The Euro 60 Flexible Impeller pump is a 3" T.C. self-priming pump with a Stainless Steel head, controlled via a frequency inverter that allows for flow control from 0 - 100 gal / minute. These units can be controlled via the remote control on a 30' cord, or from the control panel mounted on the pump itself. Pumps are reversible, self-priming up to 15', and can be used with wine, juice, or must.
The wheeled pump cart allows for easy movement and maneuverability around the winery or crushpad, and stainless steel construction insures that it'll survive through hectic wine seasons! Completely food grade components have no impact on the quality of the wine, and a low shear value due to the larger TC fittings.
This pump is a true all around winery pump because it can be used with must and wine. If you have a commercial crush pad with a larger destemmer crusher like a Jolly40 or above, and you process small berries, you will want to consider the Gamma 80 as it works better with dry fruit (lots of skin and not as much flesh). However the Euro60 works well with most musts and then can be your work horse to move must and wine in the winery, making it a great value you can use year around.
Although the Euro 60 is self-priming, the pump should never be run dry.

Made in Germany by Speidel
We are proud to present our line of premium quality stainless steel tanks. Built in Germany by Speidel, the world-class traditions of German engineering and craftsmanship are reflected in these tanks. And, after examining tanks built by every major manufacturer worldwide, we can safely say that when it comes to features, quality and price, these tanks represent the very best value available in stainless steel wine storage.
Speidel Quality Features:
Interior Finish - Speidel tanks feature an ultra-smooth 2R rated interior surface which effectively resists the build-up of tartrate residues. Clean your tanks with cold water after cold stabilization! Say goodbye to harsh cleaning chemicals and expensive CIP systems!
Weld Quality - Speidel's robotic-arm laser welders create flawless stainless to stainless junctions that look and feel more like a taped fabric seam than a traditional weld. Ultra high-quality welds leave no chance for residual product to harbor spoilage organisms.
Thickness - Speidel tanks are designed to be the correct thickness for the tank's total volume.
Complete Drainage Bottoms - All Speidel tanks are outfitted with conical, pocketed bottoms for total drainage, which maximizes product yield at rackings and makes cleaning a snap. *Please note that smaller, flat-bottomed tanks do not feature total drainage bottoms.
Tri-Clamp Valve Ferrules - All Speidel tanks come configured for use with Tri-Clamp (TC) style valves and fittings. Tanks up to 1600L capacity are outfitted for use with 1.5in TC. Other sizes and custom configurations are available at additional cost upon request. **Please Note: TC valves not included. Please inquire with your sales associate for pricing on TC valves and fittings.
Rubber Lid Gaskets - The white rubber gaskets used by Speidel are much thicker than the traditional clear vinyl gaskets, which along with their extruded manufacturing process provide a much better seal with the tanks wall. They're seamless and more oxygen resistant than the clear gaskets. That means better protection for your wines!
Warranty - Speidel-Behaelter, GMBH backs up each and every tank with an industry-leading 25 year warranty against defects in materials or workmanship. And, as a 5th generation manufacturer, you can be confident they'll be around to honor that warranty should the need arise.

Gently mix yeast, sulphite, and additives into your wine with this variable speed mixer. The stainless cart allows you to move the mixer up and down to the height of your tank fitting. Also adjust the angle of the mixer to accomodate inclined, reinforced mixing ports, like on our Speidel Stainless tanks.
The included pump is a very unique feature that allows you to pump a slurry out of a bucket, into the mixer and into the tank. This saves time by not having to open the top hatch, reduces possible oxidation, and ensures a better mix.
How to Use
Mixing ports enter through full port 2" TC ball valves to allow for an easily installation and disassembly. Position and attach the mixer to your 2" TC ball valve. Open the valve and slide in the adjustable mixing shaft, lock the shaft in position, and turn on. Adjust the speed to accomodate your desired level of agitation. To remove unlock shaft, slide out, turn off TC ball valve, and then disconnect mixer from TC ball valve.

