If you're a FermZilla owner, we highly recommend picking up an additional collection container or two. Use one to harvest and store your yeast, and then a second for your dry hop additions. Or harvest and store multiple yeast cultures in multiple collection containers.
The collection container features threaded ports that are compatible with the KG500 Ball Lock Cap. Attaching the ball lock cap will allow you to purge the container of oxygen before dry hopping. Or attach a small length of tubing with a diffusion stone and you'll be able to oxygenate your wort or carbonate your finished beer from the bottom up.
The container is made from Tritan and the lid from HDPE.
Kegland Part number: KL11365
The Flat Twister Lid comes with 3 pre-drilled holes perfectly sized for the Duotight bulkheads that come with the Temp Twister Cooling Coil and FermZilla Thermowell. Lid o-ring included. This lid is only recommended for FermZilla users that will be using the Temp Twister and the Thermowell together. Kegland Part number: KL15059

If you want a beer that tastes like it came straight from a tropical paradise, BRU-1 is the obvious choice. Developed through open pollination at Brulotte Farms in Toppenish, Washingthon, this new hop varietal is absolutely bursting with the sweet, fruity aroma of pineapple. It works well on its own for single hop beers, providing plenty of alpha acids up front in the boil and contributing complex flavors of pineapple, pear, apple and fresh cut grass when used for whirlpool and dry hop additions. It also plays well with other hops to create a depth of fruit flavor and comes highly recommended for Pale Ales, IPAs, Hazys, IPLs, and wheat ales.

Liquid apple cider concentrate sized for batches from 1 gallon to over 1 bbl
Made from traditional UK Cider Apples grown in the unique terroir of the finest apple-growing region in the world
Simply dilute at a ratio of 6:1 water to concentrate for an estimated 5.2% ABV cider after fermentation
Made from traditional UK Cider Apples grown in the unique terroir of the finest apple-growing region in the world. Harvested from the adjoining British counties of Herefordshire and Worcestershire, apples grown in this region benefit from high quality soils, nearly year-round rainfall, and a mild maritime climate. Having been home to apple orchards for thousands of years, the climate of this area allows the apples to slowly mature, which produces fruit with excellent complexity and flavor balance.
Apple cider concentrate is produced by removing water from freshly pressed apple juice through evaporation while under vacuum. This process concentrates the natural sugars in the juice, making the resulting product easier to store for longer periods and less cumbersome when transporting.
Use:
We recommend diluting with 6 parts water to 1 part concentrate to reconstitute the original apple juice. This will leave you with a solution that is approximately 1.040 SG with an estimated alcohol content of 5.2% ABV after fermentation. The solution can be used as a flavor ingredient alongside fresh apple juice to impart high levels of tannin that will give your hard cider a wonderful mouthfeel, complex flavor, and great color and body.

This carboy thermowell is used in conjunction with the Digital Controller, FE601A, FE610A, or FE602, to more accurately regulate internal temperature during fermentation. It is exceptionally useful during the start of fermentation when the lag between ambient temperature in the refrigerator and actual temperature in the carboy can vary greatly. Now you can keep your beer or wine within one degree of the set point on your digital controller. Designed to fit either 3, 5 or 6 gallon PLASTIC carboys or any other similarly sized opening hole. The unit comes with a 15" stainless steel thermowell and a #10 silicone stopper that will accommodate our sanitary filter, FIL90, as well. It can be used in any container with a stopper opening of this size where you need to accurately monitor and control liquid temperature. Will not work with Johnson Temperature Controllers (FE60 or FE61) because the probes are too large. Need a thermowell for a glass carboy? See related product. Ascorbic acid is a quick-acting and powerful antioxidant that is used in white winemaking to protect against light and short aerations, such as racking and bottling. It works by rapidly converting dissolved oxygen into hydrogen peroxide before it has a chance to react with oxidative enzymes and cause browning. However, this hydrogen peroxide itself needs to be removed from the wine in order to avoid the very phenomenon that was trying to be avoided in the first place, namely oxidizing the wine. The answer lies in always making sure that the free SO2 levels are correct, both before the ascorbic addition is to be made and after. (Note that "Titrettes" are not accurate enough for this, and that a more precise means of determing free SO2 is needed, such as an Aeration-Oxidation set-up). Addition rate is around 50 mg/l (ppm) as long as the free SO2 is maintained at 30 mg/l (ppm).
A rough approximate of weight is 1 tsp = 3.2 grams. We highly recommend using a scale to weigh the product for an accurate dose. We do not recommend relying on these rough conversions for accurate dosage rates.

