Pressure Transfers Great for pressure transfers from keg to keg during filtering or after fining. During pressure transfers, it's a good idea to have a bit of head pressure in the receiving keg, especially if you're transferring beer that is already carbonated. Having a spunding valve in place will allow you to consistently control the head pressure and give you more consistent results, without losing carbonation in the process. Note: The very end of the pressure relief valve can be adjusted by unscrewing the knurled adjustment knob. If too tight and not adjustable by hand, wrap a towel around the adjustment knob and loosen with pliers. Then finger tighten or loosen to desired pressure.

The name says it all! No more struggling with all the different techniques to get a siphon started. The Easy-Siphon will get your transfer started quickly and with zero fuss. Simply submerge the the siphon, pull the inner tube up about halfway, then pump down to start the siphon. New design features 7/8" OD racking tube to better fit carboys, 1-gallon jugs, or growlers.
To prolong the life of your Easy Siphon, make sure that every time you assemble the unit, the inner walls of the outside acrylic tube and the O-Ring are wet.
Comes with 3/8" cane and 15" racking tube. 5/16" or 3/8" ID tubing must be purchased separately.

Instructions:
Sanitize and rinse your Easy-Siphon.
Get the inner tube gasket and the outer tube wet.
Attach the curved siphon to a hose.
Submerge the end of Easy-Siphon into your container.
If bottling directly, attach the correct bottle for the tubing you are using and place it inside your bottle wand. Otherwise place the the tubing into the container you're racking to.
Pull the inner tube up about 7" until the liquid fills the tube.
Pump the inner tube down and siphon will begin.
Pull out inner tube and sanitize Easy-Siphon for storage.
This product is not resistant to high levels of alcohol. Do not sanitize with alcohol.
Acrylic is safe for long exposure to ABV up to 15%. It is safe up to 30% ABV for short periods of time (10 minutes or so). Not safe to expose acrylic to more than 30% ABV. Exceeding those limits will damage the Acrylic and could potentially leach into liquid. If you need to exceed these limits, we recommend using a stainless racking cane.
Racking canes are the most common tool used to transfer your homebrew from a carboy or other fermentation vessel to your bottling bucket or kegs. This racking cane comes with a tip cover that will help to keep trub out of the bottling bucket or keg, leaving you with a clearer finished product!

The patented Stainless Steel Intertap Faucet is a forward sealing faucet that represents the most modern faucet design. It has a modular, threaded spout which can fit a variety of different attachments including a growler filler or a stout spout.
In normal rear-sealing faucets the entire faucet has to drain of beer. In forward-sealing faucets the faucet keeps beer in it so the inside doesn't have a chance to get sticky, making cleaning much easier. It also reduces the chance of off flavors transfering to your beer while you pour.
Other forward sealing faucets use a floating o-ring, which is just as sanitary but requires the o-ring to move inside the faucet body in order to seal correctly. This can become a problem as the faucet ages. Intertap faucets use a sliding shuttle that guides the o-ring into the perfect position every time.
The threaded spout easily unscrews from the faucet and can be replaced by a growler filler or stout spout quickly and easily. Pour a pint and then fill a growler in no time at all.

These 2-Part customizable beer bottle labels will give your homebrew a distinctive upscale look. With these unprinted sheets of adhesive 2-Part Labels you can easily create your own custom beer bottle labels. The pre-cut labels come on 8-1/2 x 11"" sheets. You can download printing templates that will define the edges of the labels (as a table) so you can make your custom design fit the label. Once you’ve created your own design you print the labels with either inkjet or laser printer. In order to add your designs to the template you must have a paid version of adobe acrobat reader or some other PDF editting software. The special adhesive will stay on while wet and during aging, but can easily be peeled off for reusing bottles. 2-part labels come 4 sets per sheet, 8 sheets per pack, for a total of 32 labels.
