This 1/2" Reinforced Vinyl Tubing is FDA approved, food grade, rated to 158 degrees F, and 200 PSI. It is the perfect tubing to use in your homebrewery with our pumps, or anywhere you want the extra security that your tubing will not kink or burst. This type of tubing is essential when putting back pressure on a system. Standard vinyl tubing and silicone are great for their own purposes, but are not designed to handle pressure, and can balloon up or explode if too much pressure is used.

Makes managing sanitized bottles for a whole batch easy, and lets you get the bottling mess out of the kitchen--no more using the dishwasher rack to hold sanitized bottles.
The Rotating Bottle Tree holds 45 bottles. It will simplify the bottling process. Just rinse the bottles out well after use and store upside down on the bottle tree where they remain clean. When you want to bottle, use the optional Sanitized Injector (B520) to spray sanitizing solution, such as Star San or SaniClean, into the bottles to sanitize. Wait 1 minute and bottle. You can also do the sanitizing ahead of time and let the bottles air dry upside down.

The Bottle Tower features a rotating base and convenient drain port. Comes standard with 5 inserts for a total of 45 seats. With added inserts the bottle tree can hold as many as 90 bottles at a time. Easily assembles and breaks down for storage. With a 3/8" OD drain outlet on the base, you can attach tubing so the base automatically drains to a nearby sink. The Monster Cleaner (B526) can be attached to the top insert for a complete cleaning and drying station.

A six gallon food grade bucket for fermentation or bottling with a pre drilled hole and external volume markings up to five gallons. This bucket does not include a spigot. Our recommended spigots can be found below under You Might Also Need. To use as a fermenter you will need to pick up the optional lid, spigot, stopper, and an airlock.
If you use the bucket for fermentation be sure to use care when cleaning. Do not use any abrasive pads that would scratch. Once you get a scratch in a plastic bucket it is very hard to sanitize. This is also why we don't recommend storing equipment in a bucket between uses as a fermenter. A hot PBW soak is often a perfect way to clean a bucket, followed by a Star San soak for killing bacteria.

Integrated Ball Lock Connectors
The integrated ball lock connectors allow you to quickly attach your beer and gas ball lock disconnects. We recommend the use of the Duotight Ball Lock Quick Disconnects in Gas and Liquid to connect to these inputs and outputs.
Integrated Pinch Valve
The integrated pinch valve is one of the things that makes this unit far superior to other filling machines. The pinch valve enables you to easily remove the beer line for cleaning so the stainless tube, silicone hose, and yellow ball lock cap removes completely and can be put into the dishwasher or cleaned in the sink. The pinch valve is mechanically simple and therefore reliable. It is not subject to small particles like hops getting stuck in the device and eliminates the need for pre-filtration. It simply pinches down on the silicone tube to shut off the flow. This design also enables laminar flow that reduces foaming. The pinch valve improves reliability, makes it easier to operate, and a piece of cake to clean.
Integrated Regulator
Other filling machines require an external regulator that may need to drop the pressure lower than your normal keg dispensing pressure. Unlike these other fillers, this filler has an integrated regulator which saves time and setup costs. This integrated regulator means you will not damage your machine by accidentally connecting it to a high-pressure gas source. You can hook up your gas line without the need for another external regulator or to fool around with your gas supply at all. Just set the integrated regulator once during setup and forget about it.
Multi-Purpose
The long stainless tubes and adjustable height make this device useful for pretty much any bottles up to 11.8" (30cm) high or cans up to 10.6" (27cm) high. It can also be used for still or carbonated beverages, so this device is useful for wine bottles, beer cans, champagne, crown seal bottles, and pretty much any other bottle/can/vessel that has a neck opening greater than 0.59" (15mm). It can also be used for filling glasses, jars, or other vessels.
Fill Profiles
Some other machines require a full calibration to change from one vessel type to another. This machine allows you to pre-save fill profiles depending on what you are doing. Save a filling profile for your 12 oz cans and then save a different filling profile for your 750mL wine bottles. Use our pre-saved presets or alternatively make your own fill profiles with different purge times and fill height. These are also synced with the RAPT.io portal so you can save profiles and share them with friends or deploy them to several other devices.
RAPT.io Connected (via WiFi)
As well as all the features above, this filler connects to your WiFi and keeps track of your Cans Per Minute (CPM), fill speed, and even temperature (if you purchase the external Instant Read Temperature Probe separately). It will log all usage information so you can keep track of how your machine is running or even keep track of your staff to make sure they are cycling the machine at an acceptable rate. The connectivity to the RAPT.io portal will enable you to more easily change settings, update profiles, and keep track of your fill days so you can historically keep track of how your fill day went and which day you processed each batch.
Low DO Pickup
The quality and longevity of your beverage are often defined by how well you keep oxygen off your product. This filler purges the oxygen out of the can and will enable you to get substantially lower dissolved oxygen.
Wall Mounted Design

