Ambient Flowability: Effortlessly flows at room temperature for easy, hassle-free additions without pre-heating.
Increased Wort Yield: Boosts yield by up to 5% by significantly reducing trub and solid matter in the whirlpool.
Amplified Aromatics: Highly soluble extract designed to deliver concentrated, variety-specific hop character.
Logistical Efficiency: Streamlines operations by reducing shipping costs and requiring less cold storage space.
Formerly YCH 702, DynaBoost is an oil-enriched extract that flows effortlessly at ambient temperatures.
DynaBoost was crafted as a hassle-free whirlpool addition that amplifies aromatics through a concentration of wort-soluble compounds. Thanks to that solubility, you get less solid matter impacting your waste stream and more wort heading to your fermenter, with some brewers reporting up to a 5% increase in wort yield.
Chief Advantages:
Easy to use
Flowable at room temperature
Increase hot side yield
Reduction of solid matter in the whirlpool and waste stream
Shipping and storage space reduction
How to Brew with DynaBoost?
DynaBoost serves as a versatile companion in the brewhouse, adding a rich and dynamic hop character to your beer. This exceptionally flowable oil extract delivers varietal hop characteristics to your brew through a high concentration of beer-soluble compounds. Thanks to its solubility, brewers may see an increase in wort yield due to a reduction in trub.
Kettle: DynaBoost carries variety-specific alpha acid content and can be used both as an early bittering addition, or a late aroma addition in the kettle.
Post-Boil / Whirlpool: DynaBoost was specifically designed to boost aromatics as a whirlpool addition. The wort soluble oil extract will deliver variety-specific aroma attributes and minimize trub, potentially increasing your whirlpool yield.
Fermentation: DynaBoost requires contact time with hot liquid to incorporate into wort or fermenting beer. For that reason, brewers who choose to use DynaBoost in the fermenter often use a "dip hop" method, where a small portion of the wort is transferred to the fermenter hot (170-200°F) along with DynaBoost. The hot wort and DynaBoost mixture is then allowed to stand for a short period before the main knockout at fermentation temperature, after which yeast can be pitched.
Dry Hopping: DynaBoost was not intended to be used as a dry-hop addition. Instead, it is recommended to replace 25-50% of dry hop additions with HyperBoost™, leaving up to 50% of the additions as T-90 or Cryo Hops® pellets.

The Pump Mount is a dedicated, versatile bracket for your Modular Utility Cabinet system, engineered to securely hold and position your brewing pump right where you need it—keeping plumbing tidy, reducing vibration, and optimizing flow height for gravity-assisted or recirculating setups. This stainless steel mount uses a clever, quick-release hook-and-bracket design that makes installation and removal effortless.
Specifications:
Universal compatibility — Features a flexible bolt pattern designed to fit popular homebrewing pumps, including the Blichmann Riptide™, Anvil Brewing Pump XP, and many others from major manufacturers (e.g., March, Chugger, and similar models with standard mounting footprints).
Quick-hook mounting system — The mount consists of two parts: a sturdy bracket that bolts permanently (but removably) to the cabinet side or interior using included hardware, and a separate pump attachment plate that fastens directly to your pump. Simply hook the pump plate onto the cabinet bracket—secure, stable, and super easy to attach or remove in seconds without tools.
Convenient removability — Pop the pump off the bracket anytime for cleaning, storage, or swapping to another setup—no unbolting or hassle. Re-hook it just as quickly when you’re ready to brew again.
Stainless steel construction — Made from durable 304 stainless to match your cabinet’s premium aesthetic; corrosion-resistant, easy to clean, and built for long-term outdoor or brew-shed use.
Secure & stable positioning — Reduces pump movement/vibration during operation, minimizes hose strain, and allows adjustable height/orientation for optimal wort transfer, recirculation, or chilling.
Bolt-on cabinet integration — Cabinet-side bracket attaches quickly to pre-drilled points—no drilling required. Pump-side plate uses standard bolt holes on most pumps.
Whether you’re running a Riptide for high-flow recirculating mashes, an Anvil XP for reliable all-in-one system support, or another compatible pump, this mount integrates seamlessly to elevate your brewing efficiency while making pump handling incredibly convenient.
Note: Pump not included. Compatible with most homebrewing pumps using standard bolt patterns—confirm your pump’s mounting holes align with universal patterns.
The Stainless Steel Backsplash is the perfect companion accessory for your Modular Utility Cabinet system, designed to create a clean, professional, and protected workspace while maintaining that premium stainless aesthetic. Crafted from the same high-quality 304 stainless steel as your cabinet top, this backsplash mounts directly behind the cabinet to act as a hygienic, durable barrier.
It prevents tools, utensils, bottles, hoses, or small parts from falling into the gap between the cabinet and any wall or adjacent surface—eliminating frustrating lost items and keeping your setup tidy during brew days, grilling sessions, or outdoor prep.
Specifications:
Premium stainless construction — Brushed 304 stainless matches your cabinet top perfectly for a seamless, high-end look that’s corrosion-resistant, easy to clean, and built to withstand outdoor exposure.
Full-height protection — Sized generously to cover the back of the cabinet (and tall enough to pair with the Stainless Pegboard when stacked vertically).
Dual-purpose mounting flexibility — Comes with its own shorter, dedicated mounting brackets and hardware for standalone installation. Alternatively, use the taller mounting brackets included with the Stainless Pegboard to attach both accessories in a stacked configuration —no extra hardware needed.
