Easily take your beer anywhere while keeping it protected from UV! Each case contains 207 cans and lids which is enough for about 25 gallons of beer Compatible with the Cannular Can Seamers (CAN10 / CAN110) BPA free liner Aluminum cans offer 100% protection from UV and other wavelengths of light that are harmful to beer. There's still great debate surrounding whether cans or bottles are better at keeping beer fresh, but if done correctly, cans are theoretically the superior option. When a crown cap is crimped onto a bottle, the lining of the cap can form an imperfect seal on the bottle, allowing small amounts of oxygen in, as well as small amounts of CO2 out. Over time this can result in oxidation of the beer and lost carbonation. Seamed cans form a much better seal, which can prevent these issues. Aside from better protection, aluminum cans are undoubtedly the safest option for sharing and enjoying your homebrew. Bring your canned creations tailgating, camping, boating, or crack a few open poolside without the worry of broken glass! 500ml/16.9 oz aluminum cans Each case contains 207 cans and lids 202 end diameter beverage cans with B64 lids One case is enough for roughly five 5-gallon batches of beer Compatible with the Cannular Can Seamers (CAN10 / CAN110) BPA free liner Please note that empty aluminum cans are very delicate, and up to 5% of the cans are likely to be dented or damaged in transit. If the cans were packed in a more protective (more expensive) cardboard box, the cost per can would be more expensive than simply having some dented/sacrificial cans arrive. Liquid Malt Extract (LME) vs. Dried Malt Extract (DME)
MoreBeer! recipe kits are offered in both Liquid Malt Extract and Dry Malt Extract so that our customers can choose the format that best suits their needs and brewing style. LME is a viscous liquid, similar in consistency to maple syrup. In addition to being the more affordable option, many brewers find LME easier to handle than dry extract. DME is more condensed and comes in a powder format that is similar to baking flour. Although it’s a little more costly, DME is naturally lighter in color and stays fresher for longer. We highly recommend DME when brewing light colored beers.

