    DigiMash Electric Brewing System | Gen 2 DigiBoil | 35L | 9.25G | 110V

    13 reviews

The Gen 2 DigiBoil features two distinct updates that are not currently pictured in the primary images. The stainless steel lid has been upgraded to a glass lid, allowing you to observe and monitor boil activity. The rubber feet have been replaced with a plastic base that provides improved stability and slightly raises the unit for better ground clearance. Updated images coming soon. The most affordable all-in-one automated all-grain brewing system! Mash grains and boil wort in a single vessel DigiBoil electric kettle automatically maintains mash temperatures with the digital controller Dual heating elements combine for 1500W of power Also available with optional Recirculation Pump Kit! The DigiMash system represents the best value in electric all-grain brewing you'll find. With a 9-gallon DigiBoil electric kettle and the DigiMash stainless steel mashing accessory pack included, this is by far the most affordable way to get into electric all-grain brewing. It may not have all the bells and whistles of the BrewZilla, but it does have everything you need to mash and boil all in one unit. Setting up and using the DigiMash couldn't be easier. Simply place the false bottom inside the kettle and install the malt pipe, fill with water and heat to your desired strike temperature, then add your grain and set your desired mash temperature on the digital controller. Once your mash is complete, lift up the malt pipe, drain the wort and sparge, then remove the malt pipe and proceed to boil. If you're deciding between the DigiMash and the BrewZilla, there are a couple of key differences worth noting. One of our favorite features of the BrewZilla is the programmable mash steps and delayed start, which the DigiMash does not have. You can still step mash by simply raising the temperature manually on the controller, but the automatic steps are a convenient feature if you want to set it and forget it. The other major difference between the two systems is that the BrewZilla features a built-in pump for recirculating the mash. Recirculation is a great way to improve mash efficiency, but it is far from required for a successful brew day. Using an external pump with the DigiMash is also an option, and one can be integrated for mash recirculation quite easily. Simply connect the ball valve to the inlet of your pump, and then connect the outlet of the pump to our Sparge Arm Assembly. This model comes with the 35L DigiBoil, which has two built-in heating elements that run off a 110V plug. One element is 1000w and the other is 500w for a combined 1500 watts! The elements can be individually controlled, allowing you to use a single element to gently hold temperatures, or engage both elements to quickly go from mash temp to boiling. Temperatures are set and automatically maintained through the digital control panel. Simply set your desired temperature and flip on the heating element(s). Integrated stainless ball valve comes with a 13mm barb (approx. 1/2"). The barb can be removed to attach fittings with 1/2" FPT, such as our female threaded quick disconnect. DigiBoil Features: 304 stainless steel construction 9 gallon total capacity Digital temperature control 110V / 15A power and plug (5 ft. cord) Dual heating element control (1000w and 500w) Heating elements are concealed for easy cleaning 304 stainless steel 1/2" ball valve with 13mm barb (approx. 1/2") Stamped-in volume markers (gallons & liters) Stainless lid Temperature reads in °F or °C With elements turned off, hold both +/- buttons to switch between °F or °C Recommended max. grain bill - 18 lbs Recommended min. grain bill - 8 lbs External Dimensions: 29" H x 15" W (including handles) Internal Dimensions: 19.5" H x 11.75" W ETL Listed DigiMash Stainless Steel Accessory Pack Includes: False bottom Malt pipe Wire support Malt pipe handle Malt pipe bottom screen

