Stepless Hose Clamp - 3/4 in. OD Tubing (20 Pack)
Stepless clamps are the best choice for your home draft set up. Two Hole #6.5 Brewmaster Silicone Stopper
This stopper has two holes and we use it in the production of our #6.5 stopper thermowell. It features one 3/8" hole and one 1/4" hole. A racking tube or stainless tube can be inserted into the 1/4" hole with the aid of some lubrifilm, forming an airtight seal, and the 3/8" hole fits an airlock. Even after you wedge all this junk into it, it still fits a carboy neck! Also fits perfectly into a 1.5" tri-clamp ferrule, and the stopper's flange will ensure it doesn't fall in. ForgeFit® Stainless Tri-Clamp Rotating Racking Arm | 1.5"
Stop leaving clean, perfectly good, wine or beer in your tank and always drain from the perfect height with our tri-clover style rotating racking arms. Remove your existing tri-clamp butterfly valve and place this rotating racking arm between the tank and your valve. When it is time to rack off slightly loosen the clamp nearest the tank and use the built-in handle to rotate to just about the lees level. A white rotatable gasket is placed between the welded in tank fitting and this rotating arm. Because the micro finish of the gasket is hard and slippery it allows the rotating arm to rotate in place. A standard black EPDM gasket is placed between the rotating arm and the butterfly valve and is always kept completely tightened. The length of the arm after the elbow is 10.5" allowing you to draw from roughly 8" above or below the valve level. The arm measures 9.5" from the TC fitting to the elbow. We suggest you assemble the rotating arm and butterfly valve in such a way that the arm is pointed in the same direction as the handle on your butterfly valve. This is premium beverage tubing that stays flexible even when cold. We use to sell a less expensive tubing but we were not satisfied with the performance on our own draft systems. We think it is definitely worth the little extra cost. 3/16" is the best size for most beer lines under 9' in length. Ideally, 5' provides the correct restriction for serving beer in the 8-14 psi range. Technical Specifications: 3/16" line provides 2.2 lbs of restriction per foot.
