Scottzyme HC is a blend of assorted enzymes designed to increase yield in apple, pear, stone fruits, and wetter grapes (such as concords). This enzyme will assist in breaking down the fruit you work with to help extract more flavor and juice, as well as improving filterability and overall clarity. This Scottzyme works best in conjunction with PEC5L.
Our Single Hop Experiment series is the perfect way to learn the characteristics of individual hop varietals
Includes a small bittering addition of Magnum and three 2 oz additions of your chosen hop for late boil and at dry hopping
Estimated ABV: 5%
Estimated IBUs: 35
Makes 5 gallons of finished beer
We recently had a simple, yet exciting idea: What if we brewed the same recipe, used the same yeast, but changed one thing - the flavor, aroma, and dry hop additions using one hop varietal. That way we could take two beers that are close to identical and pick out the differences in just the hop flavors and aromas! And thus, the Single Hop Experiment was born. This recipe is based off of a simple Pale Ale: 2-Row, Crystal 15L, Magnum bittering hops, and then a single other hop for the rest of the additions. The malt in this recipe is basic and fairly neutral, the bittering clean and consistent, but the flavor and aroma from the late hop additions will vary; sometimes dramatically! Ever wanted to know what your favorite hop really is? Brew a few of these different Single Hop Experiment recipes to find out!

New School Kicks is a classic take on a modern style. This Hazy Pale Ale is packed with a two-sided cassette's worth of hip, hop aroma, followed by a soft mouthfeel that is smooth enough to kick back and vibe to, then finishes with a slight bitterness and the dry character of a classic West Coast hit. Press play on this masterful remix and allow Amarillo®, Simcoe®, and Mosaic® to lay down funky beats of tropical fruit, citrus, and cannabis.
Developed by our own Vito Delucchi, NSK was designed to take everything you love from a classic West Coast American pale ale and combine it with elements from a new school hazy/juicy pale ale. His award-winning creation has been brewed in different iterations at several local breweries in the Bay Area, including Barebottle Brewing Company and Danville Brewing Company.

Liquid Malt Extract (LME) vs. Dried Malt Extract (DME)
MoreBeer! recipe kits are offered in both Liquid Malt Extract and Dry Malt Extract so that our customers can choose the format that best suits their needs and brewing style. LME is a viscous liquid, similar in consistency to maple syrup. In addition to being the more affordable option, many brewers find LME easier to handle than dry extract. DME is more condensed and comes in a powder format that is similar to baking flour. Although it’s a little more costly, DME is naturally lighter in color and stays fresher for longer. We highly recommend DME when brewing light colored beers.

The world’s superlative winemaking grape, Cabernet Sauvignon is capable of producing the most complex, well-balanced, and lasting red wines you’ll ever come across. As one of the most tannic grapes used in winemaking, Cabernet Sauvignon has long been misunderstood as a wine that required ageing in order for it to develop and soften. But after decades of research, growers have learned to identify when the grapes are ready to be harvested based on the tannic ripeness, rather than sugar content alone. Although these wines are ideal candidates for ageing—and will develop beautifully when laid down—it is well within reach for winemakers to produce excellent, structured Cabernet Sauvignons that are well-enjoyed while they’re still young. Descended from Cabernet Franc and Sauvignon Blanc, this relatively young grape is believed to have sprouted up from a chance crossing in the 17th century. Regardless, Cabernet Sauvignon is now the most widely planted wine grape in the world. Australian Cabernet Sauvignon first garnered international attention with wine produced from the terra rossa soils of the Coonawarra region, displaying extraordinary fruit flavors with faint but unmistakable notes of mint. More regional examples soon made their mark, rounding out and diversifying the country’s take on the style, with Margaret River becoming known for their ultrafine tannins and complexity, and the cool climate of the Yarra Valley producing delicate Cabs balanced with fresh fruit and floral notes. Today, Cabernet Sauvignon is the second-most planted wine grape in the country, second only to Shiraz. Our Australia Cabernet Sauvignon offers rich layers of flavor including black currant, chocolate and bay leaf with subtle toasted notes. A dry medium-bodied with an alcohol level of 13.5% by volume. This Cabernet wine kit includes medium toast oak chips. Medium toast oak is the most popular toast level used in red wines as it imparts a complex balance of vanillin and spice along with a subtle oakiness typical of many Cabernets. The oak chips also help build body and mouthfeel. The VineCo Estate Cabernet Sauvignon is a must for any red wine lover. Add a few bottles to your cellar and revisit over the months and years to see just how much the wine can develop. If you want something to pair well with a char-grilled steak, look no further than this bold, assertive varietal. New and improved with the professional brewer in mind, the Tilt Pro is the bigger, badder version of the original Tilt Hydrometer. With three times the volume and weight as the original unit, the Tilt Pro's larger size allows for more than double the batter life. With preinstalled Energizer® AA lithium batteries, the Pro will stay powered for up to 5 years depending on usage. So much time you may forget your Tilt actually runs on a battery!
The extra size and weight come with an added bonus: improved specific gravity stability at high krausen, so you will see a steadier read-out on your iPhone, Android, or Raspberry Pi. In addition, Tilt Pro has boosted the range with a high-gain antenna that in testing increased range by 20% vs. the original Tilt. Now you can see your Tilt through thicker heads of foam and heavier stainless steel walls. To top it off they've included the extra decimal of precision available from the sensors and to the read-out so there are now decimal degrees Fahrenheit as well as higher resolution Celsius. Specific gravity now reads out to the 10,000th place (for example 1.0000). You can now see fermentation activity dropping less than a brewer's point per day. In all they've made several adjustments we believe the craft beer professional (and serious home brewer) is sure to appreciate.

