Prevents vacuum pump failure when bottling sugary or hot products by effectively filtering impurities.
Comes with pre-assembled tubes and adapters for quick and hassle-free setup; designed for vertical mounting.
Built to withstand prolonged use in dusty environments, with a metal mesh filter element and easy-to-clean components.
When using the Ultrafiller to fill liqueurs, spirits, syrups, or other sugary products—as well as hot products such as juices—it is essential to equip the machine with the oil bath filter. This filter protects the vacuum pump, which could fail over time without proper filtration. Please note that the oil bath filter is not included with the Ultrafiller and must be purchased separately.
Important: Failure to use this filter when bottling the above-mentioned products will void the warranty for the bottling machine.
Mounting Instructions
Before using the filter, fill the cup with food-grade mineral oil up to the indicated level. Medium-density oils are recommended for optimal performance.
Install the filter between the vacuum pump and the recovery tank. The kit includes pre-assembled tubes and hose adapters for your convenience. Always mount the filter vertically:
Connect the OUT port to the pipe leading from the motor.
Connect the IN port to the pipe and quick-release fitting supplied with the tank. (Refer to the detailed instructions for further guidance.)
Maintenance
These filters are designed for prolonged use, even in dusty environments, offering excellent filtration and durability. To maintain optimal performance:
Regularly change the oil, ensuring the level remains at the indicated mark.
Remove impurities that accumulate during operation.
For particularly dusty conditions, disassemble and wash the lower parts of the filter daily.

The new GOfill bottle filler makes filling inexpensive, easy, prevents oxidation, and has a built-in pump. It is the perfect solution for small volume wineries.
Connect to a vessel containing wine to be bottled. Wine is collected in a single-use liner, automatically kept full by the pump. “A simple solution to minimize cleaning and oxidation as the fill liner is closed with no headspace – a signature of GOfermentor.” says Dr Singh, the inventor of a series of innovative products for the winery.
The liner feeds four bottle filling heads simultaneously using gravity flow. Filling can be paused for hours with no oxidation. Keep filling as long as you want, the pump refills the liner automatically. When bottling is complete – simply discard the fill liner and rinse the heads.
Gravity filling heads provide simple, reliable operation with minimal foaming. The disposable feed liner decouples filtration from the bottling operation, enabling one person operation. The smart pump automatically shuts off if there is no flow of wine, preventing air from contacting wine in the fill liner.
1. FOUR HEADS: Four gravity filling heads. 240 bottles per hour.
2. DISPOSABLE FILL TANK: Single-use liner feed tank – no washing, no oxidation, no contamination.
3. BUILT-IN PUMP: Built-in pump and automatic fill liner volume control.
4. AUTO-SHUTOFF: Liquid-out detector with automatic pump shutdown

Copper bubble plate column produces higher proof distillate in a single run Borosilicate glass section can be removed to use the column as a pot still for gin, whiskey, rum, and other flavored spirits Modular, tri-clamp design for easy modification and break down for cleaning Capable of producing up to 96% ABV distillate This professional-level distillation column features a modular borosilicate glass body that allows you to watch the progress of your distilling run. It features a 4" tri-clamp connection point which can be attached to the heavy-duty Pro Sight Glass Distillation Lid. Perfectly suited to making up to 96% ABV distillate with 3000w to 3500w of power, and therefore we recommend pairing this column with the 65L BrewZilla or DigiBoil to complete the still. The modular design allows you to remove the borosilicate glass column and run it as a pot still for gins, whiskeys, grappa, brandy, and rums. This column is recommended for intermediate to advanced hobbyist distillers entering the commercial sector who want to a visual indicator of how the still is performing. New distillers are best suited to learn the basics with the AlcoEngine Reflux and AlcoEngine Pot Still range before venturing up to different types of distillation. This distillation kit is Cooling Management still, whereas the AlcoEngines are Liquid Management stills that restrict the flow of distillate, forcing a desired reflux ratio. With this design you are controlling the input of water to the RC component on the column to knock down vapors to fill the bubbler plates, taking on a small portion of the lightest vapors first and condensing them back into liquid as your final distillate. How The Bubble Plate Column Works: Vapor will come into contact with the plates and caps inside the column, causing the vapor to condense back into a liquid. This will happen at the very top of the still where the RC cooler will knock that vapor back into a liquid, causing a reflux action. As the liquid then falls down from bubbler cap to bubbler cap, the liquid that falls is eventually forced back up through the plates again. This process of being forced to run through the caps and plates multiple times creates an end product that has essentially been distilled multiple times in a single run, meaning you can get higher proof alcohol when compared to an empty column. The bubble plates perform a similar function as the copper packing in a hybrid column, but does so more efficiently. When running a bubble plate column, the first run will start in the range of 72.5%-85%. Depending on the quality of the wash, you can reach up to 95%-96% ABV, the highest-grade ethanol you can distill. Please note: There is no instruction manual. This 2" tri-clamp ball valve is full port and completely disassembles for easy sanitation. It is perfect for inserting a mixer into a wine tank or for mixing hops in a beer tank. No tools are required for disassembly. Simply turn the valve to the closed position, remove the 3.5" tri-clamp, remove the bottom thumb screw (drain), and tilt the ball out of the socket by rotating the top towards you. Reassemble in reverse order. Use food safe grease on all surfaces.
Note: Take care to not allow fermentation inside the valve. Do not open the valve during fermentation. The drain screw can be removed while the valve is closed to drain the valve.

Compared to the traditional steam heating brewhouse, the creative new-tech thermal oil heating avoids the installation of a dangerous and high-maintenance steam boiler. Steam offers more surface area than gas fired, but it requires a generator to create steam, collect it, and reheat it again. Oil heated brewhouses, on the other hand, use a simple oil heater and pump to circulate oil through the tank jackets. Compared to gas fired systems where all heat is directed to the very bottom of the kettle, this system heats from the sides and the bottom rather than the bottom alone. This offers not only greater surface area but faster thermal response. By controlling the oil temperature, you also have more precise boil vigor control and evaporation rate control. For these reasons and more, the Oil Heated Brewhouse makes for an ideal pilot batch system.
Control Panel
Our control panel features 4 PID controllers for precise control of the HLT, Mash, Boil Kettle and Oil temperature. The control panel also features a delayed start timer, allowing you to preheat your HLT overnight so your strike water will be ready when you arrive on brew day.
Hard Piped Distribution Manifold
With the distribution manifold, the entire brewing process can be completed by simply opening and closing valves. There’s no need to lug around brewery hoses and swap connections from vessel to vessel. This hard piped system is completely self contained with dedicated pumps to move wort and hot liquor from tank to tank as needed. Every step of the brew day is a simple valve turn away. The only hose required is from the brewing system to your fermenter. Once the brew is completed this same piping system is used for CIP and rinsing.
Installation
The systems are delivered on a skid. Simply, move the skid into place, hook up power and water and a drain and you are ready to clean and brew.
Our systems also feature rolling casters for easy installation in your brewery, product pump for recirculation and sparging, hard piped manifold, grain out door on the mash tun, and mounted plate chiller.
Optional Upgrade: MB Autopilot Control System
Take your brew day to the next level by upgrading your MB Oil Heated Brewhouse with the new MB Autopilot control system. Featuring a full touchscreen interface, Autopilot transforms our proven oil-heated system into a fully automated brewing powerhouse. Easily program every step of your process—including your mash, sparge, boil, and knockout—and save your favorite recipes to recall them instantly for unparalleled batch-to-batch consistency. With Autopilot handling the heavy lifting, precise timing, and temperature control, you can keep your hands off the panel and your eyes on the beer.
