Woody Citrus | Compare to the flavor of Citra®
It’s no mystery why the 2019 crop of this varietal was so popular. Woody Citrus captures those sought after notes of strong citrus, mango, passionfruit, and subtle wood to give any hop-forward brew a juicy tropical base.
Optimized Hop Extracts
When you extract the oil from hops, no matter how good your extraction is, you’ll always wind up with certain undesirable plant compounds. Abstrax Omni Hop Profiles are true-to-type optimized hop extracts without any of the undesirable notes typically found in other dry-hop aroma oils.
The Power of Terpenes
Abstrax Omni Hop Profiles are created by using individual terpene isolates. Think of them like little building blocks. We assemble them together to create an exact profile of the original hop with ZERO undesirable compounds. The result is an extremely potent and accurate profile of the original hop utilizing the power of terpenes.
Extremely Concentrated
A little really goes a long way here. Omni Hop Profiles are made from the essential building blocks of flavor and aroma so they’re naturally potent.
Dosage
Use at a rate of 2.5 mL per 5-gallon batch. Add at any point on the cold side in your fermenter, keg, or bottling bucket. Or even add a drop or two to spike your finished beer in the glass.

Super-sized corny keg, great for bigger batches and fermentation
Low2 lid O-ring reduces oxygen ingress by 96% compared to silicone O-rings when measured in a keg!
Brand new, all-stainless construction ball lock keg
Stackable with ball lock quick disconnects in place
Etched In and Out labels near the keg posts for easy identification
Rolled handles for a comfortable grip
Made by an ISO certified commercial keg manufacturer with high-quality laser welded seams
Look out below! The Torpedo Keg Depth Charge series just dropped and they're set to send blast waves through the homebrew world. Large-scale homebrewers will appreciate the ability to fit their entire batch into a single 10-gallon ball lock keg, and you can expect the same great features that have made Torpedo Kegs such a hit. Laser welded construction for superior quality, rolled stainless steel handles that will last a lifetime, and stackable design that won't interfere with your fittings.
Quality First
The first thing we at MoreBeer! check out is interior welds. We've spent a decade rejecting kegs made overseas because the interior welds have never met our standards. If a weld is not perfect and shows evident burn marks along with nooks and crannies it cannot be sanitized effectively. These kegs are machine welded and exceed our standards for quality. The weld quality is possible because these kegs made by an ISO certified commercial keg manufacturer.
Cool Features
Torpedo Kegs were designed to stack with Ball Lock quick disconnects in place and serving, which is a cool feature for some brewers who have vertical space in their refrigerator. We also like the rolled stainless steel handles. They are comfortable to grab and will never come off like some rubber handles can over time. In and Out is etched near the keg posts for easy identification, which is very handy when you are connecting lines in a refrigerator or kegerator and trying not to make a mistake.
Low2 Keg Lid O-ring
Give your beverage the absolute best protection from oxygen staling with the Low2 keg lid O-ring. Even the most perfectly sealed keg is susceptible to oxygen ingress through the hatch O-ring—yes, even if the keg is under constant pressure with CO2! Even a leak-free, pressurized keg will release CO2 molecules as they pass through the lid O-ring itself, and conversely, Oxygen molecules will permeate through the O-ring and diffuse into the keg when they reach the surface area on the other side. The level of permeability is wide ranging and highly dependent on what material the O-ring is made from. Rather than the usual EPDM or Silicone, Low2 gaskets are made from a unique composition of Synthetic M-Class and Cross-Link Elastomers. This special blend has superior oxygen barrier properties that results in your beverage staying fresher for longer.

