CO2 tanks & regulators are essential pieces of equipment for kegging and dispensing your homebrew. Using a CO2 regulator to carbonate your beer exactly to the preferred carbonation level is an easy way to improve your homebrew. CO2 can be used to not only force carbonate but also push your beer from the fermenter into the keg, as well purge the keg of oxygen before filling it.
