ProRestart and ProDessert contain yeast cells encapsulated within Alginate (natural polysaccharide extracted from seaweed) that are also acclimatized to alcohol and other harsh conditions. Unlike regular dry yeast, our encapsulated yeast are pre-conditioned to harsh conditions such as high sugars or high alcohol. They are a great choice for finishing stuck fermentations or fermenting dessert wines. To use, the beads are placed in a nylon bag and suspended in the ferment. The vast majority of the yeast stay trapped within the alginate beads. When they have completed their task, the bags are removed from the wine with few residual yeast cells from the culture being left behind. Though there may still be indigenous yeast present, use of the encapsulated yeast significantly reduces the amount of SO2, sorbate or tank chilling that are necessary to arrest fermentation. Sanitizable weights, such as stainless fittings or marbles, are placed in the bag to keep the bag submersed throughout the fermenation process. 83 Grams will treat 100L or 30 gallons of stuck wine.

You've just finished a keg of your homebrew. Most of us set that keg aside and clean it later when we brew up the next batch. As it sits it gets harder to clean and then we definitely have to disassemble the entire keg to scrub all the parts. Well for years our Metal Shop Manager and lead Product Designer, Darren Schleth, has been using a simple keg cleaner in our R&D brewery to rinse his kegs, while upside down, through the body connects. The keg is instantly rinsed while all the residue is still soft. The keg can then later be soaked with PBW and/or sanitized without having to remove the body connects or poppets. This saves lots of time. As employees at MoreBeer! saw this simple assembly everybody wanted one of their own.
To use: Connect the brass garden hose attachment to a garden hose. Then connect the grey and black quick disconnects to the inlet and outlet body connects on your Pin Lock keg. Remove the lid and turn the keg upside down. Turn on the water. Water risnes through both the inlet and outlet dip tubes completely rinsing the inside of the keg.

Rwanda – Bwishaza Kungahara Process Trio (Washed • Natural • Carbonic)
These are three distinct expressions of the same Kungahara foundation from Rwanda, Bourbon grown at 1,650–1,800 m (5,413–5,906 ft), released as separate process lots. It is genuinely rare to have coffee of this quality from the same origin offered in three unique processing methods, and for anyone roasting coffee, this is an unusually clean way to explore and understand what washed, natural, and carbonic processing actually mean in the cup.
The washed version nails the “clean and sweet” lane without turning thin or sour, starting bright and getting deeper and more syrupy as it cools with grape jelly, black currant, and honey sweetness and a gentle rooibos like finish that keeps everything crisp and tidy (Grape jelly • Sweet black tea • Black currant • Honey). The natural is the same lot in a rounder, fruitier, more juicy form, with ripe fruit sweetness up front, a deeper jammy middle, and a finish that stays surprisingly clean for a natural, think apricot, blueberry, melon, and a light black licorice/anise accent that adds depth without turning funky (Apricot • Blueberry • Melon • Black licorice). Across the trio, the washed lot is the trustworthy “anchor” you can build a lineup around, clean enough to showcase nuance, structured enough to add sweetness, clarity, and a tidy finish in blends without hijacking the cup, while the natural is the more expressive sibling with more fruit, more sweetness, and more aroma that stays controlled and “put together,” and the carbonic is high impact without being a total science project: carbonic coffees can go “funk first” fast, but this one stays surprisingly polished, sweet, bright, and loud in the aromatics, without getting overly boozy or weird. All three tend to reward a careful, lighter roast: keep them clean for clarity and lift, and if you push too far you start trading those high notes for heavier, muddier or muted flavors.

Brand new aluminum 25 lb CO2 tank made from high strength aluminum alloy and high quality CGA320 valves. Because it is made of aluminum rather than steel you can feel confident that it won’t rust. It’s called a 25 lb tank because it holds 25 lbs of compressed (liquified) CO2. 25 lbs of CO2 is enough to dispense about 50x 5-gallon kegs of homebrew.
Aluminum tanks are superior to steel because they do not rust. All tanks are shipped empty. To have tanks filled you will want to visit your local welding supply shop. Because you are purchasing a new tank you can choose to either have it filled or to exchange it for a filled tank at your local gas supplier. If you have this tank filled the local gas supplier is responsible for affixing the correct neck label that identifies the gas being put in the cylinder.
Tanks should always be stored in an upright position.

If your home draft system is a mix of ball lock kegs and European sanke kegs, having a coupler with ball lock adapters is a huge plus. This allows you to have all your draft lines ending in a ball lock quick disconnect, making it quick and easy to swap lines from sanke keg to ball lock.
Note that the gas-in adapter has a small line cut into the body of the adapter where the bev-out adapter is smooth.
The check valves will need to be installed before first use. The silicone check valve is inserted on the side gas-in port and the check ball and ball retainer are inserted on the top bev-out port.

Agitator for FCS
Impeller based stirring system with magnetic drive for fermentation and brite tanks. The agitator mixes the liquid to even out temperature differences and can in many cases increase the utilization of hops and other additives. Speed is adjustable from the FCS Display Module. The agitator will also be able to be run at intervals in the upcoming advanced fermentation profiles in FCS.
The agitator can also be used without FCS with an adapter (BT1328) and a power supply (BT1324). The motor can be started with the button of top of the drive unit. Speed is controlled by pushing it multiple times and holding the button stops the motor.