Mash grains and boil wort in a single vessel External pump kit for recirculating mash will improve efficiency, consistency, and clarity DigiBoil electric kettle automatically maintains mash temperatures with the digital controller Dual heating elements combine for 1500W of power The DigiMash system represents the best value in electric all-grain brewing you'll find. With the Recirculation Pump Kit, you can recirculate sweet wort during the mash to improve starch conversion, maintain a consistent temperature throughout the mash, and improve the clarity. The pump can also be used to move water around your brewery if you use a secondary vessel to hold sparge water, or to transfer the wort from your kettle to your fermenter. With the optional Whirlpool Arm, you can also swap out the Recirculation Arm and use your pump kit to whirlpool after the boil. One advantage that this setup has over the BrewZilla is that the pump is external. This makes cleaning and fixing pump issues much easier, as you can quickly take apart the pump head to clean and clear out residual gunk at the end of each brew day. DigiBoil Features: 304 stainless steel construction 9-gallon total capacity Digital temperature control 110V / 15A power and plug (5 ft. cord) Dual heating element control (1000w and 500w) Heating elements are concealed for easy cleaning 304 stainless steel 1/2" ball valve with 13mm barb (approx. 1/2") Stamped-in volume markers (gallons & liters) Stainless lid Temperature reads in °F or °C With elements turned off, hold both +/- buttons to switch between °F or °C Recommended max. grain bill - 18 lbs Recommended min. grain bill - 8 lbs External Dimensions: 29" H x 15" W (including handles) Internal Dimensions: 19.5" H x 11.75" W DigiMash Stainless Steel Accessory Pack Includes: False bottom Malt pipe Wire support Malt pipe handle Malt pipe bottom screen Recirculation Pump Kit Includes: High temp magnetic drive pump Recirculation arm with male camlock Female camlock with barb fitting 1/2" FPT x 1/2" barb fitting 1/2" MPT x 5/8" barb fitting 1/2" ball valve 5 ft. length of silicone tubing 4 x hose clamps Plumber's tape

  • Digital Mini Pressure Gauge - 0-90 psi Digital Mini Pressure Gauge - 0-90 psi

Digital Mini Pressure Gauge (0-90 psi)

    13 reviews

Get instant pressure reads with the back illuminated Digital Mini Pressure Gauge from KegLand. Swap out the analog pressure gauge on your Core 360 Mini CO2 Regulator, BlowTie 2 Spunding Valve, or Duotight In-Line Regulator. With a 0-90 psi pressure range, the Digital Mini Gauge is suitable for a wide range of applications. KegLand has developed the world's most compact mini digital gauge with backlight illumination. This very compact design retains high accuracy while still meeting the desirable small form factor. This meets the growing need as mini keg systems, mini regulators and other more compact keg dispensing solutions are required. Traditional analog gauges require a small capillary mechanism where a small pipe expands and unravels under pressure. This in turn drives a mechanical cog to rotate the gauge needle. This age-old technique works quite well especially in large gauges but as this mechanism is manufactured smaller and smaller a tradeoff between accuracy and size becomes the issue. With very small gauges such as a 27mm x 27mm Mini Gauge, it's difficult to make them better than 10% accuracy due to the physical constraints of the mechanical components. Compatible With: BlowTie 2 Spunding Valve Duotight In-Line Regulator w/ Gauge Core 360 Mini CO2 Regulator Specifications: Backlight Illumination: Hold yellow button for 3-5 seconds Battery Life: More than 2 years (using the mini gauge once a day) Battery Type: CR2032 Auto Battery Saver: automatically turns off after 15 sec Size: 27mm x 27mm (1" x 1") Radial O-ring Stem: 7.8mm Bore KegLand Part Number: KL1838 Please note: This gauge is not suitable for measuring pressure of liquids. Get instant pressure reads with the back illuminated Digital Mini Pressure Gauge from KegLand. Compatible with 8 mm Duotight fittings and Gray Ball Lock QDs. Digital Oven Thermometer

    1 review

Like many thermometers that were built for cooking and food processing, we find this digital oven thermometer to be just as useful for brewing applications. The cable allows you to place the temperature probe where needed and view the temperature reading from a convenient location. Especially helpful if your mash tun or hot liquor tank sit high up on a tiered gravity system. It also has a programmable alarm for when you hit your temp and a timer function you can use to track your mash progress or boil additions. Please note: the cable attached to the probe is not waterproof so be careful to not let it be fully submerged. If this does occur and your readings are off, you can place the probe in the oven (leaving the plug outside) and bake for 1 hour at 375°F to boil the moisture out of the probe. • Glass Distillation Column w/ 5 Copper Bubbler Plates - 4 in. T.C.