Producer of fresh fruit aromas/flavors Best choice for fruit forward wines Best choice for ciders Best choice for Roses Ability for ferment cooler Strong fermenter FRESH—well the name says it all. The perfect choice for fermenting fruit forward whites, roses, ciders, and meads. Because FRESH is a Bayanus strain it is able to ferment at lower temperatures, a nice option for producing cleaner more focused fruit flavors. Emphasizes stone fruit flavors. We almost named it Beauty and the Beast because once it starts fermenting it doesn't stop. Super easy to ferment with lower nutrient needs and a a very high alochol tolerance up to 16%. Many cider producers like this yeast for its ability to add those fresh and fruity flavors. Although easy to ferment, we still recommend our CellarScience nutrient regimen of Fermstart, FermFed DAP Free, and FermFed to increase fruit and floral flavors, while avoiding H2S production that can mask fruit. Start Time: Fast Alcohol tolerance: 16% Nitrogen demand: low YAN Requirement @ 23 Brix: 225 ppm Production of volatile acidity: Very Low Production of SO2: Low Cap/Foaming: Very low Ease to Ferment with MLF: Average Malic Consumption: High Yeast Type: Bayanus Optimal Fermentation Temp: 50–80°F Proper yeast hydration helps ensure a healthy fermentation. For every gram of yeast, mix .25 g of FermStart yeast nutrient with 25 ml of sterilized tap water between 104–106°F/40–41°C. When water reaches 104°F/40°C, sprinkle yeast into water and stir gently. Allow the slurry to stand undisturbed for 15 minutes and then stir again. For every gram of yeast used add 25 ml of clean must to the yeast slurry and let stand 15–20 minutes. If necessary, use additional must to adjust yeast slurry to within 18°F of must temp before pitching. For a complete nutrient schedule sufficient for most fermentations, add 1.5 g of FermFed DAP Free per gallon of must at the first sign of fermentation and 1 g of FermFed per gallon of must after 1/3 sugar depletion. Everything you need to start seaming 32 oz Crowlers with the Cannular Pro can seamer. This kit includes the Cannular Pro Semi-Auto Canning Machine, 110V Power Supply, Splash Guard Accessory, and Crowler Chuck Adapter. The Cannular Pro is a semi-automatic can seamer that is easy to use, reliable, and beautifully simple.
Please note: the Cannular comes ready for sealing 12 oz and 16 oz cans as standard. The Crowler Chuck Adapter must be installed before seaming 32 oz Crowlers (Ball 300 can/end).
Whether you're a brewery looking to offer canned beer to go or a homebrewer wanting to keep your creations fresh and fully protected from light, the Cannular is the answer. This bench top unit is one of the most compact and easy to use can seamers you'll find. The Cannular only requires one person to operate, and each can takes roughly 3 seconds to seam. With a two-person team, one filling and one seaming, the Cannular becomes a suitable option for nano breweries doing small canning production runs.
The Cannular Pro's table spacer is specially designed to work with all standard 202 cans, including the industry favorite 16 oz (473ml) and 12 oz (355 ml) cans, as well as our 500ml (16.9 oz) and 330ml (11.2 oz) Can Fresh Aluminum Cans. Unlike the manual model that requires a secondary table spacer for use with 330ml cans, the Pro model features an adjustable platform, allowing you to raise or lower the table spacer depending on what size can you're seaming. It is necessary to adjust the table height to ensure you have the appropriate amount of pressure applied when the can lift is raised.
Operation:
The beauty of the Cannular lies in how truly simple it is to operate, and the semi-automatic pro model makes canning beer even easier. With only three points of operation, it only takes a few minutes to familiarize yourself with the machine. The seaming process is as follows:
Place lid atop the can and place the can on the table spacer
Turn the platform lever clockwise to raise the can to the seamer
Press the seaming operation button then wait for the can to stop spinning
Turn the platform lever counterclockwise to lower the can
That's all there is to it!
Construction:
The Cannular was designed to be compact, durable, and safe to operate in a wet environment. The platform assembly is made from 304 grade stainless steel, so no matter how messy your canning gets, there's no need to worry about rusting or degradation. The body of the unit is made from hammered sheet metal and fastened together with stainless steel screws. Rubber feet help keep the unit from slipping and sliding while in use. In addition, the Cannular features built-in brackets near the feet so you have the option to mount the machine to your counter or benchtop. The Cannular runs off of 24V DC power via the Anderson socket located on the back. This lower voltage was chosen specifically to make the unit as safe to use in a wet environment as possible.
Kit Includes:
Cannular Pro Can Seamer
110V Power Supply
Splash Guard
Crowler Chuck Adapter
Cannular Pro Specifications:
Power: 250W 24V DC
Rated Speed: 3300 RPM
Gearbox Ratio: 9.8 : 1
Dimensions: 16" L x 9.5" W x 21" H
Weight: 40 lbs
Please note: When you receive your cannular the rollers have been set and tested at the factory. They should not need adjustment for 100,000 cans. The table, however, comes unadjusted and getting it set up correctly is very important to getting a proper seal. Cannular's test show that a .4mm (.015") actual overlap is all that is needed to seal to 90 PSI. The proper table tension takes a little practice and expect to waste a few cans getting it dialed in. Once you learn the proper tension re-adjusting it is very quick and easy. You want the tension to be tight but not so tight as to dent the can. Use cans at your fill height with water for proper tension adjustment.

The Cannular Pro guarantees a perfect, repeatable seal by automating the seaming process. By eliminating the manual lever, it removes operator variability and ensures consistent pressure for every can.
Key Features
Semi-Auto Precision: Effortless operation that delivers a uniform, professional-grade seam every time.
Universal Compatibility: Designed for all standard 202 cans, including 12 oz, 16 oz, 330 ml, and 500 ml sizes.
Adjustable Platform: Features a built-in adjustable table to accommodate various can heights—no additional spacers required.
Customizable Pressure: Easily fine-tune the platform height to ensure the ideal amount of sealing pressure for any batch.
The Cannular Pro can be adapted for use with 32 oz Crowlers (Ball 300 can/end). To seam Ball 300 end/lid type oversized aluminum cans you will need to purchase the required Chuck for 1L (32 oz) Crowlers separately (coming soon).
The Cannular Pro can also be adapted for use with Tin Plated Steel Cans for food packaging applications. The table spacer is designed to accept these 100mm cans, but you will need to purchase the required 100mm Chuck separately.

