Approximate Dimensions: 20in Diameter x 33in Height (w/out airlock in place). The maximum temperature that these plastic fermenters can handle is 140F.
**Please Note - The handles on the Speidel Plastic Fermenters are capable of handling a weight load of 66lbs each, or 132lbs when using both. They should not be used to move this unit when full.
FAQ:
Can filled containers be carried by the handles?
Depending on the weight—barrels up to 30L are no problem—60L is the limit and should not be carried when completely full. The handles have a weight capacity of 30kg (66 lbs).
Is there an upper limit on the alcohol content of the stored liquid?
In principle, there is not. However, it should be noted that the higher the alcohol content, the faster the seals and, to a lesser extent, the tank itself will wear out.
Up to what temperature can the containers be used?
For short periods of time the containers can withstand temperatures of up to 80°C (176°F). This temperature should not be exceeded. For longer periods of time the containers can be used at temperatures up to 60°C (140°F).

Replacement white rubber gasket for Speidel variable volume tank lids.
What an upgrade to the traditional clear vinyl gaskets! Reduce issues with leakage, ensure a great seal, and reduce your worries about storing wine in a variable volume tank. These white, food-grade, rubber gaskets are formed like a channel as opposed to a circular tube to form a better seal against tank and lid. Nearly 3x as thick as the clear vinyl gaskets they also help to reduce oxidation. Hold one of these in your hand and you will instantly know from the hefty weight that this is a worthwhile upgrade for every variable volume tank owner who plans to store wine.

Speidel Quality Features:
Rubber Lid Gaskets - Rubber gaskets are much thicker than the traditional clear vinyl gaskets, which along with their extruded manufacturing process provide a much better seal with the tanks wall. They're seamless and more oxygen resistant than the clear gaskets. That means better protection for your wines!
Weld Quality - Speidel's robotic-arm laser welders create flawless stainless to stainless junctions that look and feel more like a taped fabric seam than a traditional weld. Ultra high-quality welds leave no chance for residual product to harbor spoilage organisms.
Interior Finish - Speidel tanks feature an ultra-smooth 2R rated interior surface which effectively resists the build-up of tartarate residues. Clean your tanks with cold water after cold stabilization! Say goodbye to harsh cleaning chemicals and expensive CIP systems!
Warranty - Speidel-Behaelter, GmbH backs up each and every tank with an industry-leading 25 year warranty against defects in materials or workmanship. And, as a 5th generation manufacturer, you can be confident they'll be around to honor that warranty should the need arise.
Tank Dimensions - 820mm D x 1328mm H (32.2" D x 52.2" H)
Note: Over tightening the airlock / orange bulk head can cause it to crack. Only thread the airlock down until it feels snug. Do not over tighten.

The ported plastic carboys are pretty cool in that you can eliminate having to rack out of them. However, you need this tool to attach the nut onto a plastic ported carboy from the inside.
The wrench has a specially molded hex nut to hold the 5/16 inch barbed (FE347) or 1/2 inch barbed (FE347A) spigot nut, and a long handle so you can reach to the bottom of the carboy. The spigot wrench can be reused, you only need it during the installation and/or removal of the spigots.
Replacement female threaded brass piece which mounts into the fixed stainless plate (non-pump side) on an OMAC 20x20 plate and frame filter. This is the part of the filter that the spindle threads through in order to push the floating plate inward and close the filter once the pads have been installed. They occasionally strip out due to the force applied when sealing the filter for operation.

Canning beer can be a messy business. Keep your workspace clean with this splash guard! In order to have the lowest amount of dissolved oxygen in your canned beer, you need to place the lid on top of a nice layer of foam. The problem is, once the can starts spinning, all the excess foam gets thrown off in every direction. Add this splash guard to your seamer and contain the canning chaos! This unit is specifically made for the Cannular Pro model (CAN110). For the manual Cannular model splash guard, see CAN105. Kegland Part number: KL16728