Distillation Column | Modular Copper Bubbler Plates | Borosilicate Glass Column | 4" Tri-Clamp

Copper bubble plate column produces higher proof distillate in a single run Borosilicate glass section can be removed to use the column as a pot still for gin, whiskey, rum, and other flavored spirits Modular, tri-clamp design for easy modification and break down for cleaning Capable of producing up to 96% ABV distillate This professional-level distillation column features a modular borosilicate glass body that allows you to watch the progress of your distilling run. It features a 4" tri-clamp connection point which can be attached to the heavy-duty Pro Sight Glass Distillation Lid. Perfectly suited to making up to 96% ABV distillate with 3000w to 3500w of power, and therefore we recommend pairing this column with the 65L BrewZilla or DigiBoil to complete the still. The modular design allows you to remove the borosilicate glass column and run it as a pot still for gins, whiskeys, grappa, brandy, and rums. This column is recommended for intermediate to advanced hobbyist distillers entering the commercial sector who want to a visual indicator of how the still is performing. New distillers are best suited to learn the basics with the AlcoEngine Reflux and AlcoEngine Pot Still range before venturing up to different types of distillation. This distillation kit is Cooling Management still, whereas the AlcoEngines are Liquid Management stills that restrict the flow of distillate, forcing a desired reflux ratio. With this design you are controlling the input of water to the RC component on the column to knock down vapors to fill the bubbler plates, taking on a small portion of the lightest vapors first and condensing them back into liquid as your final distillate. How The Bubble Plate Column Works: Vapor will come into contact with the plates and caps inside the column, causing the vapor to condense back into a liquid. This will happen at the very top of the still where the RC cooler will knock that vapor back into a liquid, causing a reflux action. As the liquid then falls down from bubbler cap to bubbler cap, the liquid that falls is eventually forced back up through the plates again. This process of being forced to run through the caps and plates multiple times creates an end product that has essentially been distilled multiple times in a single run, meaning you can get higher proof alcohol when compared to an empty column. The bubble plates perform a similar function as the copper packing in a hybrid column, but does so more efficiently. When running a bubble plate column, the first run will start in the range of 72.5%-85%. Depending on the quality of the wash, you can reach up to 95%-96% ABV, the highest-grade ethanol you can distill. Please note: There is no instruction manual. • Distilled Hop Oil - El Dorado 1 ML Distilled Hop Oil - El Dorado 1 ML

Distilled Hop Oil - El Dorado 1 ML

    10 reviews

Distilled hop oil is an amazing new product we are making available to homebrewers.  Distilled hop oil varies from other oils in that it is produced from fresh hops, as opposed to dried and processed pellets.  Distilled hop oil delivers the same wet hop character that was previously only possible to acquire with the use of freshly harvested hops.  The oil is extremely shelf stable, so you can now brew a consistant fresh hop IPA all year long. Extremely volatile, this oil should only be used for aromatic applications; typically applied at bottling/kegging.   Distilled hop oil is very potent; add to taste. We recommend using roughly 0.5-1 ml per 5 gallon batch, if replacing 50-100% of a dry hop, added directly to the beer prior to bottling or during kegging. Be careful to not push off the volatile aromatic compounds (disturb the beer as little as possible and reduce oxygen exposure). Most staff members here found that 1ml per 5 gallons was "too hoppy" when replacing 100% of the dry hop.  Hop heads (myself included), found that the 1 ml per 5 gallon dosage gave a pungent, fresh, pleasurable and unique hop experience.  Tasting these oils is as close to being in Yakima for hop harvest as possible!

