use the pomace as compost. All you need is another $25 bag for the next delicious batch.
Real Wine From Real Grapes
Nothing else needed. Just buy some yeast and add up to 110 lbs of wine grapes for 5 gallons of superb wine in 8 to 10 days. Closed bag operation enables zero sulfite wines. Proven award-winning performance.
No Cleaning
Food grade BPA-free single use fermentation bag. No cleaning. No contamination. No off-odors. No mess. No insects. Your family will love it. 20 inches in diameter and 36 inches tall. Fits anywhere in a basement or closet.
Automated Punch
When a punch is desired, the controller inflates the bladders. This action squeezes the fermentation bag forcing the wine up through the cap. After a few minutes the bladder is deflated and fragments of the cap fall back into the wine. The action is repeated periodically and ensures that the cap is dispersed and kept moist. Unattended punchdown. Set schedule on smart phone. Perfect punching based on our patented air bladder technology. No getting up at 2am or working weekends. Built-in WiFi and free monitoring/control app.
No Press Needed
Pressing out wine is difficult to do at home. Wine presses are expensive and create a huge mess. This is the main reason why home winemakers mostly use grape juice. However, for red wines, fermentation with skins is essential to making quality wine. The GO fermentor Jr with its integral press does away with the need for a dedicated press. With the push of a button the machine presses out the wine. Collect and age it for a few months and you are ready to amaze your friends. Waste skins and seeds are left in the bag. Just pull it out and use the pomace as compost. All you need is another $25 bag for the next delicious batch.

A new take on an old favorite! Most winemakers appreciate the simplicity of using a keg for topping up barrels... apply nitrogen or argon gas pressure and you top up your barrels as needed. Our version of the cellar keg has a couple unique twists, designed after using most others on the market. We start with a brand new 50 Liter Stainless Steel Keg. We cut out the original valve and weld in a 4" tri-clamp ferrule. Some winemakers have told us they do not need the 4" opening. However, the cost difference between a keg with a 2" or 4" opening is very little, and boy is the 4" opening nice when you want to clean it quick by hand. The larger opening also comes in handy for small producers who may need to add oak staves into a cellar keg for structuring. A unique feature of our Cellar Keg is the 1.5" tri-clamp wine-out connection positioned at a 90 degree angle to the keg. Clamp on a butterfly valve for a consistently sanitary, easy-to-use connection. If you buy a Cellar Keg with a threaded connection the ball-valve that you attach gets contaminated and is hard to clean. Need a little help moving the Cellar Keg from barrel to barrel? Check out this custom-welded Rolling Cart! Features New Stainless steel 50 liter capacity keg 4" opening with Tri-Clamp connection 4" Clamp and gasket included 1.5" Tri-Clamp wine output 1/4" NPT threaded coupler welded into lid for gas connection Pressure relief "blow-off" valve to protect against over pressurizing Typically you will need hardware to connect the gas line and hardware to connect a liquid line to a hand-held barrel filling tool. We have listed all these items in the "you might need" section below. Please note we use 1' of the 1/4" beverage line as gas line(rated to 60psi) to connect to the 1/4" gas barb on the keg. On the end of the one foot connect the quick-disconnect set for an easy way to connect and disconnect your gas line.

Our Single Hop Experiment series is the perfect way to learn the characteristics of individual hop varietals
Includes a small bittering addition of Magnum and three 2 oz additions of your chosen hop for late boil and at dry hopping
Estimated ABV: 5%
Estimated IBUs: 35
Makes 5 gallons of finished beer
We recently had a simple, yet exciting idea: What if we brewed the same recipe, used the same yeast, but changed one thing - the flavor, aroma, and dry hop additions using one hop varietal. That way we could take two beers that are close to identical and pick out the differences in just the hop flavors and aromas! And thus, the Single Hop Experiment was born. This recipe is based off of a simple Pale Ale: 2-Row, Crystal 15L, Magnum bittering hops, and then a single other hop for the rest of the additions. The malt in this recipe is basic and fairly neutral, the bittering clean and consistent, but the flavor and aroma from the late hop additions will vary; sometimes dramatically! Ever wanted to know what your favorite hop really is? Brew a few of these different Single Hop Experiment recipes to find out!
Estimated Original Gravity:1.049-54

Liquid Malt Extract (LME) vs. Dried Malt Extract (DME)
MoreBeer! recipe kits are offered in both Liquid Malt Extract and Dry Malt Extract so that our customers can choose the format that best suits their needs and brewing style. LME is a viscous liquid, similar in consistency to maple syrup. In addition to being the more affordable option, many brewers find LME easier to handle than dry extract. DME is more condensed and comes in a powder format that is similar to baking flour. Although it’s a little more costly, DME is naturally lighter in color and stays fresher for longer. We highly recommend DME when brewing light colored beers.