Great Replacement for a broken gauge.
Replacing a broken gauge on your pressure regulator is a snap with this Replacement Low Pressure Gauge for CO2 or Nitrogen regulator. Installation is simple, and it prevents you from needing to buy a whole new regulator.
1/4” MPT Right-hand thread.
Perfect CO2 regulator for wall mounting in a cold box or outside of your keezer etc!
Wall brackets for easy mounting
5/16” barbed outlet fittings with individual shutoff valve
How does one keg of beer, one keg of sparkling wine, and one keg of root beer, sound for your next party? Awesome? Yeah, we think so too. But, each of these different beverages requires a different serving pressure, and nobody wants to go buy an extra CO2 tank and regulator for each different beverage. Enter the Secondary Regulator!
Standard multi-body CO2 regulators are heavy and can make a CO2 tank prone to tipping over, especially as it gets empty. Combine that with the fact that there aren’t Gauge Cages for multi-body regulators and you’ve got a recipe for disaster.
Secondary regulators do not attach directly to CO2 tanks, instead mounting to the side or wall of a fridge, kegerator or jockey box. They allow you run multiple keg pressures from one tank of gas. CO2 line from your existing system attaches to secondary input, and the output pressure to the keg is easily adjustable.
Features wall brackets for easy mounting. Multiple units can be purchased and ganged together, making it a snap to expand your system at any time. 5/16” barbed outlet fittings with individual shutoff valves.

Flash Brewing® Kits from MoreBeer!® require only 10 minutes to brew. Just mix and ferment.
A clean, neutral, low-calorie seltzer base designed to finish quickly with minimal fermentation character
Includes True Citrus True Grapefruit flavoring, made from real citrus juices and oils that are dried and crystallized for easy use and consistent results
Estimated ABV: 5%
Makes 2 gallons of finished seltzer
Hard Seltzer Flash Brewing® Kit
Flash Seltzer is a simplified system for producing clean, low-calorie hard seltzer with a strong focus on clean fermentation and minimal off-flavors. Sugar-based fermentations lack the natural nutrients found in beer and wine. This kit pairs Flash Yeast with CellarScience Dynamo 800, a nutrient formulated specifically for seltzer fermentation.
Dynamo 800 supplies the nitrogen yeast need to ferment efficiently in sugar-only environments, supporting a clean-fermenting process that helps minimize the risk of sulfur, fusel alcohols, and other off-flavors. Fermentation can finish in as few as 5 days.
Flash Brewing® Kits
Introducing MoreBeer!'s Flash Brewing® Kits! Designed for both novice and seasoned homebrewers, these innovative recipe kits allow you to simply mix the ingredients with water and add yeast for fermentation. This streamlined process not only saves you valuable time but also simplifies brewing without sacrificing flavor. Say hello to a faster, easier way to craft exceptional beer at home.
Typically, brewing requires you to boil your malt and hops for one hour, followed by another hour for cooling. Flash Brewing® eliminates the need to boil. Our Flash Brewing® malt recipes have been boiled and whirlpooled before they are dried. We then use a HopBite™ shot for bitterness combined with a mix of traditional hop pellets for flavor. Flash Yeast™ starts quickly and consistently produces clean beer that lets the malt and hops shine. The result is a high-quality beer that will absolutely surprise you.
If you want to read more about the development of Flash Brewing® at MoreBeer! or have more questions please read our Frequently Asked Questions.

Flash Seltzer Instructions
Unlock a more diverse and complex hop aroma profile in your beer by liberating hidden terpene compounds during fermentation
Enhance the drinkability of your beer and reduce harsh bitterness while potentially using less hops or more accessible varieties
Aromazyme™ not only boosts hop flavor complexity but can also slightly improve wort fermentability for added brewing efficiency
Aromazyme™ is a food-grade enzyme preparation with a strong glycosidase activity derived from a selected strain of Aspergillus niger. It is composed of β-glucosidase enzymes that are capable of hydrolyzing the glycosidic bonds, liberating monoterpene alcohol compounds, and glucose. It has been developed to increase the complexity of the hop aroma and flavor profile in beer. The application of Aromazyme™ during fermentation provides brewers with the opportunity to improve their hop utilization by releasing additional volatile aroma compounds, thereby decreasing overall hop quantities or using less sophisticated hop varieties.
Benefits:
Increases the diversity of hop flavors and aroma by changing the ratio
of specific terpene compounds
Enhances the beer mouthfeel and drinkability by reducing unpleasant,
harsh bitterness
Slightly increases wort fermentability
Expresses more character from less sophisticated hop varieties