Elevated protein content contributes to a fuller-bodied beer and enhances head formation and retention
Use as up to 50% of your grain bill
Rahr White Wheat, crafted from North American soft winter white wheat, imparts a distinct sweet, malty flavor with a subtle fruity note. Its elevated protein content contributes to a fuller-bodied beer and can significantly enhance head formation and retention, depending on the overall grain bill. This particular white wheat malt is also favored for its ease of milling compared to red wheat, and its ability to promote the desirable haze often found in Belgian white beers. It's an excellent choice for brewers aiming to produce any wheat-style beer.

Give your homebrewed Belgians an authentic finishing touch!
You will love the old world look you get when you seal your Belgian beer bottles with corks and a wire hood. These corks are made specifically for use with Belgian beer bottles. Our corks are brewery-grade. They are also very dense and give a great seal. They work well with our Floor Corker (W410). A hand corker will not work with these corks.
A long-time customer - John Francisco - told us a tip that he uses when he corks his Belgian beers - put a #7 stopper (FE440) over the plunger rod of the corker so that only 1 3/4" of the rod is exposed. This will stop the cork from going into the bottle too far. A wire hood can then be fastened over the remaining 6/8" - 7/8" of cork sticking out of the bottle. We have tried this and it works great!
Attention: These corks come sanitary in the bag ready to be corked into a bottle. Do not sanitize or boil these or you will ruin the integrity of the cork.

This product replaces our TAN150 - Tannin Galalcool
Enological tannins offer the winemaker, cider maker, or mead maker the possibility to add refined, highly-bindable tannin at any stage during the process. Benefits can include increased structure and mouthfeel, color stabilization, stability, anti-oxidative qualities, and overall complexity. Tannins can reduce vegetal/herbaceous characteristics and perceived astringency. We offer four types of oenolgical tannins, two for use during fermentation, and two for use during the aging phase.
Protection & Improved Structure!
Designed for white/rose wine fermentations (including fruit wines, ciders, and mead), Scott'Tan FT Blanc Soft is a specially formulated, colorless tannin derived from Gall Nuts. When used at the beginning of the fermentation, FT Blanc Soft helps provide protection from oxidation so more of the wines delicate aromas and flavors are preserved. In addition, FT Blanc Soft's continual bonding going on throughout the fermentation improves mouthfeel and help significantly reduce or eliminate vegetal/herbaceous characters and bitterness. FT Blanc Soft imparts a perception of sweetness without contributing any sugars, along with a low-level, beneficial minerality. Note: FT Blanc Soft can also be used as an ageing tannin post-fermentation as well!
To Use
Add directly to the grapes at the crusher or to the juice/wine. Mix thoroughly to ensure homogenization.
Note: If using FT Blanc Soft as an aging tannin, final addition should be made 3-6 weeks before bottling to allow for complete polymerization and settling.
Recommended dosage rate: 0.2-0.6 g/gal (5-15 g/hL)
A rough approximate of weight is 1 tsp = 2.3 grams. We highly recommend using a scale to weigh the product for an accurate dose. We do not recommend relying on these rough conversions for accurate dosage rates.