Cryo Hop® Hop Pellets
Higher AA and nearly twice the resin content of traditional T-90 hop pellets
Increase yield by reducing vegetal matter in your brewhouse and fermenter
Cryo Hops® provide brewers with the ability to get gigantic hop character while reducing astringent and unpleasant vegetal flavors. With a substantially higher oil and resin content, LupuLN2 powder offers up all the flavor and aroma of a heavily hopped beer, but with a significanly reduced grassy character. Additionally, the lower dosage rate of the concentrated powder reduces the volume of trub and therefore, kettle loss. Using Cryo Hops® you will net more beer that is clearer!
Typical usage of Cryo Hops® would be roughly 50% of pellets. LupuLN2 powder can be used in any application where traditional hop products are utilized, including: Bittering, Kettle, Whirlpool and even direct to the fermentor. It is suggested that you use Cryo Hops® as late additions, in the whirlpool or dry hop, as the volatile aromatic compounds will be driven off if added early in the boil.
Cryo Hops® are an innovative hop product that is made by separating the lupulin from the hop flower using cryogenic processing. The result is a product with twice the potency of T90 pellets, with reduced astringency and vegetative material.
Note: These hops come pelletized. The powder is compressed into pellet form to make handling easier.
Typical Hop Statistics:
Alpha Acids: 11.5 – 14.5%
Beta Acids: 10.0 – 13.0%
Total Oil: 2.0 – 4.0%

Super-sized corny keg, great for bigger batches and fermentation
Low2 lid O-ring reduces oxygen ingress by 96% compared to silicone O-rings when measured in a keg!
Has the size and strength of a 15.5-gal commercial keg with the easy to open/clean/fill of a homebrew keg
Brand new, all-stainless construction ball lock keg
Stackable with ball lock quick disconnects in place
Etched In and Out labels near the keg posts for easy identification
Rolled handles for a comfortable grip
Made by an ISO certified commercial keg manufacturer with high-quality laser welded seams
Look out below! The Torpedo Keg Depth Charge series just dropped and they're set to send blast waves through the homebrew world. Large-scale homebrewers will appreciate the ability to fit their entire batch into a single 15-gallon ball lock keg, and you can expect the same great features that have made Torpedo Kegs such a hit. Laser welded construction for superior quality, rolled stainless steel handles that will last a lifetime, and stackable design that won't interfere with your fittings.
Quality First
The first thing we at MoreBeer! check out is interior welds. We've spent a decade rejecting kegs made overseas because the interior welds have never met our standards. If a weld is not perfect and shows evident burn marks along with nooks and crannies it cannot be sanitized effectively. These kegs are machine welded and exceed our standards for quality. The weld quality is possible because these kegs made by an ISO certified commercial keg manufacturer.
Cool Features
Torpedo Kegs were designed to stack with Ball Lock quick disconnects in place and serving, which is a cool feature for some brewers who have vertical space in their refrigerator. We also like the rolled stainless steel handles. They are comfortable to grab and will never come off like some rubber handles can over time. In and Out is etched near the keg posts for easy identification, which is very handy when you are connecting lines in a refrigerator or kegerator and trying not to make a mistake.
Low2 Keg Lid O-ring
Give your beverage the absolute best protection from oxygen staling with the Low2 keg lid O-ring. Even the most perfectly sealed keg is susceptible to oxygen ingress through the hatch O-ring—yes, even if the keg is under constant pressure with CO2! Even a leak-free, pressurized keg will release CO2 molecules as they pass through the lid O-ring itself, and conversely, Oxygen molecules will permeate through the O-ring and diffuse into the keg when they reach the surface area on the other side. The level of permeability is wide ranging and highly dependent on what material the O-ring is made from. Rather than the usual EPDM or Silicone, Low2 gaskets are made from a unique composition of Synthetic M-Class and Cross-Link Elastomers. This special blend has superior oxygen barrier properties that results in your beverage staying fresher for longer.