Whether you’re keeping spatulas and tongs from sliding behind during grill prep, protecting brewing hoses and fittings, or just wanting a polished, professional finish that matches the stainless top, this backsplash delivers practical protection with zero compromise on style.
The Stainless Pegboard turns the back of your cabinet into an instant, organized hanging storage wall—keeping tools, utensils, brewing hoses, measuring cups, spoons, tongs, or small parts right at your fingertips and off the work surface. Crafted from durable, corrosion-resistant 304 stainless steel to match your cabinet’s premium top, this pegboard is built for outdoor use: weatherproof, easy to clean, and designed to withstand the demands of patio kitchens, brew stations, grill setups, or workshops. It mounts securely to the rear of any Modular Utility Cabinet using the included mounting brackets and hardware—simple bolt-on installation with no drilling or modifications required.
Pegboard hooks are not included.
Features:
Instant accessibility — Hang frequently used items for quick grab-and-go during brew day, grilling, or entertaining.
Customizable layout — Standard pegboard hole spacing lets you arrange hooks exactly how you need them.
Premium match — Brushed stainless finish complements the cabinet’s aesthetic for a cohesive, professional look.

The KOMOS DraftMaster is a perfect solution for small beer-serving establishments. This is very unique, dual purpose glycol beer chiller, with the ability to chill a trunk line while also being able to cool 4 additional unfrigerated beers inline. It features 4 built-in stainless steel draft coils that remain submersed in a glycol solution reservoir, as well as a dedicated submersible draft line pump that can be used to pump glycol solution through flooded draft towers or other draft line chilling apparatuses.
The draft coils are made from 8 mm OD stainless steel tubing. The inlets and outlets come ready for use with 8 mm Duotight fittings, or standard hose clamp / compression fittings if preferred. The temperature drop of the beverage after one pass through the coil will depend on several factors, such as the temp of the pre-chilled beer, reservoir solution, and ambient environment. Ideally, the DraftMaster should be used in ambient temperatures below 80°F with a 30% glycol solution. If operating the unit in hotter climates or with a non-glycol cooling solution, if you are using the inline chilling coils you may need to pass the beverage through two coils to lower it to serving temperature.
Although the DraftMaster is ideally used with propylene glycol to lower the cooling solution below 32°F, home users may find it works perfectly well with 100% distilled/RO water. We recommend leaving the reservoir temperature at or above 38°F when using water only, which will work well for cooling a single KOMOS Cobra tower or other glycol-ready draft tower.

These premium Sansone tanks undergo a special pickling and polishing process to enhance their corrosion resistance, making them ideal for continuous use in both home and commercial settings
Crafted from high-quality stainless steel with welded handles for long-lasting performance and easy transport
La Nuova Sansone has been crafting high-quality stainless steel containers in Italy for over 40 years, earning a reputation for exceptional design and quality
NSF certified stainless steel spigot available for purchase separately
The Sansone Europa-AQ model Fusti tank is made from 304 stainless steel with a mirror polish finish and welded handles. Compared to the standard Europa model, the AQ model undergoes an additional pickling and polishing process. This process improves corrosion resistance, which is key for continuous use, especially in commercial settings like wine bars, taprooms, and coffee shops that might use the tank as a self-service water station.
Pickling
Specialized acids are used to remove any surface impurities, scale, rust, and weld heat-tinted layers. This crucial step eliminates potential corrosion initiation points and ensures a uniformly clean and reactive surface. Furthermore, pickling promotes the formation of a passive chromium oxide layer, an invisible shield that protects the stainless steel from oxidation and enhances its inherent corrosion resistance.
Polishing
The pickling process is followed by a thorough polishing treatment. This creates an exceptionally smooth surface finish, minimizing microscopic imperfections where moisture and contaminants could become trapped and initiate corrosion. Polishing also refines the passive layer, making it denser and more uniform for superior protection. Beyond its practical benefits, polishing enhances the aesthetic appeal, making them suitable for even the most visible applications.
Benefits
The combined pickling and polishing treatments Sansone employs offer a multitude of benefits. The Europa-AQ model Fusti tanks exhibit significantly increased durability and longevity, withstanding harsh environments and frequent use. This enhanced corrosion resistance ensures the quality and taste of stored liquids are preserved, eliminating the risk of contamination from corrosion byproducts. The smooth, clean surfaces created by these processes also facilitate easy cleaning and sanitization, maintaining the highest hygiene standards.