Why Cans?
So why can when you can bottle? There's no doubt that canning has become a more and more popular format for packaging beer among craft breweries over the last several years, and with good reason. Aluminum cans aren't just more environmentally friendly than bottles, since cans require less energy to transport and recycle, they're also much better at protecting the quality of the beer. Whereas bottles allow in light, which leads to skunking, aluminum cans offer 100% protection from UV and other wavelengths of light that are harmful to beer. Seamed cans, on the other hand, form a much better seal that can prevent these issues. Of course, it's important to make sure that the can is purged of oxygen before being filled, and that the can lid is sealed atop foam to eliminate oxygen from the headspace. Aside from all the "sciency stuff", cans are just plain safer. Take your beer backpacking, camping, or poolside and rest assured that broken glass won't ruin your day!

Finally, an affordable 1/2 pound coffee roaster! The Fresh Roast SR800 features all of the great system upgrades we saw with the SR540, but with a larger maximum roast capacity of 8 oz of green coffee beans. The roast capacity of wet processed coffee is 8 oz, but for natural processed beans we recommend decreasing the roast capacity to 6 oz. Natural or dry processed beans create more chaff than wet-processed.
The heat, fan, and time can all be adjusted by simply pushing in and turning the knob. The SR800 features a real-time temperature read out, allowing you to quickly check the current temperature with a quick turn of the knob. Instead of a general Low, Medium, and High temperature setting, this unit features 9 levels of heat adjustment. If you want to take your home roasting to the new heights, and get nearly double the roast capacity of the SR540, pick up the Fresh Roast SR800!

Boosts performance by improving bean movement and heat output
Allows lower settings after the initial roast stage. Ideal for users with slightly inadequate supply voltage
Complete kit with high-temp silicone bands and a double-lip seal
Compatible with SR-540 and SR-800 roasters
This 10.25" tall glass extension tube is designed to dramatically improve performance, especially for the SR800. It enhances bean movement and provides better heat output, which is particularly useful for users with slightly inadequate power supply voltage.
The tube comes complete with high-temperature silicone bands (for the bottom) and a double-lip seal (for the midsection). It must be used in conjunction with your roaster's original chamber and chaff basket. Once the beans lighten in weight, this extension allows the machine to run on lower fan and heat settings—we typically recommend finishing on FAN 2 and HEAT 1.
Compatible with both the SR-540 and the SR-800 Fresh Roast Coffee Roasters (sold separately).
*The SR800 is designed to roast 8oz of green wet-processed coffee beans. Going above the specified amount of green coffee can run the risk of plugging up the chaff basket and causing a chaff fire. The user must inspect and monitor the chaff basket for fullness and adjust the bean quantity as needed.
*The SR540 is designed to roast 4oz of green wet-processed coffee beans. Going above the specified amount of green coffee can run the risk of plugging up the chaff basket and causing a chaff fire. The user must inspect and monitor the chaff basket for fullness and adjust the bean quantity as needed.
*Do not leave the roaster running while unattended.
*Stock glass roasting chamber not included.

The Cannular Pro can also be adapted for use with Tin Plated Steel Cans for food packaging applications. The table spacer is designed to accept these 100mm cans, but you will need to purchase the required 100mm Chuck separately.
Power:
As noted above, the Cannular comes with a 24V DC Anderson socket located on the back of the unit. It does not, however, include a cord and plug. This unit uses the more powerful Pro Model Power Supply, which provides enough power to seam tin plated steel cans as well as aluminum cans.
Specifications:

Please note the pictured splash guard is not included with the seamer. Please see CAN106 to add the splash guard to your order.
Please note: When you receive your cannular the rollers have been set and tested at the factory. They should not need adjustment for 100,000 cans when using only Can Fresh brand cans. We recommend testing at least 4 cans to verify the calibration. The table, however, comes unadjusted and getting it set up correctly is very important to getting a proper seal. Cannular's test show that a minimum 0.4mm (.015") actual overlap is needed to seal to 90 PSI. The proper table tension takes a little practice and you can expect to waste a few cans getting it dialed in. Once you learn the proper tension re-adjusting it is very quick and easy. You want the tension to be tight but not so tight as to dent the can. Use cans at your fill height with water for proper tension adjustment.

