Super-Kleer K.C. is a two stage wine and beer clarifying kit. Contains two pre-mixed pouches of kieselsol and chitosan. The fining porocess works by creating both strong negative and strong positive charges in the wine, which allow for larger yeast clumping and faster clearing. Works great in wine kits, grape and fruit wines, and alcohol mashes. 65 mL (2.2 fl oz) packet.
Directions: Add kieselsol (packet D1) to carboy (5-6G/19-23L) of wine, etc. Gently stir. Dissolve chitosan (packet D2) in 1 fluid oz./30mL of warm water. Add and stir gently. Clears wine in 12-48 hours. May not clear pectin haze or products made with hard water.
Storage: This product is not freeze/thaw tolerant. Frozen products will crystallize if stored at temperatures below 0°C/32°F for any length of time. Products damaged in this way are no longer effective, and the damage is not reversable.
Contains: Sterile Water, Kieselsol, Chitosan (Shellfish Derivative)
Transfer beer or wine between vessels without the hassle of starting a siphon
Place your receiving vessel side-by-side or even above the transferring vessel
Perfect for transferring between primary and secondary fermenter, or from fermenter to bottling bucket or keg
Eliminate excess oxygen exposure caused by hand-pumping or blowing into a carboy hood to start a siphon
The Super Sucker transfer pump is the quickest, most hassle-free solution to moving beer or wine between vessels. Rack from primary fermenter to secondary or from carboy to keg without the excess oxygen exposure that results from hand-pumping a siphon or blowing into a carboy hood. Simply run transfer tubing from a racking cane to the pump and then to your receiving vessel, flip the switch, and let the Super Sucker do the work while you kick back and enjoy a cold beverage.
With the Super Sucker you don't need gravity or CO2 pressure to move liquid around. Thanks to the pump's considerable max lift height, you can leave your heavy, full fermenter on the ground and place the receiving keg or carboy side-by-side or even above the fermenter on a countertop.
The 10 mm barbed inlet and outlet are perfect for use with 3/8" ID tubing. We recommend using our Racking Cane Siphon Kit plus 5 ft. of 3/8" vinyl tubing. Secure pump connections with butterfly hose clamps for easy set up and break down.

Liquid Malt Extract (LME) vs. Dried Malt Extract (DME)
MoreBeer! recipe kits are offered in both Liquid Malt Extract and Dry Malt Extract so that our customers can choose the format that best suits their needs and brewing style. LME is a viscous liquid, similar in consistency to maple syrup. In addition to being the more affordable option, many brewers find LME easier to handle than dry extract. DME is more condensed and comes in a powder format that is similar to baking flour. Although it’s a little more costly, DME is naturally lighter in color and stays fresher for longer. We highly recommend DME when brewing light colored beers.

Traditionally used in Belgian beers, these Sweet Orange Peels will not give you a metallic taste like some other kinds of Oranges tend to do. If you are familiar with the taste of Grand Marnier, this is the sort of flavor you will find in these peels. Great for that added depth in your holiday beer, strong ales, and Belgians. Add about 1/2 ounce per 5 gallons for the last 15 minutes of the boil. Can be combined with Paradise seed and Honey for added depth.