This unit represents an amazing value in home draft dispensing. It features a digital controller, stainless steel door, aluminum floor, rolling casters, robust KOMOS CO2 regulator, and more. This version does not include a tower kit. Great as a fermenation refrigerator or as a unit that can be built-in when adequate ventilation is an option. Approximately 4" of space on each side of the kegerator is required to allow the unit enough air. The tower is then mounted to the countertop and often a pvc collar or foam insulation is placed between the kegerator and the counter. This can also be done with any of our regular kegerators by removing the tower from the unit and mounting it on the counter. The most eye-catching difference between this unit and the previous model is definitely the capacity. This is the first kegerator we have offered that can fit up to four 5-gallon homebrew kegs at one time, and that’s all thanks to the redesigned interior. Most kegerators position the compressor on the right or left side of the inside floor, making one side shallower than the other. The KOMOS kegerator positions the compressor in the middle so both sides of the interior have an equal depth. This seemingly small detail allows the unit to hold up to four 5-gallon Slimline Torpedo or Ball Lock Corny kegs. Dual gas line inlets are absolutely clutch if you want to serve beverages at two different pressures or use two different types of gas. The previous model had one inlet that was only wide enough for a single line to pass through. Now both inlets are just over 3/4" in diameter and feature PCO 1881 threads. This threading allows you to use the plastic Carbonation Ball Lock Cap (FE13) as a quick connect option for your gas lines. Improvements to the condenser, evaporator, and insulation means the KOMOS kegerator is more efficient than ever before. It also features a redesigned internal fan for improved air circulation, pulling cold air from below the evaporator and blowing it back over the top of your kegs and up into the tower to chill your draft lines. Extra Wide Temperature Range is Perfect for Homebrewers The KOMOS kegerator is tailored to a homebrewer's needs. Take, for example, the extended range digital controller that can adjust internal temperatures from 26 - 82°F. This allows homebrewers to use it for fermentation and is something that other kegerators don't do. The digital controller always displays the temperature and is easily adjusted from the front of the kegerator with the door closed. It's pretty nice. KOMOS Regulator The included high-quality KOMOS CO2 regulator maintains consistent pressure and features a blow-off PRV with pull ring for safety and to relieve pressure, rubber coated gauges, and a hand knob for easy adjustment. Many kegerator brands will include the cheapest regulator they can find, and while these regulators may work OK out of the box, they will eventually show signs of pressure creep which can lead to foamy beer and other issues with your draft system. Rather than have you rely on a regulator that is "just OK", KOMOS kegerators include their own premium dual gauge regulator with highly accurate precision diaphragm and heavy-duty steel gauges. Added Features One of the unique features on a kegerator in this price range is the tower fan, which blows cold air up into your tower to reduce foaming issues. The countertop drip tray couldn't be easier to keep clean. Built-in drip trays look cool, but they're a pain to keep clean. Before long they get pretty disgusting with dried, spilled beer -- attracting fruit flies and becoming a haven for mold and bacteria to grow. They'll often overflow the reservoir inside the kegerator causing a huge mess. Our kegerator's tray is designed to be removed and easily washed. Optional Draft Towers Both draft tower options are made from stainless steel, a huge upgrade over chrome plated towers commonly found on other kegerators. The difference is simply in the appearance. Do you prefer the sleek look of brushed stainless, or the quietly ominous appearance of matte black? The matte black tower option pairs perfectly with the NukaTap Stealth Bomber faucets, which also feature a matte black finish. Or mix and match. You do you! Each draft tower kit comes standard with Duotight fittings and EVABarrier draft tubing. Duotight push-in fittings offer quick connection, a reliable seal, and versatility. Setting up and connecting draft line has never been easier—no more hose clamps or heating water to soften tubing. Duotight fittings are included for the tower shanks, regulator, and for splitting gas lines (double & triple tap only). EVABarrier double walled tubing offers superior protection against oxidation, CO2 loss, and microbial growth. It's also PVC-free and BPA-free. Optional Faucets The most popular forward-sealing faucets we offer are, without a doubt, the Intertap and the NukaTap. Forward-sealing means that while in the closed position the faucet will keep beer in it instead of draining out. This keeps the internal parts from getting sticky and reduces the chance of off flavors transferring to your beer while you pour. Both faucets feature s modular, threaded spout that can fit a variety of attachments including a growler filler or stout spout, and all attachments are cross compatible. The Intertap boasts all stainless steel internal components, whereas NukaTap's internal shuttle is made from TPV, but the NukaTap was designed with a lower thermal mass for reduced first pour foam. And for the price-conscious brewer, we off the industry standard beer faucet. It may not have the same bells and whistles as the other options, but it is no less dependable. For more info on each faucet option, check them out below the description. Best Value & Backed by MoreBeer! Perfect for NA & Low-ABV: Specially selected to brew low-alcohol and non-alcoholic beers under 0.5% ABV.
Preserves Body & Mouthfeel: Selectively ferments only simple sugars, leaving complex sugars untouched to retain residual body.
Clean & Non-Phenolic: Produces a highly neutral, POF- (non-phenolic) profile that lets your malt and hops take center stage.
SafBrew™ LA-02 is a groundbreaking release from Fermentis -- their very first non-Saccharomyces yeast strain chosen specifically to brew beers that finish under 0.5% ABV. Crafting a delicious low-alcohol or non-alcoholic beer just got a whole lot easier.
The secret to this strain's success lies in its unique attenuation profile. LA-02 selectively ferments only simple sugars (like fructose and glucose) and slowly processes sucrose. Since it completely ignores complex sugars -- leaving maltose, maltotriose, and dextrins untouched -- you are left with a beer that retains great body and mouthfeel without generating unwanted alcohol.
When it comes to flavor, SafBrew™ LA-02 produces a remarkably clean, mild profile that allows your malt and hop additions to take center stage. Plus, it is completely free of phenolic characteristics, meaning you won't experience any of the spicy or clove-like off-flavors sometimes associated with specialty strains.
Key Characteristics:
Ideal For: Non-alcoholic and low-ABV beers (<0.5% ABV)
Species: Torulaspora delbrueckii (Non-Saccharomyces)
Sugar Consumption: Assimilates glucose, fructose, and sucrose.
Non-Fermentables: Will not ferment maltose, maltotriose, or dextrins.
Flavor Profile: Clean, neutral, and non-phenolic (no spicy notes).
Points of Attention:
Beer fermented with maltose-negative yeast (such as SafBrew™ LA-02) will naturally retain residual fermentable sugars. Therefore, it is strongly recommended to cold crash immediately when the target terminal gravity is achieved. The typical glucose / simple sugars content of an all-malt wort ranges around 10%. SafBrew™ LA-02, with a proper pitch rate and fermentation temperature (68°F), is expected to finish fermentation in approximately 3-4 days.