Distilled hop oil is an amazing new product we are making available to homebrewers. Distilled hop oil varies from other oils in that it is produced from fresh hops, as opposed to dried and processed pellets. Distilled hop oil delivers the same wet hop character that was previously only possible to acquire with the use of freshly harvested hops. The oil is extremely shelf stable, so you can now brew a consistant fresh hop IPA all year long. Extremely volatile, this oil should only be used for aromatic applications; typically applied at bottling/kegging.
Distilled hop oil is very potent; add to taste. We recommend using roughly 0.5-1 ml per 5 gallon batch, if replacing 50-100% of a dry hop, added directly to the beer prior to bottling or during kegging. Be careful to not push off the volatile aromatic compounds (disturb the beer as little as possible and reduce oxygen exposure). Most staff members here found that 1ml per 5 gallons was "too hoppy" when replacing 100% of the dry hop. Hop heads (myself included), found that the 1 ml per 5 gallon dosage gave a pungent, fresh, pleasurable and unique hop experience. Tasting these oils is as close to being in Yakima for hop harvest as possible!
Ultralight is perfect for brewing extract beers when you want to have the lightest color possible
A reliable base malt extract for brewing any beer style
Can be used as 100% of your fermentable sugar in extract brewing
Add for color correction, boost gravity, or improve head retention in all grain brewing
Ultralight is one the lightest Malt Extract available anywhere and has a great malty, grain flavor. The color is so light because it is made from 100% 2-row base malt. Our manufacturer also uses a minimum amount of heat, and a slower evaporation to reduce the carmelization found in most other extracts. This extract is mashed around 152 degrees which results in beers with great malt flavor yet good fermentability. We use it in a majority of our Recipe Kits. It is unbeatable for light colored Pale Ales and amazing in IPA's where it lets the hops become the focus. If you are making a darker beer you can simply steep darker specialty grains to obtain the flavor and color you are looking for.
Packaged in a special metallic, oxygen barrier bag that unlike plastic jugs does not allow any oxidation to occur. Does fresh extract make a difference? Decide for yourself!
We recommend customers store their extract in the refrigerator if they do not plan on using it within 8 weeks.