Microagglomerated corks are a great option for wineries looking for an easy to use TCA Free cork
All natural cork is compressed using a food grade binding agent
Easy application, elastic memory and an optimal seal

Recommended aging time: Up to 3 years
Molinas Cork has been sustainabily harvesting from the cork forests of Sardinia for over 100 years
Bark is aged an additional year prior to harvest, leading to less porous, higher quality cork
These microagglomerated corks are a simple and high quality option for sealing your wine. Through a proprietary process there is a removal of all TCA, which is responsible for "cork taint". Agglomerated corks are made from small cork pieces held together with a food grade binder. These corks are recommended for wines aged up to 3 years. The 22 mm diameter eases the corking process if using a hand corker. 24mm X 44mm, #9 x 1.75". Fits standard cork finish (neck) bottles.
Italy produces more wine than any country in the world and Molinas is the largest Italian cork supplier with over 1 billion corks produced annually. Molinas Cork was started over 100 years ago by Pietro Molinas on the Italian island of Sardinia. Besides its beautiful beaches and designation as one of the world's five Blue Zones, Sardinia is known for its large, government protected Cork tree forests.
Today, the 4th generation of the Molinas family sustainably harvests cork from these protected trees. Compared to most cork available in the market, the bark is allowed to mature an additional year. This leads to a less porous, higher quality cork, and has less impact on the forest. Throughout the entire process from tree to finished cork, quality control is strictly monitored. MoreFlavor! is proud to represent Molinas Cork in the USA.

Vit End – Lallemand Yeast Nutrient for Securing Fermentation Completion
Supports yeast vitality during the final stages of alcoholic fermentation
Provides essential vitamins, minerals, and survival factors to avoid sluggish finishes
Reduces the risk of stuck fermentation by reactivating stressed or nutrient-starved yeast
Enhances sugar-to-ethanol conversion efficiency for cleaner fermentation ends
More targeted than general nutrients due to its late-fermentation formulation
Vit End is a specialized nutrient developed by Lallemand for use at the end of alcoholic fermentation, when yeast cells are most vulnerable to nutrient depletion, ethanol toxicity, and osmotic stress. Unlike standard yeast nutrients formulated for the growth phase, Vit End is designed to support cell survival, membrane integrity, and residual sugar metabolism. It contains inactivated yeast rich in survival factors, specific vitamins, minerals, and sterols that help re-energize exhausted yeast populations, allowing them to finish fermentation smoothly. Wines showing signs of slowing kinetics, high residual sugar, or difficult fermentation conditions benefit from the targeted support Vit End provides.
Protocol
Suspend Vit End in ten times its weight of clean must or wine at 20–25°C. Stir thoroughly to dissolve. Add when fermentation is slowing (often near 0–5°Brix) or when signs of yeast stress appear. Mix well to ensure even distribution. Do not add simultaneously with bentonite or sulfites.
Usage Rates
Recommended dosage: 20–40 grams per hectoliter
= 0.2–0.4 grams per liter
= 0.76–1.5 grams per gallon
Use 20 g/hL in moderate stress conditions. Increase to 40 g/hL in fermentations that are near-stuck, have high residual sugar, or show signs of yeast stress. Vit End can also be used proactively in fermentations known to be high-risk due to low YAN, high sugar, or challenging varietals.
VRB is a Spanish isolate from the Rioja region that was selected for its ability to handle high-alcohol (up to 17%) fermentations while creating exceptional flavor complexity. VRB improves mid-palate mouthfeel, softens tannins, and enhances the varietal characteristics of the fruit with an emphases on dried plums, jammy fruit and hazelnuts. Shows a good compatibility with MLF. A moderate rate fermenter with medium nitrogen requirements. A great strain for Tempranillo, Barbera, Sangiovese and Zinfandel. Temperature range 58-80F. A malty red ale with a very hop-forward structure Includes Magnum, Northern Brewer, Willamette and Cascade hops Estimated ABV: 5.9% Estimated IBUs: 31-35 Makes 5 gallons of finished beer Ale Industries was the second brewery to open in Concord, and just happened to be right next door to us (man, we were lucky)! Morgan and Steve, the brewers and co-owners, opened Ale Industries with one thing in mind - to not brew the same beers that everyone else is brewing. Their first beer, a hybrid Witbier called "Orange Kush" (thereafter called Golden State of Mind) , is more malty and aromatic than most commercial wits are. The second beer, Rye'd Piper, is a malty red ale that has a very hop-forward structure, but not over the top, like some reds can be. Hard Seltzer Flash Brewing® Kit
Flash Seltzer is a simplified system for producing clean, low-calorie hard seltzer with a strong focus on clean fermentation and minimal off-flavors. Sugar-based fermentations lack the natural nutrients found in beer and wine. This kit pairs Flash Yeast with CellarScience Dynamo 800, a nutrient formulated specifically for seltzer fermentation.
Dynamo 800 supplies the nitrogen yeast need to ferment efficiently in sugar-only environments, supporting a clean-fermenting process that helps minimize the risk of sulfur, fusel alcohols, and other off-flavors. Fermentation can finish in as few as 5 days.
Flash Brewing® Kits
Introducing MoreBeer!'s Flash Brewing® Kits! Designed for both novice and seasoned homebrewers, these innovative recipe kits allow you to simply mix the ingredients with water and add yeast for fermentation. This streamlined process not only saves you valuable time but also simplifies brewing without sacrificing flavor. Say hello to a faster, easier way to craft exceptional beer at home.
Typically, brewing requires you to boil your malt and hops for one hour, followed by another hour for cooling. Flash Brewing® eliminates the need to boil. Our Flash Brewing® malt recipes have been boiled and whirlpooled before they are dried. We then use a HopBite™ shot for bitterness combined with a mix of traditional hop pellets for flavor. Flash Yeast™ starts quickly and consistently produces clean beer that lets the malt and hops shine. The result is a high-quality beer that will absolutely surprise you.