It is strongly recommended that any dry hopping process be conducted exclusively post-fermentation, after the beer has been cooled to a temperature of less than 39°F.
Pasteurization of the packaged beer is mandatory to avoid living microorganisms remaining in the product. At a pH of 4.2, we recommend between 80 to 120 PU. At a lower pH level or high IBU, the PU level can be adapted to a minimum of 50 PU. Thorough Quality Control checks are required to confirm microbiological stability.
This yeast is not suitable for propagation, cropping and/or repitching of any kind.
For more information, check the Technical Guidelines, which contain complete utilization recommendations.
This yeast can be pitched directly, but if you prefer to rehydrate, the instructions are below.
Sprinkle the yeast in a minimum of 10 times its weight of sterile water or wort (we suggest 4 oz) at 70°F to 77°F (21 to 25 °C). Do not stir. Leave to rest 15 to 30 minutes. Gently stir for 30 minutes, and pitch the resultant cream into the fermentation vessel.
Apparent Attenuation: 5-10%
Sedimentation: Medium
Alcohol Tolerance: 9-11% ABV
Optimum Fermentation Temp: 68-77°F
*See the technical data sheet below for more information on rehydration, usage and storage.
Safbrew™ LA-01 vs. Safbrew™ LA-02
While both Fermentis LA-01 and LA-02 are maltose-negative yeasts designed for brewing no- and low-alcohol beers, their genetic makeup yields distinct flavor profiles. SafBrew™ LA-01 (Saccharomyces cerevisiae) is a POF+ strain that naturally produces spicy, clove-like phenols, making it ideal for Belgian styles unless its expression is carefully suppressed during the mash. Conversely, SafBrew™ LA-02 is a non-Saccharomyces (Torulaspora) species that is naturally POF-negative, offering a completely clean, sweeter finish with malt and honey notes perfect for standard ales and lagers. Crucially, because both strains leave large amounts of unfermented complex sugars behind, beers brewed with either yeast require strict pasteurization to prevent unwanted refermentation and package bursting.
This semi-automated compact label applicator machine is suitable for bottles, jars or cans of up to 160mm diameter and is fully adjustable for labelling any cylindrical container. Apply self-adhesive labels to your beer, wine or spirits easily and quickly and automatically.

Natural Fruit Flavors
The Skyfarm series represents the freshest, most perfect version of fruit flavor and aroma. It has none of that “cooked” off-flavor that can sometimes tank a beer. There’s also none of that grandma’s perfume, potpourri, or floral junk either.
Skyfarm is high-amplitude, recognizable flavor - and that’s important because when you put Strawberry on your bottle label or tap handle, people are going to expect to smell strawberries. It’s built with terpenes for the ultimate flavor consistency, ensuring the same flavor in every season.
Benefits
Skyfarm offers the same ease-of-use benefits as fruit purees without the downsides. No sugar is added to your batch so there's no risk of refermentation, there's no solid waste to remove when your beer is ready to be packaged, and there's a much lower risk of micro contamination compared to adding fruit products to your vessel when fermentation is complete. Since you can add Skyfarm at the coldest point in your process - after cold crashing, in the brite tank, or your keg - there is also no risk of aromatic compounds being driven out through your blowoff. Skyfarm also contributes no haze to your finished beer and doesn't leave a sticky residue behind, so you can forget about scrubbing fruit gunk from your tanks.

The result is an extremely potent and accurate profile of the original hop utilizing the power of terpenes.
Extremely Concentrated
A little really goes a long way here. Omni Hop Profiles are made from the essential building blocks of flavor and aroma so they’re naturally potent.

Commercial cold brew production has traditionally been a messy, backbreaking process. Hoisting 40 pounds of soaking-wet coffee grounds straight up out of a flat-bottom plastic bucket is a workplace hazard waiting to happen. To make matters worse, struggling with cloudy sediment leads to clogged draft lines, chalky mouthfeel, and drastically shortened product shelf life.
The BrewBuilt® CB1 completely redefines small-scale commercial cold brew production.
Built on our heavy-duty, 304 stainless steel bottom-drain chassis, this turnkey system eliminates overhead lifting, guarantees brilliant liquid clarity, and adapts to any packaging workflow. Whether you run a bustling cafe, a roasting facility, or a craft brewery, the CB1 delivers a high-yield solution designed to protect both your back and your brew.
Key Design Innovations
Ergonomic Side-Manway Cleanout
The CB1 features an integrated, rectangular side-manway door. Instead of lifting heavy, dripping bags up and out of the vessel, operators simply open the front door and easily slide or rake spent coffee grounds out horizontally into a waste bin.
Progressive Dual-Stage Filtration
Achieve unmatched clarity without the need for expensive secondary paper filters. The CB1 utilizes a stacked filtration system featuring a Fine mesh bag nested inside an X-Fine mesh bag.
Heavy-Duty Drawstrings: Both commercial-grade bags feature rugged drawstrings that cinch tightly around the rim of the kettle, keeping them securely locked in place during the steep.
The Slotted False Bottom Advantage: As seen in the cross-section view, the nested bags rest completely flat on a heavy-gauge, slotted stainless steel false bottom. This structural support keeps the fabric elevated above the true dished bottom, preventing the weight of the coffee grounds from plugging the drain hole and ensuring an unrestricted, rapid extract flow.