Liquid Malt Extract (LME) vs. Dried Malt Extract (DME)
MoreBeer! recipe kits are offered in both Liquid Malt Extract and Dry Malt Extract so that our customers can choose the format that best suits their needs and brewing style. LME is a viscous liquid, similar in consistency to maple syrup. In addition to being the more affordable option, many brewers find LME easier to handle than dry extract. DME is more condensed and comes in a powder format that is similar to baking flour. Although it’s a little more costly, DME is naturally lighter in color and stays fresher for longer. We highly recommend DME when brewing light colored beers.
Type E Camlock Fitting. Male Camlock with 1/2" Barb (13mm).
Camlock fittings are the preferred choice for many home and professional brewers alike. They have a higher working pressure and hold a tighter seal than quick disconnect fittings, making them less likely to leak while in use. Locking and unlocking the female pieces may require two hands, but it's a small price to pay for long-lasting reliability.
304 Stainless steel construction. 150 psi working pressure.

Use this fitting to convert 1.5" tri-clamp to Male Quick Disconnect. This fitting is extremely useful when transferring wort from your brew kettle to a stainless fermenter with tri-clamp connections. If you already use female QDs on your transfer tubing, simply connect to this male QD x tri-clamp fitting, rather than having a specific length of transfer tubing with quick disconnect on one end and barbed T.C. fitting on the other.

Yeast starters offer higher cell counts at the time the yeast is pitched, leading to faster, healthier fermentations and better tasting beer!
You may be wondering how to make a yeast starter. Well, lucky for you this kit contains everything you need for making your own yeast starter right out of the box, including step-by-step instructions!
This is the most common size used to make yeast starters using liquid yeast, great for higher alcohol beer and cold fermented lagers.
In the lab world, these flasks are known as "Student Grade," meaning there may be some cosmetic flaws in the glass, and the volume measurements are approximate due to variations in the thickness of the glass walls of the flask. This makes it a great flask for making yeast starters--at a great price!
We do not recommend the use of an electric element with these flasks. If this cannot be avoided, we suggest using a larger pot as a hot water bath on the stove.

Please Note: When choosing an ice pack option beware that the liquid yeast will not arrive cold even when shipped together. Ice packs and insulated mailing options are designed to keep the yeast colder for longer during shipment, but they will not ensure that your yeast arrives cold. We will not replace liquid yeast that arrives warm. During warmer months we strongly recommend you choose dry yeast.

BevBright's three micron filters are disposable, multi-zoned, cartridge style filters perfect for filtering beer with any standard 10" filter cartridge housing. BevBright achieves superior efficiency by being the first to spin different diameters of poly strands on the same filter core to create zones of filtration. The zone closest to the core contains consistent, tight fibers for final filtration while the final outer layer zone is spun with larger fibers for increased sediment holding capacity and increased flow capacity. The best of both worlds. By comparison typical spun poly water filters are spun with only one size of fiber. Note that these are True 10" Filter Cartridges that rely upon the housing being closed tightly in order to engage the Knife Seals & eliminate bypass. 3 Micron Filters 3 micron filters are our recommended size if you have not filtered before. They are a good compromise between the fine filtration of 1 micron and the rougher filtration of 5 microns. Since yeast cells are sized between 5-10 micron a 3 micron filter will remove yeast. What Efficiency rating should I choose? We suggest you start with the Super High Efficiency rated filters and adjust from there. High Efficiency - Removes 90% of the material 3 micron or larger in a single pass. Super High Efficiency - Removes 98% of the material 3 micron or larger in a single pass. Absolute Rated - Removes 99.8% of the material 3 micron or larger in a single pass. More Information on Efficiency Ratings The efficiency rating tells you what % of material, at the given micron rating, will be filtered out in a single pass. Cheaper spun poly water filters are never rated for efficiency because they only remove 60-80% of the material at a given micron rating in a single pass. BevBright offer three levels of efficiency to fit any brewers budget or need. The High Efficiency rated filters work better than any 3 micron rated hardware store spun poly filters . The Super High Efficiency filters represent great value. They remove 98% of material in a single pass for just a little bit more money. Absolute rated filters are more typically used in the wine industry but are available for discerning brewers that want the highest efficiency possible.
Direct replacement of the 31" floating dip tube included with the FermZilla Pressure Kits. If you're looking for a floating dip tube to use with your homebrew keg, we recommend the Torpedo Buoy™, which includes an appropriately sized metal dip tube and features a higher quality silicone tubing. Most oxygen regulators only regulate pressure but the Blichmann Oxygen Flow Regulator allows you to dial in the actual rate of flow. Turn the dial to your preferred flow rate, measured in liters of oxygen per minute, and you can feel confident in knowing precisely how much oxygen is being introduced into your wort. It is important to know the flow of oxygen because depending on your downstream restriction the actual flow can vary a lot. Remove the guess work with the Oxygen Flow Regulator from Blichmann.
Measuring your dissolved oxygen usually would run you $300 or more but with the Oxygen Flow Regulator you can know exactly how much oxygen was put into your wort for less than $50.

