Designed for use with the EnoItalia Tank Washing System. This stainless steel washing slide is a great option for tanks with manway doors that do not have a built-in spray ball for CIP. Place the washing slide inside your tank and snake the tubing through the maway door. Connect the washing slide to your pump's outflow and the bottom drain of the tank to the pump's inflow to create a cleaning circuit. Recommended for use with the EnoItalia High-Pressure Centrifugal Pump.
1.5" T.C. inlet connection.

Vacuum bottle filler for use with wine, olive oil, or uncarbonated beer
Air is cleared from each bottle before filling, reducing oxygen exposure
Adjustable fill nozzles and support rack to fit your bottle size and fill level
Variable fill speed to match your bottling pace
High-quality 304 stainless steel construction
Made in Italy by EnoItalia
We like this robust vacuum filler from EnoItalia because it combines the low oxygen benefits of vacuum filling with the strong fill nozzles and frame of traditional Italian bottle fillers.
This high-quality vacuum filler is the ideal choice for bottling uncarbonated beer or wine with minimal oxygen exposure. Air from the bottle is automatically extracted through the filling head and then liquid is drawn through the system and into the bottle via a vacuum pump. This greatly reduces the oxygen exposure that occurs with other fillers. The support rack and fill nozzles are adjustable so you can adapt it for your bottle size and desired fill level. Fill speed can also be adjusted with the digital display and vacuum regulator, allowing you to quickly set the desired vacuum level for each product. After each bottle is filled, excess liquid is returned to the cylinder. When the cylinder fills up, the stainless steel float will rise and shut off the vacuum pump.
Designed entirely in stainless steel with high-quality components, this filler was designed to stand up to intensive, professional-level use.
This unit is only intended for use with still beverages. It is not compatible with carbonated beer, cider, or sparkling wine.
Features:
304 stainless steel construction
Digital adjustment display
1.5" tri-clamp for product aspiration and circuit emptying
DIN 15 connections for emptying filling nozzles
Adjustable support rack
Adjustable feet
Lifting handles
Capacity: 650 lt/h (171 gal/h)
Power: 110V / 60 hz
Please note: this unit comes with a bare cord. You will need an electrician to wire the appropriate plug.

Gently mix yeast, sulphite, and additives into your wine with this variable speed mixer. The stainless cart allows you to move the mixer up and down to the height of your tank fitting. Also adjust the angle of the mixer to accomodate inclined, reinforced mixing ports, like on our Speidel Stainless tanks.
The included pump is a very unique feature that allows you to pump a slurry out of a bucket, into the mixer and into the tank. This saves time by not having to open the top hatch, reduces possible oxidation, and ensures a better mix.
How to Use
Mixing ports enter through full port 2" TC ball valves to allow for an easily installation and disassembly. Position and attach the mixer to your 2" TC ball valve. Open the valve and slide in the adjustable mixing shaft, lock the shaft in position, and turn on. Adjust the speed to accomodate your desired level of agitation. To remove unlock shaft, slide out, turn off TC ball valve, and then disconnect mixer from TC ball valve.
For Use in Beer:
Wine tank mixers are perfect for mixing hops during dry hopping operations. Their use decreases the time needed to extract hop oils and lowers the amount of hops needed to get the same dry hopping level. This requires a horizontal port with a full port ball vale on the tank.
Features:
All parts in contact with the liquid are made of stainless steel AISI 304.
0.75 kw power, speed 0-1400 RPM
Euro 20 pump included
Single phase power supply
Rod length 650 mm
Width 155 mm propeller