Oxygen-Free Dry Hopping: Designed to allow dry hopping without exposing the batch to oxygen.
Customizable with Accessories: Features undrilled ports for optional accessories such as the Temp Twister Cooling Coil and Thermowell, enhancing functionality and convenience.
Improved WiFi Reading: The plastic lid improves KegLand RAPT Pill WiFi reading, ensuring better connectivity.
Compatible with all Kegmenter Fermentation Kegs with 4" Tri-Clamp ferrule.
The Hop Bong is a versatile pressurizable tri-clamp accessory, capable of not only dry hopping oxygen purged hops into fermenters, but also as an inline carbonation/oxygenation accessory. Load up the Hop Bong, flush it with CO2, purge out oxygen with the handy PRV on top, then simply open the Butterfly Valve to inject your beer with a 6 oz payload of dry hops.
This kit includes the 4" T.C. Pressure Lid to fit the tri-clamp ferule on Kegmenter Fermentation Kegs. The plastic lid also allows for improved KegLand RAPT Pill WiFi reading compared to the Kegmenter fully encasing the Pill in stainless steel.
Due to the large 4" tri-clamp diameter, it is difficult to get higher pressures without leaking. Therefore we suggest using this up to 21 psi. The included Yellow PRV for the Pressure Lid is rated to 17 psi.
The 3 Pieces of the Hop Bong Pressure Pack:
Pressure Kit
The Pressure Kit includes two Ball Lock Caps for Gas & Liquid. The Liquid cap can be paired with the optional Floating Dip Tube and Filter Attachment. These pieces allow you to pressure transfer finished beer out of the fermenter into kegs or a bottling bucket, or you can carbonate and serve beer directly from the Kegmenter.
Tri-Clamp Pressure Lid
Replacing the standard lid with the Tri-Clamp Pressure Lid provides you with a 2" T.C. port at the top of your fermenter. This will give you an opening to add dry hops or other additions without needing to remove the entire lid. Take off the butterfly valve to add your yeast pitch, and when you're ready to add flavoring additions when fermentation is complete, drop them in oxygen-free via the Hop Bong. PCO1881 threaded ports are there for your Ball Lock Caps, as well as undrilled ports for an optional Thermowell and/or Temp Twister cooling coil.
Hop Bong
Load up the Hop Bong and add CO2 to purge your hop charge of oxygen. This kit comes with a third Ball Lock Cap to introduce CO2 directly to the Hop Bong, as well as a pull ring PRV to release pressure and purge oxygen. Once you've flushed your hop charge with CO2, open the butterfly valve to inject your beer with up to 6 oz of hop pellets.