Total Packaging Flexibility
The sanitary 1.5" Tri-Clamp bottom butterfly valve acts as a modular launchpad for your finished product. Once the steep is complete, you can gravity-drain the kettle with precision control:
Kegging: Perform flawless, low-oxygen closed transfers directly into purged beverage kegs.
Bottling & Canning: Hook up directly to counter-pressure bottle fillers, BeerGuns, or small-scale canning lines.
Product Features & Specifications
Premium 304 Stainless Steel Construction: Brewery-grade, sanitary construction that is impervious to flavor stains, easy to sanitize, and built for a lifetime of daily service.

Instructions.
CO2 tank is required by law to be shipped empty. You will need to find a local source, such as a welding supply, to fill your CO2 tank.
Note About Freezer Installations:
If you plan to mount on a freezer you need to see where the coolant lines are located insite the wall so you don't damage during installation. Plug the unit in with the lid open and you will see the lines form condensation on the inside. (... drill a hold where there are no lines!)
Instant and infinite sparkling water at your fingertips whenever you want it! Benchy connects to your household's water supply, chills, carbonates, and delivers on demand Serve up to 8 gallons of chilled, carbonated water per hour Pair with draft faucets and place it on your counter, or install it under the counter and plumb it to a mounted water faucet See below for detailed installation video Benchy Sparkling is the answer for instant chilled and carbonated water on demand. Simply connect your household water supply and CO2 Cylinder to the unit and receive unlimited sparkling and chilled water from the draft faucets. The chiller is highly efficient with very little power draw while idle and has enough cooling capacity to serve up to 8 gallons of sparkling water per hour. This unit comes without shanks or draft faucets, as it can be used as a countertop unit or installed under your counter and routed to a faucet you install on your counter or kitchen sink. If you plan to use it as a countertop unit, we highly recommend NukaTap Flow Control Faucets. Easy Installation: Plug the Benchy into the wall Fill internal water tank Connect household water supply Connect CO2 Cylinder Pour chilled sparking water. It's that simple and you can be enjoying chilled sparkling water in under 1 hour with this setup and barely any time at all to cool down. Ensure that the unit is installed and operated according to the instruction manual which can be found below. Fully Adjustable The Benchy Sparkling has an integrated digital temp controller so you can control the temperature from 0.5-10°C (33-50°F). You can also vary the carbonation level from 0.5 volumes to over 5 volumes for super bubbly water. Cooling Performance The Benchy Sparkling is able to chill about 5 to 8 gallons of sparkling water per hour (based on ambient water and air temperature of 68°F). To further increase the capacity of this unit, you can pre-chill the water from your household supply line either by a holding tank (ball lock keg) in the fridge or a DraftMaster Chiller. If you pre-chill the water you can more than double the output of the Benchy Sparkling. The reservoir temperature on the Benchy should never be set below 2°C (35°F) as you will run the risk of freezing the water inside the carbonation keg. It features 2 built-in submersible pumps with independent digital temperature controllers and can be used with any vessel that has a glycol jacket or submersed cooling coil/rod. Each controller includes a temperature probe that should be inserted into a thermowell in your vessel or can be taped to the outside of the vessel if you don't have a thermowell. The digital controller then measures the temperature of your tank and turns the submersible pump on or off to cool to your desired set temperature. Up to two tanks can be controlled separately with one IceMaster Max 2.
The Max 2 is the perfect unit for brewers with 1 or 2 fermentation vessels. The IceMaster 100 and IceMaster Max 4 are terrific chillers, but for they have far more cooling capacity than the average homebrewer needs. The Max 2 is the most affordable glycol chiller we offer, and thanks to the built-in submersible pumps and controllers, there's no need to purchase additional pump kits to use with your cooling system(s).
Compatibility
The IceMaster can be used with any fermenter that has a built-in cooling jacket, added CoolStix, or a submersed cooling coil. It works well as the cooling source for the following systems and fermenters.
BrewBuilt Jacketed Uni Conical - we recommend one Insulated Tubing Kit for each tank. These kits feature "dry break" quick disconnects that prevent glycol loss and the insulated tubing will increase chilling efficiency and eliminate line sweating from condensation.
CoolStix - CoolStix can be added to a wide range of carboys, fermenters, and tanks and the IceMaster works really well in combination. Each CoolStix is available with or without a pump kit; for use with the IceMaster Max 2 you will only need the CoolStix and some tubing to connect it to the chiller.
Ss Brewtech Fermenters and Brites - Ss BME Chronicals, BME Brites, and Unitanks come with cooling coils and neoprene as standard. The optional chilling FTSs will not be needed for use with the Max 2.
Spike Conical with Optional Cooling Coil - the cooling coil for Spike CF series conicals is available for purchase independently from the TC-100 cooling system. For use with the Max 2 you will only need the coil and some tubing to connect it to the chiller.
Speidel Tanks with Optional Cooling Jackets - You will need two lengths of tubing to connect the chiller to each tank.
Grainfather Fermenters - Grainfather fermenters have standard cooling jackets. You will need two lengths of tubing for each fermenter.
Blichmann Fermenators with Optional Cooling Coil - You will need two lengths of tubing for each Fermenator.
Capacity
It is always difficult to determine exactly how many tanks can be chilled at one time as it depends on what is happening in each tank, if the tank is insulated, and what the ambient temperature is. Cold crashing always requires the most energy and requires tank insulation. We have experimented with capacities and can provide this general guide based on a 75°F ambient and neoprene insulation. Neoprene provides a modest amount of insulation so you would obtain better results using Armaflex or a higher R rated insulation.