BevBright's Five Micron Filters are disposable, multi-zoned, cartridge style filters perfect for filtering beer with any standard 10" filter cartridge housing. 5 Micron Filters 5 micron filters are the best choice when there is visible haze in your beer. A 5 micron filter will remove almost all yeast and is less likely to clog than a 3 or 1 micron filter. Already have pretty clear beer and just want to make it shine? Check out our 3 micron or 1 micron filters. What Retention Efficiency rating should I choose? We suggest you start with the Super High Efficiency rated filters and adjust from there. 90% High Efficiency - Removes 90% of the material 5 micron or larger in a single pass. 98% Super High Efficiency - Removes 98% of the material 5 micron or larger in a single pass. 99.8% Absolute Efficiency - Removes 99.8% of the material 5 micron or larger in a single pass. Cryo Hop® Hop Pellets
Higher AA and nearly twice the resin content of traditional T-90 hop pellets
Increase yield by reducing vegetal matter in your brewhouse and fermenter
Cryo Hops® provide brewers with the ability to get gigantic hop character while reducing astringent and unpleasant vegetal flavors. With a substantially higher oil and resin content, LupuLN2 powder offers up all the flavor and aroma of a heavily hopped beer, but with a significanly reduced grassy character. Additionally, the lower dosage rate of the concentrated powder reduces the volume of trub and therefore, kettle loss. Using Cryo Hops® you will net more beer that is clearer!
Typical usage of Cryo Hops® would be roughly 50% of pellets. LupuLN2 powder can be used in any application where traditional hop products are utilized, including: Bittering, Kettle, Whirlpool and even direct to the fermentor. It is suggested that you use Cryo Hops® as late additions, in the whirlpool or dry hop, as the volatile aromatic compounds will be driven off if added early in the boil.
Cryo Hops® are an innovative hop product that is made by separating the lupulin from the hop flower using cryogenic processing. The result is a product with twice the potency of T90 pellets, with reduced astringency and vegetative material.
Note: These hops come pelletized. The powder is compressed into pellet form to make handling easier.
Typical Hop Statistics:
Alpha Acids: 11.0 – 18.0%
Beta Acids: 11.0 – 17.0%
Total Oil: 1.5 – 4.0%

We recently discovered this premium breathable silicone barrel bung and were immediately impressed with its robust design and features. To start with, the built in tabs really help make bung removal effortless. But where the bung really shines is in its two-piece design. When set to the open position, the bung acts as an airlock and allows the release of CO2 while maintaining a seal against oxygen coming in. This makes the bung ideal for alcoholic or malolactic fermentation in barrels or tanks. When fermentation is over and you no longer want the bung to "breathe" out, you just push the center cap into the bung to create a firm seal and the FE497 becomes a solid stopper!
Fits most 30 and 60 gallon barrels as well as the hole in the lid of most Variable Volume tanks!