Made with durable borosilicate 3.3 glass, these Erlenmeyer flasks are suitable for most applications. They feature a heavy-duty beaded rim to help prevent breakage and have easy-to-read graduations. Able to withstand temperatures of -50 to 550 °C (-58 to 1022 °F), they are autoclavable for sterilization.
In the lab world, these flasks are known as "Student Grade". Student grade is not the highest grade flasks and will have minor defects.
Please note this 125mL flask has a narrow neck compared to our Y402 unit and will not accept a #5 stopper. This unit will need a #3 stopper.

Teflon gasket with 304 stainless mesh screen for 2" tri-clamp connections. Can be used as a filter screen to trap large particulates passing through T.C. fittings. Often used for distillation to retain activated carbon for filtering neutral spirits or used in pot distillation to retain botanicals in the vapor stream.
The screen has a mesh size of 16 which will block particles larger than 1.19mm or 1190 microns. This mesh size makes this screen ideal for use in a filer setup with activated carbon.

Add to Red Wine Fermentation on the skin
Binds with anthocyanins and stabilizes color
Improves mouthfeel and body
Mix of both ellagic and proanthocyanidin tannins
CellarTan F is designed to be added to red wine fermentations where it binds color, improves body and mouthfeel, and softens the overall tannin profile. Used during the early stages of fermentation when anthocyanins are being released from the grape skin in the presence of alcohol and need to be stabilized for long term color retention.
CellarTan F is a combination of ellagic tannins and proanthocyanidin tannins. Ellagic tannins are hydrolysable oak tannins that break down in wine. They react with grape skin derived phenolics to form flavono-ellagitannins which are hybrid compounds that play a key role in color stability while also softening the mouthfeel of your wine. Ellagic tannins also have potent antioxidant properties that reduce the need for SO2.
Proanthocyanidin tannins, or condensed tannins, also contribute to color stability, taste, and mouthfeel. Through polymerization, anthocyanins cap the end of tannin chains to form stable color throughout the life of your wine. They also increase the body and structure of wine.
Use:
Dissolve 0.2 to 2 g per gallon (0.05 to 0.5 g per liter) in juice or water. Add to must at least 30 min after any SO2 addition and mix well. If you are unsure where to start within the suggested range, we recommend a dosage of 1 g per gallon (0.25 per liter) and adjust as desired on future fermentations.
Replacement PET Tank for the 55L Tri-Conical FermZilla with tri-clamp bottom port. Perhaps your wort was too hot when you transferred from the kettle, or while cleaning you dropped the FermZilla against something sharp that punched a hole, or maybe it's just time to replace the tank after acquiring too many scratches from normal wear-and-tear. Whatever the reason, no need to go buy a whole new FermZilla! Just pick up one of these fresh replacement tanks and your conical fermenter will be good as new! Pressure Stress If you use the FermZilla to ferment under pressure, or you use CO2 to pressure transfer or force carbonate your finished beer, it is very important that you conduct semi-annual inspections of your tank. Even with perfect care, the FermZilla tank may show signs of wear from pressure stress over time. We recommend visually inspecting your tank for stress creases or other signs of wear once or twice a year. A hydro test should be conducted every two years, even if no signs of wear are found. The process is simple: Fill the tank to the brim with water Replace the Red PRV with a Green PRV rated to 4.5 BAR or higher Pressurize the tank to 4 BAR (58 psi) Check for leaks, then replace the Red PRV when finished If leaks or potential points of failure are found, replace the tank before you continue using pressure with your FermZilla. General Care Taking good care of your FermZilla begins with cleaning and sanitizing the unit before and after use. The tank is made from food-grade PET, which is beautifully clear, but can be sensitive to long soaks in cleaners and acid-based sanitizers. In general, we do not recommend leaving products like PBW or StarSan soaking in the tank for more than an hour. Extended soaks have the potential to degrade the PET material and shorten the lifespan of the tank. KegLand Part Number: KL28257 NOTE: FermZilla tanks are marked with a manufacturer’s “expiry date”. This does not indicate that the tank is bad after this date; it simply indicates that a hydro test may be in order. 2 years after production and every 2 years after first use, it is recommended that the tank be hydro tested to ensure the tank is holding pressure. Hydro test instructions are available here. You will also need the D1072 Green PRV to perform the test. If you do not plan to pressurize the fermenter, the test is not necessary.
