BrewTool's solution to filtration of fermented beer. The filter kit is installed directly on the butterfly valve out of the fermenter.
The filter kit can also be used for other purposes and can be customized with many accessories and adapters.
If the filter clogs, simply remove one Tri Clamp and rinse it in sanitizer without further disassembly.
Normal use:
Assemble the filter kit and leave in sanitizer
Install the filter kit on the fermentation tank valve
Purge with Co2 a couple of times and relieve the pressure using the PRV
Open the valve, and let the air out using the PRV
Connect your ball lock connector to your keg or bottling setup
If used on hot side (over 140°F/60°C) we recommend replacing the Poly TC pipe and filter holder with stainless steel equivalents.
The filter kit can be doubled up and you can use a coarse and fine filter in combination using simple parts available as accessories.
More fittings using M16 threads can be used to extend or if you want to use 34mm TC on the filter output.
If you want to use it for TC 34mm or 1.5" we offer adapters to 2".

Brewtools valves are used to customize the system. All the valves have a T-type ball, which makes it close only the port opposite of the handle direction.
All the ports on the valve are 34mm TC and they are made from high quality stainless steel (SS304).

Trubinator is a product for use in your brewing system or boil kettle. During whirlpool, hops and other particles will gather in the middle of the filter, making it possible to pumpe more clean wort to your fermenter.
A single wingnut and bolt holds the filter in place, so it's easy to disassemble for cleaning.

The Brewtools Steam Condenser fits the Brewtools Steam Hat and uses cold water to cool the steam until it becomes a liquid that runs out of the condenser to a bucket or directly to the drain. The unit is an excellent alternative to a ventilation system.
The unit ships with a nozzle that supplies 1.1 liters of water per minute at 4 bar pressure. We also offer other nozzles that offers higher or lower flow depending on the water pressure where the system is used and other factors (sold separately).

Please take not that you need much less power to keep the boil going with this device, and the risk of the wort boiling over is high when too much power is used, so make sure to take the necessary precautions. To sustain the vacuum, the drain tube from the condenser must not have any counterpressure. We recommend draining to a bucket where the tube is not submerged in the water, or suspend the tube directly over a floor drain.

Brewtools pro steam hats are designed for maximum flexibility. They feature a silicone edge seal, 4 clamps to hold it in place on your brewing system, a 110mm inspection hole you can add your hops through when boiling, 2 silicone covered handles and a 4 inch accessory mount on top. The adjustable dip tube allows you to adjust the angle of the dip tube from outside the tank. Useful for adjusting the pump inlet dip tube and also for adjusting the whirlpool return dip tube, to optimize and experiment with different angles during use.
Fitted between the valve and the outlet ports on the right and/or left side on the brewing systems.
The dip tube should be pulled out of the housing slowly to avoid o-ring damage.
