Whether you need to transfer finished beer between vessels, recirculate ice water during chilling or incorporate a counter flow chiller, a beer pump is a necessity in many kinds of home brewing setups. We carry a wide selection of beer pumps that will get the job done quickly and efficiently, and they come in a variety of sizes to choose from.
For a pump that will transfer finished beer after fermentation, we carry self-priming diaphragm pumps that use a diaphragm to actually suck liquid from its original source. With long-lasting, high quality materials like stainless steel and a number of different mechanisms, our brewing pumps are some of the best you’ll find anywhere online.

The Super Sucker transfer pump is the quickest, most hassle-free solution to moving beer or wine between vessels. Rack from primary fermenter to secondary or from carboy to keg without the excess oxygen exposure that results from hand-pumping a siphon or blowing into a carboy hood. Simply run transfer tubing from a racking cane to the pump and then to your receiving vessel, flip the switch, and let the Super Sucker do the work while you kick back and enjoy a cold beverage.
With the Super Sucker you don't need gravity or CO2 pressure to move liquid around. Thanks to the pump's considerable max lift height, you can leave your heavy, full fermenter on the ground and place the receiving keg or carboy side-by-side or even above the fermenter on a countertop.

Why This is a Great Pump:
Self-Priming
Heat Tolerant materials to 212°F when used with Silicone tubing
Speed Control!
Gentle Diaphragm Design
Self Priming: This pump is capable of pumping gasses, meaning that pumping does not require priming! This makes transfers between carboys or kegs incredibly easy. Simply put both inlet and outlet hoses in a bucket of sanitizer and run the pump for a minute. You're then good to transfer your beer with your sanitized pump!
Removable Pre-Filter: This is something which is almost always necessary on diaphragm pumps, as the diaphragm itself is very delicate, and can be ruined by small solids. The pre-filter included on this pump will work to keep solids out of the pump, extending the working life of the unit. And the filter can be removed between uses for cleaning.
Heat Tolerant: All materials used in the construction of the pump tolerate temperatures up to 212°F when used with heat tolerant tubing such as silicone. Because the pump comes with vinyl tubing you would need to replace that tubing with silicone.
Speed Control: Perhaps the most unique feature is a dial control to adjust flow from 0 to 3 gallons per minute. Use it to send your wort from the kettle to the fermenter, or even after fermentation to send beer through a plate filter (such as our FIL45).
Gentle on your Beer: A diaphragm pump works by moving beer through one pulsating diaphragm into the next. It is a design that is very gentle on the liquid being pumped.
When this pump was first introduced to us, we loved the idea, but had concerns that the speed control would compromise the longevity of the motor. We've built much larger pumps and normally you need a $700 frequency drive to control motor speed. However, we've been selling this pump since the mid-2000s and it continues to perform well and receive excellent customer feedback.
This pump comes with 1/2" barbed ports for easy connectivity
Comes with 4' tubing on both sides
Heat Tolerant materials to 212°F (when used with silicone tubing)
110 Volts, 0.5 Amp, 60 Hz.

Transfer fermented, but uncarbonated, beer from carboy to carboy or from carboy to keg. For those brewers that perhaps cannot lift a carboy or have issues with siphoning this is a great solution. Self-priming (will push air) so that it can draw out of a carboy or tank. Gentle diaphragm action so as to not "beat up" the beer. Made of food-grade, NSF approved, materials polypropylene and santoprene, so no metallic interaction with the product. Pumps 3 gallons per minute.
Flow can be restricted with an inline valve positioned on the outflow side. Self-regulating motor is designed to temporarily shut down, and then turn back on, when restriction pressure exceeds pump capacity. Has a heat limitation of 125 degrees Fahrenheit so cannot be used in brewing applications.
Shurflo brand pump is equipped with 1/2" Male NPT posts on the inlet and outlet. Does not include the plastic barb fittings you will need to purchase separately. Please see the "You Might Also Need" section below for our recommendations regarding which fittings to attach to the pump.

1.5" tri-clamp connections
13 gallons per minute flow rate
Made in Italy by Marchisio
This pump features a stainless body, housing, and bracket. It utilizes an impeller made from food-grade plastic. Has a .8 hp motor and moves 13 gallons per minute with no head. Will pump up to a height of 70'. 110v. Overall dimensions are 14.5" L x 7"W x 7"H. Weighs 15.4 lbs. Optional by-pass can be installed to restrict flow up to 25%. This pump can handle some small solid particulate, such as grain particles, and is food grade up to 113° F.
Please note the instruction manual references 230V for the voltage, but these pumps are custom configured by the manufacturer in 110V.