This Ball Lock QD With Pressure Gauge and Adjustable PRV is a great accessory to have when performing pressure transfers. Made from stainless steel components for long-lasting quality. Pressure Transfers
You may have done pressure transfers from keg to keg during filtering or after fining. During pressure transfers, it's a good idea to have a bit of head pressure in the receiving keg, especially if you're transferring beer that is already carbonated. Having an adjustable pressure relief valve in place will allow you to consistently control the head pressure and give you more consistent results, without losing carbonation in the process.
Note: The very end of the pressure relief valve can be adjusted by unscrewing the knurled adjustment knob. If too tight and not adjustable by hand, wrap a towel around the adjustment knob and loosen with pliers. Then finger tighten or loosen to desired pressure.
Metal champagne wires for securing champagne stoppers and corks.
To use, first insert plastic or cork champagne stopper. Set a champagne wire on top, grasp the protruging metal loop, and twist to secure.
Swap out the 26 mm capping bell with this 29 mm bell to make the Colt Strong bench capper (B506) compatible with European style bottles that require larger caps.

Give yourself some room to work with the Tapcooler extension tube. Not every draft setup is located at a convenient height or location to counter pressure fill your bottles. With the optional extension tube, you can set up your bottling run up to 6.5 feet away from your beer faucet. One end of the connection hose screws into the top of the filler unit and the other end of the tube is screws into the filler unit's removable tap nozzle insert. Includes two small o-rings to seal the extension line on either end.

This Racking Cane Filter Screen is very effective when racking with whole hops, oak, or fruit in the fermenter. Simply slide this over the bottom of the racking cane and begin the siphon! Made from Stainless Steel mesh. Some customer are also using this in the their keg attached to the bev out dip tube.
Fits on a 3/8" stainless steel racking cane.
Note: You may want to use a hose clamp to tighten this to the racking cane.
Now you can proudly display your homemade beer with your own custom label! With these unprinted sheets of adhesive labels you can easily create your own custom beer labels. The pre-cut labels come on 8-1/2 x 11"" sheets. You can download printing templates that will define the edges of the labels (as a table) so you can make your custom design fit the label. Once you’ve created your own design you print the labels with either inkjet or laser printer. The special adhesive will stay on while wet and during aging, but can easily be peeled off for reusing bottles. Beer labels come 6 per sheet, 8 sheets per pack, for a total of 48 labels. Cool Features
Torpedo Kegs were designed to stack with Ball Lock quick disconnects in place and serving which is a cool feature for some brewers who have vertical space in their refrigerator. We also like the rolled stainless steel handles. They are comfortable to grab and will never come off like some rubber handles can over time. “In” and “Out” is etched near the keg posts for easy identification which is very handy when you are connecting lines in a refrigerator or kegerator and trying not to make a mistake.
Low2 Keg Lid O-ring
Give your beverage the absolute best protection from oxygen staling with the Low2 keg lid O-ring. Even the most perfectly sealed keg is susceptible to oxygen ingress through the hatch O-ring—yes, even if the keg is under constant pressure with CO2! Even a leak-free, pressurized keg will release CO2 molecules as they pass through the lid O-ring itself, and conversely, Oxygen molecules will permeate through the O-ring and diffuse into the keg when they reach the surface area on the other side. The level of permeability is wide ranging and highly dependent on what material the O-ring is made from. Rather than the usual EPDM or Silicone, Low2 gaskets are made from a unique composition of Synthetic M-Class and Cross-Link Elastomers. This special blend has superior oxygen barrier properties that results in your beverage staying fresher for longer.

KegLand's 500ml Amber PET bottles come with reusable screw caps, but these replacements are available if you prefer to use new caps with each bottling run. The locking ring is left behind on the bottle neck the first time the cap is screwed off, so if you're using fresh caps you'll want to remove the locking ring from the previous cap. These caps can also be used to replace the threaded caps included on the lid of the FermZilla fermenter. KegLand Part Number: KL25881