Ferment and serve from the same vessel—no need to transfer from fermenter to keg
Low profile design fits inside a standard kegerator which can be used for fermentation temperature control
Fermenting under pressure allows you to ferment with lager strains at higher temps while reducing esters
Made from stainless steel with conical bottom
Extra-large collection container for harvesting yeast or dumping sediment
The #1 reason we love the BrewKeg Unitanks is that they eliminate kegging day, which saves a bunch of time. The Brewkeg12.5™ is perfect for a 3-gallon batch, and with the low profile, it still fits in a standard kegerator, which can be used for fermentation, as well as serving. When fermentation is done, crank down the temp, remove the yeast/trub collection ball and start immediately drinking because the beer is already carbonated. Since this is not the standard brewing process, stop and think that over - you don't need a separate night or hours on a weekend morning to clean and keg. You are going to save 2 or more hours with every batch! Plus, you are skipping the most oxidative step in brewing of going from your fermenter to your keg. Yes, the one down side is that your fermenter is tied up as a keg but to many of us who really love brewing our own beer but are time challenged – the sacrifice is totally worth it.
Another great time saving feature is that you can skip wort cooling and 'hot pack' these kegs, literally filling them after boil at around 190°F. Stick them in your refrigerator, let them cool overnight, and pitch yeast the next day. Hot packing is gaining a lot of traction and we suggest you google the term to learn more. It’s been a standard practice in Australian homebrewing for years.
Okay, so there is not a lot out there about fermenting under pressure. We've been doing it for years now with a slew of pressurizable fermenters, including the BrewKeg, and if you want to make amazing lagers quickly you need to try it. Fermenting under pressure reduces esters and even beers fermented between 65-80°F have amazing German lager malt profiles. We once fermented a beer under pressure with WLP001 at room temp and all the tasters thought it was lager yeast. The pressure relief assembly, in the center of the lid, is the slickest out there and adjusts from no pressure up to 25 psi. Leave it open for no pressure fermentations of ales and IPA's where you want the esters. Close it down to make amazing lagers under pressure, quickly.

This Reactor Rod was custom built to be used with the 2 bbl MB Conical Fermenter, but can easily be integrated to other vessels with a 4" tri-clamp top port. Unlike other in-solution cooling coils on the market, the Reactor Rod utilizes a straight vertical design. Without all the curves and bends of a cooling coil, it is easier to scrub and sanitize the unit prior to setup and after use. The four cooling rods are 41" long measured from the bottom of the T.C. fitting.

Our Single Hop Experiment series is the perfect way to learn the characteristics of individual hop varietals
Includes a small bittering addition of Magnum and three 2 oz additions of your chosen hop for late boil and at dry hopping

Makes 5 gallons of finished beer
We recently had a simple, yet exciting idea: What if we brewed the same recipe, used the same yeast, but changed one thing - the flavor, aroma, and dry hop additions using one hop varietal. That way we could take two beers that are close to identical and pick out the differences in just the hop flavors and aromas! And thus, the Single Hop Experiment was born. This recipe is based off of a simple Pale Ale: Ultralight malt extract, Crystal 15L, Magnum bittering hops, and then a single other hop for the rest of the additions. The malt in this recipe is basic and fairly neutral, the bittering clean and consistent, but the flavor and aroma from the late hop additions will vary; sometimes dramatically! Ever wanted to know what your favorite hop really is? Brew a few of these different Single Hop Experiment recipes to find out!

Liquid Malt Extract (LME) vs. Dried Malt Extract (DME)
MoreBeer! recipe kits are offered in both Liquid Malt Extract and Dry Malt Extract so that our customers can choose the format that best suits their needs and brewing style. LME is a viscous liquid, similar in consistency to maple syrup. In addition to being the more affordable option, many brewers find LME easier to handle than dry extract. DME is more condensed and comes in a powder format that is similar to baking flour. Although it’s a little more costly, DME is naturally lighter in color and stays fresher for longer. We highly recommend DME when brewing light colored beers.