Hot side hop additions should stay in the kettle and out of the fermenter. Keep all that hop matter from transferring out with your wort using this Double Handle Hop Filter. This compact unit is a great option if kettle space is a concern and you don't want the basket to interfere with other accessories. Conveniently hangs on the inside of your kettle so you can remove it at any point if needed. The double handle design will keep the basket nice and steady compared to single handle units. This is a great alternative to hop bags which have the potential to decrease hop utilization. While using this filter basket you can add hops directly to your kettle for maximum wort exposure. Brewing all grain beer? This hop filter is also perfect as secondary filter when transferring wort from your mash tun to your boil kettle. If any tiny bits make it past your false bottom, the hop filter will catch them. Made from 304 stainless steel Double handle design 10" H x 4" Ø

  • Double Laser Infrared Thermometer Gun Double Laser Infrared Thermometer Gun

    Double Laser Infrared Thermometer Gun

    1 review

Take temperature readings instantly and from a safe distance with this infrared thermometer gun. Use it to check how close you are to the hot break before your boil, or measure the temp of your empty mash tun and grains to help predict temperature loss when you add strike water and mash in. Dual lasers is an important feature when choosing infrared thermometers because it allows for much higher accuracy. When measuring an object, a dual laser thermometer gun will help you greatly in finding the convergence point of the measured target and spot ratio. This can only be achieved with a dual laser unit. Features: Double Laser pointer for higher accuracy Simple one-handed operation Laser ON/OFF switch Low battery indication LED backlight Reads in °F / °C Automatic shutdown after 15 seconds Display hold, Scan function FCC, CE, ROHS Certified Notes: 1. When using this product to measure temperature, consider the ratio between the distance (the length from the product to the measured object) and the size of the measurement area, referred to as the object distance ratio. When the distance between the product and the measured object increases, the measurement area will increase accordingly. 2. If you want to use boiled water to measure the unit's accuracy, do not allow smoke or water vapor to contact the temperature sensing area, and keep the measurement angle at 45 ~ 60 degrees.   KegLand Item Number: KL21883

  • Komos Double T Bar Draft Tower - Brushed Stainless - 6 Tap Komos Double T Bar Draft Tower - Brushed Stainless - 6 Tap

    Double T Bar Draft Tower - 6 Tap - KOMOS®

Sometimes a single draft tower isn't enough for your dream home bar or kegerator. If you're building out a draft system that will have more than four faucets, we highly recommend the KOMOS Double T Bar Draft Tower. Available in 6-tap and 8-tap models, these towers provide ample room for your faucets and will give your draft setup a much cleaner look than having multiple single-column towers. Perfect for upgrading an existing KOMOS Double-Wide Kegerator with two individual towers or designing your own home bar or kegerator. Mounting hardware, tower collars and gaskets included. The tower does not include faucets, shanks, tap handles, or draft tubing. Assembly To assemble the tower, remove the dust caps on either side and remove the foam insulation. Start with the inner most shank hole on either side and work your way outward. We recommend installing each shank and attaching the draft tubing before moving on to the next shank hole. The top section of the tower is 5" in diameter, so most people should be able to reach inside to install the shanks by hand or with the help of a draft wrench. When all the shanks have been mounted, reinsert the foam insulation. The tower may come with more insulation than needed and may need to be cut thinner before reinserting. We recommend using the Double Offset Shank Wrench to help with assembly. Duotight Compatible Tower Shanks We highly recommend pairing the draft tower with Intertap Tower Shanks with Duotight Compatible Barb. When it comes to assembly, there's nothing easier than Duotight push-to-connect fittings, and the same goes for whenever you might need to disassemble a line for cleaning. Duotight fittings pair perfectly with EVABarrier draft tubing, our preferred beer & gas tubing that offers superior protection from oxidation, CO2 loss, and microbial growth. Tower Dimensions: 29.5" L x 5" D x 16" H. The centers of the columns are approximately 16" apart. Not compatible with the KOMOS Olympus III kegerator.