This professional crush pad from our partners at Enoitalia features the Jolly 60 Reverse Destemmer and RBS 60 automatic roller sorting table. Three adjustable speed motors allow for independent control of the feeding hopper, the destemming process, and the sorting table. Along with adjustability in the destemming bar and then on gap setting in the sorting process you can really dial in the machine for your application.
Jolly 60 Reverse
Enoitalia's newest destemmer, the Jolly 60 is the ideal processing unit for smaller wineries looking for top-quality processing at an affordable price. The loading hopper features a mechanical speed variable motor so you can control the flow of grape bunches into the destemming chamber. The destemming bar and basket are separately controlled by a variable frequency drive that allows you to turn a dial to set the right speed. Separate control of these processes allows you to find the balance between speed and quality and helps the machine from being overloaded at either stage.
The destemming basket is made with a gentle anti-tear design to reduce grape skin abrasion. The holes in the basket are deep punched through thicker stainless steel, from the inside out, and then bead blasted to remove any sharp edges. The destemming bar features fingers with adjustable rubber tips to ensure a gentle touch on your grapes.
The receiving hopper features perforated drainage holes to allow juice, sometimes found in the bottom of picking bins, to exit before entering the destemming chamber. There is a 1.5" hose barb for connecting tubing. You can either choose to run that juice to a tank, into the Gamma must pump under the destemmer, or into a discard bucket if the juice is too oxidized.

Automatic Sorting Table
A great innovation in sorting is the new RBS 60 sorting table, which features adjustable speed and motorized rollers with adjustable gap settings. The idea is that whole berries fall from the Jolly 60 after destemming onto the sorting table. Those berries fall through gaps in the specially designed rollers into either your macrobin or a receiving hopper and must pump. Leaves and pieces of stem, that normally make it into your fermenation tank, are caught on the fingers of the rollers and shot off the end of the table into a garbage bin. The end result is similar to using a vibrating sorting table but the benefit is that the sorting is automatic instead of needing 2-4 people working the vibrating sorting table at all times. If you prefer a vibrating sorting table Enoitalia does make one and we are happy to prepare a custom quote.

Control the humidity of your cellar to prevent wine barrels from drying out Dry, non-humidified barrels will draw liquid to the outer surface where it evaporates, leading to significant product loss Can operate in environments as low as 34°F, making it ideal for cold rooms and storage halls Compact, stand-alone unit can be suspended from or mounted to a wall 2,800 cubic feet per hour air flow Made in Germany by Kreyer Humidity control in wine cellars plays a major role during the production, maturation and storage of wine and other beverages in wooden barrels. Wine barrels safe-guard the main asset of a winery – the wine itself. The wooden walls of dry, non-humidified barrels will draw liquid from inside it up through the small crevices to the outer surface where it evaporates. Over time, this leads to a significant amount of product loss. For example, a 225L wine barrel can lose 10-15% of the wine volume over one year. A professional humidification of the barrel room allows the barrel wood to absorb water-vapor, the crevices fill out and loss of wine is prevented. A well-kept barrel room is therefore cool, usually around 57-60°F and humidified at about 75% - 80% rH. As with every aspect of winemaking, attention and professional equipment are required. Low humidification may allow the wood to dehydrate and wine will evaporate through it, while overly high humidity can lead to mold and fungus. The centrifugal humidifier HumiFix is equipped with a spinning disk that vaporizes water into very fine droplets that can be easily absorbed by the surrounding air, humidifying and cooling a room at the same time. The unit can work either connected to your main water supply with inline cartridge filtration or more ideally to an RO unit. The HumiFix can work at low temperatures (down to 34°F), which is ideal for installation in cold rooms and storage halls. Features:
Stand-alone unit Easy installation and handling Compact construction Wall or suspended mounting Specifications:

All stainless grape destemmer with built-in must pump
Screw Feed provides fast, continual hands-free operation
Rubber tipped destemming bar for softer processing
4,000 - 4,500 lbs/per hour processing capacity
Removable stainless basket for easy cleaning
Made in Italy by EnoItalia
For the serious home winemaker or a very small winery, this machine represents an amazing value. It is gentle, easy to load, and pumps the grapes into your awaiting fermenter, eliminating the need for a separate must pump.
Why No Crushing Rollers?
Because you don't need them. Here is how it works. You put fruit in the top bin and the screw feed moves the fruit to the left where it drops down into the destemming chamber. The fruit is destemmed and grapes drop down through the grate to the next level. Stems are ejected out the end of the destemming chamber and onto a tarp on the ground. After the fruit drops through the destemming chamber it falls into a bin at the bottom of the machine that has a screw feed. The screw feed pushes the grapes to the right where they are pushed into a circular chamber. In the circular chamber, a paddle wheel, pushes grapes back out the exit tube, through a 3" hose, you attach, and into the awaiting fermenters.
Why this machine is so popular in Italy
Because they know you don't need rollers on this type of machine. The action of the two screws, the destemming chamber and the paddle wheel crack the berries.
More on the Built-in Must Pump
The built in paddle-wheel style must pump can push fruit an average of 12' high with a 10' horizontal run OR up to 4' high with a 40' horizontal run. These are estimates only: actual results will vary on factors such as the total load on the machine and the viscosity of the must in the transfer tube. It can only be used at processing time and cannot be used later in the winemaking process.
A Great Value!
We recommend this machine for small wineries or larger home producers who do not wish to make the considerable jump to truly commercial quality equipment. You can make very, very good wine with this machine and we often tell small winery owners that the money saved can be used more effectively in other ways to make great wine.

Made from high-quality Slavonian oak sustainably sourced from Hungarian forests
Superior in long term storage due to the tight grain and slow release of phenolic compounds
Equivalent or superior quality compared to French Oak barrels at a much more affordable cost
Zinc-plated steel barrel hoops for corrosion resistance
Coopered by the world-renowned Balazs Nagy
Balazs barrels is a long-trusted brand of Hungarian oak barrels coopered by the famous Balazs Nagy. These barrels are equal or better in quality to French Oak barrels but available at a fraction of the cost of their more famous counterparts. Renowned for respecting fruit, Hungarian barrels offer winemakers a great option to impact the mouthfeel, structure and flavor of wine without stepping on the terroir of your grapes.
Due to the tight grain and slow release of phenolic compounds, you can feel secure storing your wine in Hungarian barrels longer than you can with other barrels. The slow process of micro oxygenation rounds the wine while various compounds in the wood such hemicellulose, lipids, and lignins are slowly integrated.
As most barrel makers know, the best source of wood for wine barrels is the oak grown in the territory of old-time Hungary, known as Slavonian oak. This rare, high-quality oak can be found in the Zemplén Mountains and in the Tokaj oak woods. The specific type of oak in those territories, and what is used in Balazs barrels, is the Quercus Petrea. This oak is characterised by a dense, hard structure combined with extra flavor. Forestry workers look after these forests with considerable expertise, and the forest density ratio in Hungary is 20–24%, with selective logging taking place between November and April. Once the wood is sourced, it is air dried and aged for 24-28 months before cooperage.
Balázs Barrels is establishing a direct cooperation with the forestry workers, ensuring the continuous supply of the best quality oak, allowing them to source and work with the most excellent oak for wine barrel manufacturing from the foremost Hungarian forests.