Perfect addition when purchasing a new sanke style keg coupler or tap. New taps typically come with the correct fittings for your gas line but not your beverage line. These are those fittings!
Used to connect 3/16" or 1/4" beer line.
To connect 3/16" beer line tubing it is helpful to heat the tubing end in hot water.
This tailpiece is a replacement for the gas-in barb that comes mounted on our D1505 Sanke Tap. It will not work as a 5/16" beer line connection due to the lip on the back side of the fitting.
Tailpieces are fittings which connect beer and gas tubing to the different parts of a draft system. One side of the tailpiece features a barb to connect the tubing to, and the other side is held against the tap or faucet shank with collar nut.
Tailpieces are available in a range of barb sizes to fit up to your tubing size.
With this perfect-fit replacement gasket for your draft equipment, you’ll never have to experience the frustration of trying to “rig it” again.
This molded rubber beer line gasket is used anywhere you are mounting a tailpiece. It is placed between the tailpiece and the beer taps and/or shank.
Maximize Finished Yield: Reduces beer loss and waste by replacing bulky hop pellets with a highly concentrated liquid extract.
Intense Hop Aromatics: Delivers variety-specific, "survivable" hop compounds for a powerful aromatic boost in every batch.
Versatile Cold-Side Use: Designed for easy pouring into the fermenter during active or post-fermentation dry hopping and whirlpool additions.
Superior Efficiency: Streamlines logistics with a compact footprint and high replacement rates—up to 100:1 compared to T-90 pellets.
HyperBoost®, formerly YCH 701, is a concentrated hop oil extract produced through an innovative CO2 supercritical extraction process.
Intended to amplify hop aromatics and increase yield, HyperBoost excels at adding beautiful hop aroma anywhere pellets are normally used, including cold-side applications. HyperBoost is made from single-hop varieties to deliver variety-specific aroma boosts to your finished beer.
Chief Advantages:
Increased efficiency
Ease of use
Increased aroma
Less storage space needed
High concentrations of survivable compounds
Reduction of waste
How to Brew with HyperBoost?
HyperBoost® is designed to easily pour in your fermenter as a dry hop addition, adding an intense saturation of hop flavor to your finished beer. Most brewers choose to use HyperBoost during active fermentation, but it can also be added to the whirlpool. Using HyperBoost in place of traditional pellets can increase finished beer yield.
Kettle: HyperBoost is not intended for kettle additions. For early kettle and bittering additions, we recommend pellets or CO2 extract. DynaBoost® carries variety-specific oil and alpha acid content to the kettle and can be used as a late kettle addition.
Post-Boil / Whirlpool: For whirlpool use, brewers can replace up to 100% of pellets with HyperBoost. We suggest replacing T-90 pellet additions in the whirlpool at a rate of 50:1 by weight (20 g of HyperBoost to replace 1 kg T-90). Your brewery might choose to use more or less depending on beer style or overall goal.
Fermentation: HyperBoost can be used as an active or post-fermentation hop addition. Incorporate HyperBoost anywhere in the process you would typically use pellets.
Dry Hopping: For dry hop additions, YCH recommends using HyperBoost for 25-50% of the addition and adding T-90 or Cryo® pellets for the remainder of the hop charge. As a dry hop, we suggest starting with a replacement rate of 100:1 HyperBoost to T-90 pellets by weight (10 g HyperBoost in place of 1 kg T-90) to 125:1 (8 g HyperBoost in place of 1 kg T-90).