At 75°F ambient temperature with neoprene insulation, the Max 2 can cold crash one 1 BBL BrewBuilt Jacketed Uni or two Jacketed Unis up to 15 gallons in size at one time to 38°F.
Set Up
In order to hook up the IceMaster to your fermenter or tank's cooling system, you will need 2 lengths of tubing per vessel. All tubing connections should be secured with hose clamps. The unit comes with JoinTech Male Quick Disconnects installed as the inlet/outlet bulkheads, and also includes Female QDs with barbs to connect your tubing to the bulkheads. QDs to connect tubing to your cooling system are not included as the connection type depends on your setup.

Designed to hold up to FOUR 5-gallon ball lock corny kegs (see below for full list of what fits) Included KOMOS Dual Gauge CO2 Regulator maintains consistent pressure and is easily adjusted Works prefectly as a fermentation chamber, or add draft tower and faucet options to deck out the kegerator as you see fit! The KOMOS Kegerator features upgraded components for faster chilling and more efficient operation. It also has a redesigned interior that fits up to four 5-gallon kegs at one time. The KOMOS Deluxe Kegerator model boasts the same features as the standard model with an eye-catching stainless steel extrerior and upgraded stainless steel drip tray. The interior is designed to fit up to four 5-gallon ball lock kegs at one time. This unit represents an amazing value in home draft dispensing. It features a digital controller, stainless door and exterior, aluminum floor, rolling casters, robust KOMOS CO2 regulator, and more. This version does not include a tower kit. Although the unit does not provide heating, the extended range allows you to program the internal temperature at say an ale fermentation temp of 68°F and will provide cooling whenever the temp rises above that set point. With the insulation provided by the kegerator, heating should rarely be needed, but you can always place a low wattage heat wrap inside the unit if ever needed. The digital controller always displays the temperature and is easily adjusted from the front of the kegerator with the door closed. It's pretty nice. Added Features One of the unique features on a kegerator in this price range is the tower fan, which blows cold air up into your tower to reduce foaming issues. They also come standard with the KOMOS dual gauge CO2 regulator, which is super beefy and consistent in delivering accurate pressures. Most Chinese-made regulators experience creep where the pressure increases over time. The KOMOS regulator is by far the best CO2 regulator we have seen made in China. The countertop drip tray couldn't be easier to keep clean. Built-in drip trays look cool, but they're a pain to keep clean. Want an easy-to-use, stainless vessel that ferments and carbonates? This 29L/7.6 Gallon keg has been modified to allow you to do both! The top is fitted with a large 4 inch tri-clamp lid with two ball lock posts and a pressure relief valve. You can use this vessel to ferment, carbonate, serve, or push the beer through a filter. The posts are recessed which allows you to stack these kegs up to 4 high. A 4" T.C. end cap with pre drilled hole is also available (H691), which can be paired with a #3 stopper and airlock. Also consider the Kegmenter Hop Bong Pressure Pack which allows for oxygen-free dry hopping and also features ball lock posts for Gas & Liquid. Depending on how long it will take to consume the finished beer, we recommend using two kegmenters, one for fermentation and one for carbonating and serving. After fermentation, there will be a large trub cake at the bottom of the vessel. Leaving finished beer on the trub for too long (2-3 weeks) may eventually lead to off-flavors. Check out our ball lock jumper line (KEG575) to easily transfer from one kegmenter to the other. Also consider our beer filter kit (FIL40), which will allow you to filter the beer during transfer. Features: Rated up to 2.5 BAR (36 psi) 4" T.C. lid with ball lock posts Floating dip tube Stainless steel 1.8 mm thick Use: As a stainless steel fermenter that is easy to clean Great choice for 5 gallon fermentations Easy to pressurize the kegmenter after fermentation to push through a filter and into another keg Fermenting under pressure, allowing CO2 to exit via the relief valve, reduces esters and fusel alcohol production allowing you to ferment at warmer temperatures Distillation - with the addition of a T.C. reducer and condenser (H701 / DS120 / DS130) As a cellar keg for topping up barrels Warning: Always depressurize keg before removing lid. Does not include spunding valve shown in example photo. Please see FIL42A. Kegland Part number: KL05906
Elevate your brewing game with the Gen 4 BrewZilla. This cutting-edge system combines innovative features like wireless connectivity via WiFi & Bluetooth, allowing you to control and monitor your brew day, ensuring precision, convenience, and exceptional beer batch after batch!
WiFi / Bluetooth enabled RAPT Controller tracks your brewday and automatically uploads detailed information to the RAPT portal
The top mounted RAPT Controller can be tilted upward for easy viewing, or detached from the unit to mount it on the wall or placed on your bench
Mirror polished dome shaped bottom with center drain -- get every last bit of wort into your fermenter while the perforated bottom screen filters out 95% of hot break and hop matter
Make larger batches or higher gravity beers! BrewZilla offers the largest malt pipe capacity for units in its size range, and the Gen 4 unit has a 30% larger malt pipe compared to the previous generation
Perforated bottom on the newly designed malt pipe allows for improved mash recirculation flow without sacrificing efficiency
Element power percentage can be adjusted via the RAPT Controller. Go full power to heat up quickly, or dial it down so you don't overshoot your strike water temp
The built-in pump is plumbed to both the recirculation and arm and the bottom ball valve. Recirculate wort during your mash, then close the recirculation valve and pump wort to your fermenter via the bottom valve
Pair with the RAPT-enabled Bluetooth Thermometer, allowing your BrewZilla to calculate a core mash temperature reading and more accurately control temperatures and mash steps
More RAPT-enabled accessories are coming, and future firmware updates can be downloaded to the RAPT Controller itself over the internet
WiFi/Bluetooth Enabled RAPT Controller
The RAPT Controller is mounted to the top of the boiler body, allowing for easy operation when you have the unit set on the ground. The controller can be tilted upwards to give you an even better view, or it can be removed from the BrewZilla entirely if you'd prefer to mount the controller on your wall or lay it down on a workbench. From the controller, you'll orchestrate your entire brew day. Program mash steps, dial in element power, and operate the integrated pump all from one screen.