Beerstix 8 piece Barrel Tethers are a great new means of imparting high quality Oak flavor to your beer. These tethers are designed to fit through the bung hole of a barrel, and sized to treat 59 gallons of beer (for smaller volumes, or less oak impact, simply cut off sections as necessary). Thanks to careful selection of oak, followed by precise aging and seasoning, and exact toasting, these Tethers will provide a round and rich oak character specific to the toast level and origin. French Oak toasted to a Medium + with the beerstix milling will give your beer toasted roasty aromas reminiscent of coffee, along with some caramel, and a subtle sweetness that gets the whole palate. Different beer styles will accentuate or mask different flavors from the oak, so expect some variation!
The Beerstix miling gives 60% more surface area compared to the Winestix, speeding up the extraction process, and getting you a beer that has a rich oak character, in less time. The Beer Stix are also milled thinner than the Wine Stix, allowing for denser toasting.
Features:
Oak Origin - France, Allier Region
Toast Level - Medium Plus
Oak Form - Barrel Tether (8 Piece)
Volume Treated - 59 Gal Beer
Extraction Time - 2 Months (see note below)
Flavors & Aromas - Coffee, Roasted Toasty aromas, Caramel, Slight Sweetness
Please Note - Allow 2 months minimum extraction time to balance the extraction of short and long grain from the Stix. Removal of the wood early only allows certain extractions of flavors and primarily from the short grain in the BeerStix® milling.

WineStix are a new form of oak integration for wine, designed to give new barrel flavors with an extraction time similar to cubes. The combination of Short and Long grains result in amazing gradience of flavor similar to barrels, while extracting significantly quicker! These are Dark toast French Oak Tank Staves from the Allier forest, and depending on the wine, will impart flavors of dark coffee, some carmelized sweetness, and a roasty smokey character that will compliment big blockbuster varietals. The French Oak Tank Staves are sized to provide New Barrel flavor to a 60 gallon lot of wine. Doing more than 60 gallons? Simply toss in another stave! Another advantage of the WineStix over traditional staves is that these will not stick together like flat staves would, the cross-hatch pattern will result in consistent extraction throughout the life of these. These can also be cut down if necessary to dose a smaller batch of wine.

40cm x 40cm filter pads made for 40x40 plate filters. Pads rated 0.45 micron remove 99.999% of bacteria. This pad is the right choice when you want to promote sterility in the bottle, although do please note that the pad does not remove 100% of bacteria - only a cartridge filter can do so.
The filters can be sterilized by in-line steam, auto-claving, dry heat, hot water or chemical methods. We choose to run Saniclean (CL27) solution through the pads followed by sterile water or a small amount of wine that is then discarded. After the solution is run through the pads, and the pads have softened, the filter will need to be re-tightened.
Each pad has an entry side and an exit side, distinguishable by their different textures. The entry side is a billowy type texture, frequently called the "rough" side; and the exit side has a crosshatch pattern and is commonly called the "smooth" side. For more information on how to load filter sheets into your plate and frame filter, see our Guide to Plate Filtering.

Replacement Non-Return Kit for Kreyer Chilly Max glcyol chillers. This kit comes standard on the Chilly Max 50 and Max 90. If your glycol system is positioned below the level of your jackets, heat exchangers or piping system, you may get back flow into the chiller's reservoir when the solenoid valves at all of your tanks are closed and the chiller's pump turns off. This Non-Return kit works with all Kreyer ChillyMax chillers to prevent this situation. The kit includes a one-way check valve which is installed inline on the chiller's outlet, and an electric solenoid valve installed on the chiller's inlet. The solenoid valve is wired to the relay that controls the chiller's pump such that when the pump turns off the valve closes. Simple to install and completely automatic, this kit allows you to keep the chiller's reservoir full and not worry about the placement in relation to the rest of your glycol system. Note: This only works with Chilly Max units. It will not work with any other chillers such as the Chilly 45. For the Chilly 45 Non-Return Kit, See related product.
A vertical stand with lever operation for Foil Spinners. Did you purchase a benchtop foil spinner only to find it difficult to work with? Do you have a bruise on your hip from supporting bottle after bottle at the end of the day? Are you ruining more foils than you'd like to from mis-feeds? If you answered yes to any of these questions then this is just the product you've been waiting for! Mounting your Foil Spinner vertically makes the application of foils faster, easier and more accurate. Simply adjust the bottle seat to the right length depending on the diameter of your bottle and adjust the spinner height so that when you pull the lever down the rollers completely cover the foil and you're good to go! Our stand should work with most spinners available, but please double check the bolt pattern shown below against the plate on the bottom of your spinner or the footings on the motor. You will need to source your own bolts for attaching to the stand, as the size, pitch and depth of the hole in your motor/mounting plate will vary from manufacturer to manufacturer. Specifications: Made from 304 Stainless Steel Bolt Holes are spaced 90mm W x 110mm H Shaft Height: 900mm *Please Note: The drawing at the right shows the stand with a spinner mounted to it. This SKU is to purchase the stand by itself. If you would like to purchase a vertically mounted complete unit, please see W650 - Upright Foil Spinner.