When using a Kreyer Fan unit for below freezing temperatures, you must also use their matching defrost kit. Kreyer Defrost Kits consist of an electric heating element or spiral and are fitted directly to their respective fan unit cooling fins. The Defrost Kit melts any iced condensate that can accumulate on the fins when the fan is used with Glycol-Water set below the freezing point. The Defrost Kit will periodically melt any iced condensate allowing you to use your fan unit at low temperatures. Requires 230V Single Phase 50/60Hz Best if used with Kreyer Masterlog Controller (SDML) Please note: example image shown. The defrost kit may not exactly match this image.
Use your existing glycol system to cool your cellar Eliminates the need to purchase an entirely separate refrigeration system SD-S series fan units were designed specifically for high-moisture environments like wine cellars Sized for well-insulated rooms up to 17,500 ft³ Made in Germany by Kreyer Cool your cellar using your existing glycol system. Save energy and money! These units work under the same principles as standard refrigeration but use cooled glycol that you already have instead of cooled refrigerant gas, eliminating the need to have a separate refrigeration system. It is a fantastic use of your glycol system for a majority of the year when typically glycol systems are on but are being sporadically called upon. Glycol systems do need to be sized to accommodate both these fan units and peak duty during the crush to be able to accommodate all tasks at once. Glycol from your main glycol chiller is recirculated through these fan units. Aluminum fins act as heat exchangers drawing heat out of your room as the fins are cooled by the glycol. If you have a Kreyer chiller/heater you can even heat a space in cold weather environments. The heat exchangers inside the units are made from corrugated aluminum fins and internally grooved copper tubes. The white ABS casing looks great. Because of its rounded corners it has no water retaining areas favorable to germ development. Both series are fitted with stainless steel screws and show no sharp, cutting edges. The SD-S series has been designed especially for problematic environments such as wine-cellars with high moisture. The high-performance fans on the SD-S unit are lubricated for life. The SD-S 35 is sized to: Cool a room up to 17,500 when the ceiling and walls are well insulated. Cooling a room this size from 90F to 60F will use approximately 1.05 tons of cooling power from your chilling system. If the room is half insulated you will need approximately 50% more power or 1.6 tons of cooling power. Once you've achieved the desired temperature it takes considerably less power to maintain it. Fan Unit Temp Control Upgrades: 3/4 in. Solenoid Valve - Allows or blocks flow of glycol through the fan unit. Needs to be connected to a Controller to function. A filter is recommended to protect the solenoid. 3/4 in. Solenoid Filter- protects the solenoid valve from any particulate or sediment. Glycol Fan Control Unit - Set a specific temperature on this controller and it will open and close the solenoid valve. Solenoid Connection Cable - This 2 meter long cable is required to connect the Solenoid Valve & Control unit. Inlet and Outlet: 3/4" Male BSP Please Note: This unit only has one fan. The weight shown below is for shipping purposes, as this item ships at an oversize rate with UPS Ground. Actual weight of the fan is about 35lb. Actual Dimensions are 710x410x460mm

Vacuum bottle filler for use with wine, olive oil, or uncarbonated beer
Air is cleared from each bottle before filling, reducing oxygen exposure
Adjustable fill nozzles and support rack to fit your bottle size and fill level
Variable fill speed to match your bottling pace
High-quality 304 stainless steel construction
Made in Italy by EnoItalia
We like this robust vacuum filler from EnoItalia because it combines the low oxygen benefits of vacuum filling with the strong fill nozzles and frame of traditional Italian bottle fillers.
This high-quality vacuum filler is the ideal choice for bottling uncarbonated beer or wine with minimal oxygen exposure. Air from the bottle is automatically extracted through the filling head and then liquid is drawn through the system and into the bottle via a vacuum pump. This greatly reduces the oxygen exposure that occurs with other fillers. The support rack and fill nozzles are adjustable so you can adapt it for your bottle size and desired fill level. Fill speed can also be adjusted with the digital display and vacuum regulator, allowing you to quickly set the desired vacuum level for each product. After each bottle is filled, excess liquid is returned to the cylinder. When the cylinder fills up, the stainless steel float will rise and shut off the vacuum pump.
Designed entirely in stainless steel with high-quality components, this filler was designed to stand up to intensive, professional-level use.
This unit is only intended for use with still beverages. It is not compatible with carbonated beer, cider, or sparkling wine.