Lalvin EC1118 is a fermentation workhorse, ideal for any application requiring strong performance, high alcohol tolerance, and minimal flavor interference Its reliability under stress makes it a staple in both home and commercial fermentations where consistency is critical Versatile, robust yeast for clean and complete fermentations Lalvin EC1118 is a highly reliable and neutral yeast strain, originally isolated from the Champagne region. Renowned for its strong fermentation kinetics and high alcohol tolerance, EC1118 is widely used in sparkling wine production, secondary fermentations, ciders, fruit wines, and distillation mashes. Its clean fermentation profile ensures the preservation of varietal and fruit character, making it a staple for winemakers seeking consistency and purity. Key Features: Alcohol Tolerance: Up to 18% v/v, suitable for high-alcohol fermentations. Fermentation Temperature Range: 10–30°C (50–86°F), allowing flexibility across various fermentation conditions. Killer Factor: Killer positive, inhibiting many wild and sensitive yeast strains, aiding in maintaining fermentation dominance. Nutrient Requirements: Low to moderate; benefits from complex nutrients in low-nitrogen musts or high-alcohol applications. Flocculation: Low to medium, resulting in compact lees and improved clarity. SO₂ Production: Low to moderate, minimizing the need for additional sulfur dioxide additions. H₂S Production: Low, reducing the risk of off-odors. Fermentation Profile & Flavor Contribution EC1118 is prized for its neutral sensory impact, producing very few esters or higher alcohols. This clean profile allows the varietal character, terroir expression, or adjunct flavors (in cider or fruit fermentations) to shine through. It is known to minimize the perception of residual sweetness due to its ability to ferment to dryness even under stressful conditions. While not typically chosen for aromatic complexity, EC1118 produces a subtle spectrum of fermentation-derived volatiles such as ethyl esters and low levels of isoamyl alcohol under certain conditions. It has low volatile acid production and is particularly good at suppressing undesirable wild microbes. Applications: Sparkling Wines & Traditional Method (Méthode Champenoise): Due to high pressure and alcohol tolerance. Stuck Fermentations: Excellent restart yeast thanks to its resilience and killer activity. Ciders: Clean fermenter that allows fruit expression and can handle cold temperatures. Fruit Wines: Neutral character supports delicate fruit aromas without masking them. Distillation Ferments: High attenuation and ethanol yield. Mead: Strong fermenter in low-nutrient environments when supplemented properly. Beer (Hybrid Styles): Occasionally used in brut-style beers or for attenuation of residual sugars in high-gravity ales. Flavor Profile: Neutral Base: Minimal sensory contribution, allowing primary ingredients to dominate. Enhanced Freshness: May enhance the perception of dryness and freshness. Clean Finish: Very low ester and fusel production, resulting in a crisp and reliable finish. Usage: Rehydration: Rehydrate in 10 times its weight of chlorine-free water at 35–40°C (95–104°F) for 15–20 minutes. Stir gently to avoid clumping. Pitch Rate: Use 0.2–0.4 grams per liter (1–1.5 grams per gallon) for optimal fermentation and flavor development. Nutrient Addition: Supplement with yeast nutrient to enhance fermentation kinetics and prevent sluggish behavior, especially in high-sugar or low-nitrogen musts. Fermentation Temperature: Maintain between 10°C and 30°C (50°F and 86°F) to optimize fermentation performance and preserve desired flavor profiles. Download the PDF Download the PDF
If you're looking for a high-quality draft tubing to take your system into the 21st century, EVABarrier is the clear choice. This double walled tubing offers superior protection against oxidation, CO2 loss and microbial growth. Plus, it's BPA and PVC free! EVA tubing is the future of draft line for professional applications, and now you can rig up your home system with the same first-class tubing. Outer Barrier The outer barrier is made from EVA material and provides a decent stiffness to the tubing while still remaining pliable. This not only makes EVABarrier extremely kink resistant, it also makes it the best tubing to be used with Duotight, John Guest, and other push-in fittings. Inner Barrier The inner barrier is made from a proprietary polymer that acts as an excellent gas barrier. You can rest assured that your beer will be better protected from oxygen exposure, as well as CO2 loss. Your beer will stay fresher for longer and not loose carbonation like with other draft line. With other beverage line, you may notice that beer sitting in the line for an extended period will start to taste flat and/or oxidized. EVA Barrier tubing is unquestionably better in this regard and you will notice a significantly improved freshness of your beer, especially if it's been sitting in the lines for a while. Due to the high density and smooth nature of the EVABarrier inner wall, the internal surface of the tubing is remarkably smooth and almost completely impermeable. This makes it difficult for bacteria and other microbes to attach to the inside surface of the tubing. Just another way EVABarrier is looking out for you and your beer! Direct Connect to Ball Lock Kegs This tubing works seamlessly with Duotight Gas In and Bev Out Ball Lock QDs which allow you to connect your draft lines directly to your ball lock homebrew keg. Be sure to select the correct size QD fittings that correspond to your tubing's outer diameter (OD). Specifications: Inner Diameter - 4 mm (5/32") Outer Diameter - 8 mm (5/16") PVC, BPA , and Plasticizer Free* Stiff outer wall is kink resistant and easy to use with Duotight fittings Smooth inner wall prevents oxidation, CO2 loss and microbial growth build-up *EVABarrier does not contain plasticizers, or phthalates, that are used to make PVC flexible. These plasticizers are known to leach out into the beer over time and have adverse health effects. Kegland Part number: KL06224

Omega brings us yet another remarkably unique Norwegian kveik. Hailing from the Terje Raftevold farmstead, Hornindal hits your beer with an intense, tropical flavor along with an aroma of fresh pineapple, mango and tangerine. Needless to say, it pairs perfectly with fruit-forward hops. Don't be shy about taking this yeast to the upper end of its temperature range to intensify the aroma and fermentation speed. Although Hornindal Kviek is highly flocculent, it will impart a slight haze to the finished beer.
Kveik refers to traditional Norwegian farmhouse brewing yeast that has been passed down from one generation to the next, literally being harvested and repitched for centuries. Over this long period of time, kveik developed certain characteristics that distinguish it from modern brewer's yeast. In general, kveik has a very high heat tolerance and will produce a consistent flavor profile across the fermentation temperature range. It's also a fast fermenter, highly flocculent, and has an above average alcohol tolerance.
Attenuation: 75-82%
Flocculation: High
Alcohol Tolerance: 12% ABV
Optimum Fermentation Temp: 70-95°F

Please Note: For best results we Always recommend ordering an Ice Pack with your liquid yeast. Ice Packs can be found below in the "You might Also Need" section.
Please Note: When choosing an ice pack option beware that the liquid yeast will not arrive cold even when shipped together. Ice packs and insulated mailing options are designed to keep the yeast colder for longer during shipment, but they will not ensure that your yeast arrives cold. We will not replace liquid yeast that arrives warm. During warmer months we strongly recommend you choose dry yeast.