Filter wine and fill bottles in one pass by pairing the Tandem Filter Housing with the Enolmaster Bottle Filler
Installs in-line with the Enolmaster. The vacuum will draw wine from the storage tank, through the filters, and into the bottle
Includes tubing to connect to Enolmaster Filling Machine
Alcohol tolerance up to 18% ABV
Filter Cartridges sold separately and listed at the bottom of the page
The Enolmaster Tandem Professional Filter Housing is designed to operate in conjunction with the Enolmaster Bottle Filling Machine. Enolmaster Tandem helps you save time by filtering and bottling at the same time.
Place the filters in the housing and attach the hoses, then open the bypass valve on top of the filter housing. Place the Tandem Filter Housing inline between the product and the Enolmaster Filler. The Enolmaster Filling Machine draws the product from your tank and will pull the liquid through your filter housing, into the bottle.
Easy to Use
The Tandem professional filter housing in conjunction with the Enolmaster professional vacuum filler. The machine creates the vacuum inside the bottle by sucking the liquid from the main container. Then the liquid is easily filtered and bottled in a single operation.
Preserves the Product
The filtering system is designed to preserve the integrity of the product. The filtering cartridges retain only the unwanted particles without altering the organoleptic qualities of the product.
Easy to Clean
The Tandem professional filter housing is easily cleaned after each use. In this way you will always have maximum hygiene in the bottling process.
Please note: Recommended for use with wine and beer only. Use with spirits and liqueurs above 18% ABV may result in damage to the filter housing.
The ideal bottle filler for large-scale home winemakers or smaller commercial wineries Vacuum draws liquid from up to 12 feet below the filler with minimum oxygen exposure Fill up to 600 bottles per hour Adjustable max fill level Use with wine or uncarbonated cider and beer A commercial version of the Enolmatic filler that features four filling heads and allows you to fill up to 600 bottles per hour. This is the best bottle filler for the large-scale home winemaker or a small commercial operation. Through the use of a vacuum, the Enolmaster filler automatically starts a siphon, sucks the air out of your wine bottles to preserve freshness, and automatically shuts off when each bottle is filled to the perfect height every time. Not only does the entire process take place in a nearly oxygen-free environment, preserving the freshness of your wine, the rate of fill is extremely fast allowing you to bottle up to 600 bottles per hour. The Enolmaster creates a vacuum that sucks the wine directly from your fermenter, storage tank, or barrel, which can be located up to 12 feet below the Enolmaster. No need to start a siphon or to have to pump or move your wine above your filling machine. The vacuum simultaneously sucks the air out of your bottle allowing you to fill in a nearly oxygen-free bottle. This quality-first process helps to ensure that the delicate flavors of your wine, the flavors you worked so hard to get, are not lost in an open-air bottling process. Additionally, there are no moving parts in contact with the wine ensuring the gentlest handling possible. Fill speed can be adjusted allowing you to bottle at your preferred pace. While the filler is in operation, wine is not allowed back into the storage tank or barrel due to a one-way valve located in the supply line. The small amount of excess wine runs into a collection reservoir. The fill height can be adjusted and can be used with any size or type of bottle. The Enolmaster is a commercial product designed for a small winery. It has a continuous duty cycle, meaning it can run non-stop and is constructed entirely from food-grade materials. The frame is made of stainless steel as are the filling heads. Simply run water through the system to clean out the lines. The reservoir for excess overfill can be rinsed out or ran through the dishwasher. To filter your wine and bottle fill at the same time, add the optional in-line Tandem Professional Filter Housing and Filter Cartridges. Liquid Malt Extract (LME) vs. Dried Malt Extract (DME)
MoreBeer! recipe kits are offered in both Liquid Malt Extract and Dry Malt Extract so that our customers can choose the format that best suits their needs and brewing style. LME is a viscous liquid, similar in consistency to maple syrup. In addition to being the more affordable option, many brewers find LME easier to handle than dry extract. DME is more condensed and comes in a powder format that is similar to baking flour. Although it’s a little more costly, DME is naturally lighter in color and stays fresher for longer. We highly recommend DME when brewing light colored beers.
Epsom is used to add sulfate and magnesium ions to brewing water. It is often used at half the levels of Gypsum. 1 gram in 1 gallon changes the salt levels by 103 ppm sulfate, 26 ppm Magnesium and adds 108 ppm to the hardness.
Promash is a useful utility to calculate water salts.
Epsom salt is also ideal as a nutrient source for growing hop plants.

The best brewers make large yeast starters to get their beer fermenting fast. Large populations of active yeast help ensure flavorful beer free of off flavors. Our 1000ml Erlenmyer Flask is the ideal vessel to make a large yeast starter for 5 gallon batches. Because it is made from borosilicate glass you can move it from a boil on your gas stove into a cold water bath for cooling, without the risk of cracking. (We do not recommend the use of an electric element. If this cannot be avoided, we recommend using a larger pot as a hot water bath on the stove.) This means you can do the whole process in one container, keeping it simple and helping to reduce the risk of contamination when transferring from one container to another. Recommended Process for Use of Flask: Double Boiler Method It is important for your safety to heat water in the flask with a heat source that distributes heat evenly. Our manufacturer has confirmed that direct heat to the glass can break down its integrity and break if the heat source doesn't distribute evenly. Morebeer! recommends using the "double boiler method." This process involves using a boiling water bath on the outside of the flask to heat up the water inside the flask. All you need is a kettle 3 gallons or larger. This process is much safer and efficient. If the flask should break or boil over, your kettle will be there to collect the contents, thus keeping your stove clean and keeping you away from potential harm. Features 1L (1000mL) Capacity Made from Borosilicate Glass Fantastic price for a flask of this size Produced for MoreBeer! Why make a yeast starter? (from our FAQ) We build starters for 3 main reasons. First, to ensure yeast health. By making a starter 1-3 days in advance, you ensure that your yeast is healthy and strong and ready to do its job. Second, to create more yeast. By making the starter you will increase the cell count of the yeast, giving you a better chance of keeping bacteria's and wild yeasts from fermenting your wort. Third, if you are making high gravity beers. If you are making a high gravity beer (1.060+) you will need more yeast to start the ferment faster. High gravity beers will also finish more completely when you pitch ample quantities of yeast. Fits our stopper 8 (FE45) In the lab world, these flasks are known as "Student Grade". A great flask for making yeast starters!(Student grade is not the highest grade flasks and will have minor defects) Kegland Part Number: KL03971
All of our flasks are made from borosilicate type glass which is nice because they can be transferred directly from heat to ice and not crack like normal glass.
Primarily used with our MT140 Economy Aeration-Oxidation System, this flask also makes a great addition to any home wine lab.