But the RAPT Controller is much more than a beautiful, full-color display switch board. Once synced to the RAPT Portal, you'll be able to track, record and monitor your brews online. No need for handwriting notes or punching brew day details into your phone -- all of the data from your brew is automatically logged to your portal profile. This information doesn't just include your mash profile; it also captures detailed information about your element power and pump activity, opening the door for very precise repeatability.
And the RAPT Portal isn't just a digital archive for your brew days. With your BrewZilla powered on, you can control your brewery from virtually anywhere using your phone's web browser. Not sure when you'll be home from work or your kid's ball game going into extra innings? No problem! Before you head out, simply log into the RAPT Portal from your phone and tell the BrewZilla to start heating your strike water. Along with remote control, the portal enables you to program alarms and push notifications for all of your boil additions. We've all been caught up with a side task and failed to throw in that yeast nutrient or clarifying agent at the end of the boil, but the BrewZilla has the back of even the most forgetful brewer!
But wait, there's more! In addition to WiFi connectivity, the RAPT Controller is also a Bluetooth gateway device. KegLand is currently developing various Bluetooth devices such as the Bluetooth Beacon Thermometer and other sensors which will be compatible with your brewery upon release. The RAPT Controller is able to receive information from Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) devices, adjusting its processes based on this new stream of information while simultaneously logging it to your RAPT Portal. With the Bluetooth Beacon Thermometer, for example, you'll be able to feed temperature readings from the top of your mash bed to the controller. The controller will then compare this reading with the main temp probe reading at the base of the kettle and adjust element cycling based on these combined readings.
Finally, the RAPT Controller WiFi connectivity allows you to update the controller's firmware with a single click. Take advantage of new features and accessories as soon as they become available by simply keeping your BrewZilla connected to your local WiFi network. And again, the WiFi is already built-in! No need to come back for an expensive add-on accessory down the road.
High Capacity Malt Pipe
With an approximately 23.5 lb capacity, the BrewZilla can mash nearly 50% more grain than similar sized models of the Anvil Foundry and Grainfather G30. If you want to fill your fermenter with more than a 5-gallon batch worth of wort, or brew the highest gravity beer recipes, the BrewZilla is the brewhouse for the job. And the included malt pipe is just the beginning. If you want to expand your brewery's grain capacity even further, KegLand makes Boiler Extension Kits and Extended Malt Pipes for that very purpose. The malt pipe features a perforated section at the bottom which improves mash recirculation flow without sacrificing efficiency.
Concave Base with Center Draining
Leave no wort behind! The concave base with center drain means you'll be able to extract every last drop of wort to your fermenter. If you've brewed in a traditional flat bottom kettle, this center drain may be a bit perplexing at first. Many brewers are used to whirlpooling after the boil to pull hop matter into the center of the kettle, then transfer out using a pick-up tube that pulls from the kettle wall in order to avoid sucking up the solids. But fear not! One of the key features of the BrewZilla is the false bottom protection screen. This screen avoids the need for doing a whirlpool, filtering wort as it transfers and blocking more than 95% of hops and hot break from getting sucked into the pump. This not only prevents blocked pump issues, it also increases the efficiency of your brewhouse by eliminating kettle loss from wort that may have otherwise been left behind.
Ultra Low Watt Density Elements
The concave base on the BrewZilla also allowed for larger heating elements with significantly lower watt density than other breweries. When a lot of energy is coming off of a small element, the local temperature near the element can be so high that it scorches the wort and causes caramelization. Lower watt density essentially means you can produce lighter color beers that would otherwise have fallen victim to caramelization effect. It also reduces that chance of boilovers and reduces stress on the elements which extends their life expectancy.
Easy Access Built-In Pump
The built-in pump allows you to recirculate your wort during the mash for improved efficiency and more even temperature distribution. But it can also be used to transfer your wort from kettle to fermenter rather than relying on a gravity feed, and with the optional CIP Rotar, you can used the pump to clean your BrewZilla (or fermenter) after every use. During your brew day you'll be able to control the pump from the RAPT Controller with a dedicated button for turning the pump on and off. Another feature you'll find on the controller is adjusting the pump flow. This doesn't control the actual volume of the flow (you can do that from the ball valve located on the recirculation arm), but rather cycles the pump on and off automatically based on your setting. At 100%, the pump remains on continuously. But at 80%, the pump will cycle to be on 80% of the time and off 20% of the time. This may not be a feature that every brewer thinks they need, but it's an excellent way to avoid running the pump dry accidentally, as the time the pump is off allows recirculating wort to filter through the grain bed and back into the pump inlet.
If you flip over the boiler, you'll find the magnetic drive pump and all the plumbing is right at your fingertips. This means you don't have to disassemble the base in order to access the pump for cleaning or maintenance if required. It also means the plumbing can be changed more easily too. For instance, the unit comes as standard with the plumbing from the pump feeding both the recirculation arm and the transfer valve, but you change this so the tap outlet bypasses the pump if you prefer.
MoreBeer!'s Final Word
We've been selling all-in-one brewing systems ever since they first hit the market, and we have to say that the Gen 4 BrewZilla is not only the most feature-packed unit ever made, it's also offered at an incredibly competitive price point when compared to other systems. You'll get all of the cutting edge Bluetooth technology you'd get with the Grainfather and at an exceptionally lower price tag. Plus, you get the WiFi capabilities as standard, rather than as a $100 add-on accessory. When it comes to mash recirculation, that's yet another built-in feature on the BrewZilla, and the pump can also be used for transferring and CIP cleaning. The Foundry has a great starting price, but if you want to unlock its full potential, you'll need to spend another $100 for the recirculation pump kit. What's more, no other system in the same 'weight class' has the same grain capacity. And if the standard capacity isn't quite enough, the BrewZilla can be easily upgraded with a Boiler Body Extension Kit and Extended Malt Pipe. When you purchase the BrewZilla, you can feel confident that you're investing in a top shelf system and all of the critical features you're expecting will be included.
Perfect for Distillation
If you want to expand your lineup of homemade libations to offer Spirits in addition to Ales & Lagers, the BrewZilla makes an excellent pot still! Add the Distillation Lid upgrade and pair it with an AlcoEngine Copper Reflux Condenser or Copper Pot Still Top. AlcoEngine Stills have been selling on the home market for years and offer some of the most affordable, beginner-friendly stills you'll find.

KegLand Part Number: KL3276
Please note: due to patent restrictions in the United States, the malt pipe has been redesigned with one set of bottom feet. This model does not include the "two stage" malt pipe as advertised by KegLand and featured in previous MoreBeer! YouTube videos.
Please Note: When removing the malt pipe to drain after mashing, it is important to do so slowly rather than in one swift pull. If the malt pipe is removed all at once when it is full of wort, it is possible for the draining wort to spray out and over the rim of the brewery through the perforated bottom. Remove the malt pipe slowly so that some of the wort can drain out before it is fully removed and set on its bottom feet. This can be done by hand on the 35L unit, but for the 65L and 100L units we highly recommend using the Pulley System for removing the malt pipe.
Warning: Do not engage the adjustable lid clamps when brewing with the BrewZilla's standard glass lid. The clamps are only intended to be used with distillation lids or other metal accessories. With too much tension, it is possible for the lid clamps to break the glass lid when engaged.
Warning: If you are going to use an extension cord with the BrewZilla, you must ensure that the cord is the correct gauge and properly rated to suit the power requirements of your brewery. See the reference chart below for the recommended gauge based on your unit and the length of cord you wish to use.

Take, for example, the extended range digital controller with an adjustable temperature range from 26 - 82°F. This allows homebrewers to use as fermentation chamber and is something that other kegerators don't do. Best Value & Backed by MoreBeer! We've looked around, and when you factor in fast and free shipping, you are getting the very best value on a kegerator in the USA. Plus you're getting MoreBeer! service if something happens in shipment. We double box the unit with foam pads and have very little shipping damage. However, it will be delivered via Fed-Ex ground so damage is possible. If your unit arrives damaged just call us up and we will work with you to take care of it. The ultimate control & precision of your fermentation process. Equipped with two built-in temperature controllers and pumps, this advanced chiller enables you to independently regulate the temperature of two separate fermentation vessels simultaneously, ensuring optimal conditions for different batches or styles of beer, making it a game-changer for homebrewers.
2 built-in submersible pumps with independent digital controllers
Control multiple fermentation temperatures independently
Fill with 20% glycol solution for optimal chilling performance
Cold crash with good insulation
Perfect complement to BrewBuilt X-Series Conicals
The IceMaster Max 2 is designed to cool fermentations in small vessels.

Made in Italy by Marchisio
Variable Capacity tanks, also called Variable Volume tanks, made in Italy by Marchisio. This style of tank features a ‘floating’ lid with an inflatable gasket that can be positioned at any height in the tank. Use the included air pump to inflate the lid gasket. Whether you position the lid directly on the liquid, just above, or at the top of the tank is up to you. They are used as affordable stainless production tanks for applications ranging from winemaking to pickled foods and Kombucha.
Considerations for Winemaking
When used in winemaking we recommend these tanks for fermentation and short-term storage. If you are considering storing wine in a variable volume tank for longer than a month, we suggest you consider our German-made Speidel Variable Volume Tanks. In addition to other quality features like a mirror polish inside, thicker stainless, and robotically welded seams, Speidel tanks feature a proprietary lid gasket that only fits their tanks. This gasket is made from a very high quality, thick, white, food-grade, material that makes a true seal and resists oxygen transfer. This gasket also does not have the seam line that clear gaskets have. To learn more about the clear gaskets watch our video listed below the product copy. All variable volume tanks other than those from Speidel, including these tanks from Marchisio, feature a standard clear gasket that is sufficient for many applications, but we do not recommend them for long term wine storage.
Marchisio
We have been buying tanks from Marchisio since the 1990’s, so we have a long history of collaboration. Marchisio is a classic Italian tank manufacturer that represents the best value in the industry. Great quality at a very competitive price. All tanks have a classic marbled finish on the outside and a smooth polished finish on the inside. Each tank includes a dry airlock – a style of airlock that has a marble inside to make a seal. We recommend replacing this airlock with a classic water airlock to reduce potential oxidation. Includes 1/2" chrome plated spigot.