This product replaces our TAN130 - Tan'Cor
Enological tannins offer the winemaker the possibility to add refined, highly-bindable tannin to your wine at any stage during the process. Benefits can include increased structure and mouthfeel, color stabilization, stability, anti-oxidative qualities, and overall complexity. Tannins can reduce vegetal/herbaceous characteristics and perceived astringency. We offer four types of oenolgical tannins, two for use during fermentation, and two for use during the aging phase.
Aging tannins
Tannin Complex is a tannin that is added post fermentation to improve the overall structure and to help protect the wine from oxidation during aging. It is composed of proanthocyanidins and ellagic tannins that integrate easily into young wines. Tannin Complex was specially developed to add structure and a soft mid palate to premium red wines without harshness or a forward oak finish. It can also enhance the varietal fruit character while adding complexity to the finish. Helps stabilize wines by improving the polyphenolic composition. It is especially useful when aging wines in older tannin-leached barrels and with full, fruity, lower tannin varietals like Syrah and Zinfandel.
To Use:
While racking or stirring, add Tannin Complex to the wine incrementally. Mix well to ensure homogeneity. Final addition should be made 3-6 weeks before bottling to allow for complete polymerization and settling. Use at the rate of 0.20-1.14 g/gal (5-30 g/hL) prior to aging.
A rough approximate of weight is 1 tsp = 3.1 grams. We highly recommend using a scale to weigh the product for an accurate dose. We do not recommend relying on these rough conversions for accurate dosage rates.
This product replaces our TAN150 - Tannin Galalcool
Enological tannins offer the winemaker, cider maker, or mead maker the possibility to add refined, highly-bindable tannin at any stage during the process.
Protection & Improved Structure!
Designed for white/rose wine fermentations (including fruit wines, ciders, and mead), Scott'Tan FT Blanc Soft is a specially formulated, colorless tannin derived from Gall Nuts. When used at the beginning of the fermentation, FT Blanc Soft helps provide protection from oxidation so more of the wines delicate aromas and flavors are preserved. In addition, FT Blanc Soft's continual bonding going on throughout the fermentation improves mouthfeel and help significantly reduce or eliminate vegetal/herbaceous characters and bitterness. FT Blanc Soft imparts a perception of sweetness without contributing any sugars, along with a low-level, beneficial minerality. Note: FT Blanc Soft can also be used as an ageing tannin post-fermentation as well!
To Use
Add directly to the grapes at the crusher or to the juice/wine. Mix thoroughly to ensure homogenization.
Note: If using FT Blanc Soft as an aging tannin, final addition should be made 3-6 weeks before bottling to allow for complete polymerization and settling.
Recommended dosage rate: 0.2-0.6 g/gal (5-15 g/hL)
A rough approximate of weight is 1 tsp = 2.3 grams. We highly recommend using a scale to weigh the product for an accurate dose. We do not recommend relying on these rough conversions for accurate dosage rates.
Fermentation Tannins lend long-term stability to your wine by laying the right foundation during fermentation.
Scott'Tan FT Rouge is composed of exotic wood and chestnut tannins. Designed specifically for North American red wine fermentations. Benefits can include increased structure and mouthfeel, color stabilization, stability, anti-oxidative qualities, and overall complexity. Tannins can reduce vegetal/herbaceous characteristics and perceived astringency.
To Use:
Sprinkle directly onto must and either mix well with your punch down tool or pump over to ensure thorough mixing. If adding to the wine post-fermentation we recommend allowing 3-6 weeks for full integration before racking, fining, filtering or bottling. If being used in conjunction with one another, tannins should be added 6-8 hours after the addition of the enzymes or you run the risk of having the tannins reacting with and removing the enzymes before they have had a chance to do their job!
Recommended dosage rate: 0.8-1.9 g/gal. Use at an initial rate of 1.3 gram per gallon during punch down/pump over. If you want additional tannin add at a rate of .25 g/gal.
A rough approximate of weight is 1 tsp = 2.4 grams. We highly recommend using a scale to weigh the product for an accurate dose. We do not recommend relying on these rough conversions for accurate dosage rates.
Unopened the shelf life is 5 years at 18C (65F).
This product replaces our TAN140 - Tannin Plus
Enological tannins offer the winemaker the possibility to add refined, highly-bindable tannin to your wine at any stage during the process. Benefits can include increased structure and mouthfeel, color stabilization, stability, anti-oxidative qualities, and overall complexity. Tannins can reduce vegetal/herbaceous characteristics and perceived astringency. We offer four types of oenolgical tannins, two for use during fermentation, and two for use during the aging phase.
Aging Tannins
Tannin Riche Extra is a preparation of 100% American oak tannin that has been lightly toasted to impart a soft, aromatic character while enhancing the structure and organoleptic complexity of a wine. Tannin Riche Extra is a great tool for imparting hints of coconut, a heightened vanillin oak character and a smooth finish to your wines. Although designed for fine-tuning a wine, Tannin Riche Extra still maintains the regular properties associated with the use of tannins such as helping with clarification, stability, oxidation, and aging. Works well in conjunction with low doses of other tannins (i.e: Tannin Complex & FT Blanc Soft).
To Use:
Dissolve the tannin in 10 times its weight in warm water (95F/35C). Add to the wine during a punch-down or pump-over for good mixing. Addition of Tannin Plus should be made a minimum of three weeks before bottling.
Recommended dosage:
0.2-0.4 g/gal
A rough approximate of weight is 3/4 tsp = 1 gram. We highly recommend using a scale to weigh the product for an accurate dose. We do not recommend relying on these rough conversions for accurate dosage rates.

A counter pressure bottle filler is the best tool for bottling, as the bottle is under pressure while the carbonated beer flows in, which results in a minimal loss of the CO2 in solution.
The Tapcooler improves upon the standard counter pressure filler, as it plugs directly into your draft faucet. Other counter pressure solutions require you to hook up a separate liquid line, which is not something standard draft systems have setup and requires additional time to prep. With the Tapcooler, you can have it setup and ready to go in less than a minute! The Tapcooler design is also advantageous because after you are done filling the bottle, it stays in place hooked up to your faucet while other fillers require you to set the unit aside and pick it back up again for the next bottle.
Connecting your CO2 line is also a snap. You can either hook up directly with a 3/16" push-fit line, or connect your line to the included barb fitting. You can also purchase the gas ball lock adapter (KEG881), which gives you the ability to attach a gas-in disconnect directly to the filler unit. We highly recommend picking up this optional accessory!
The Tapcooler is designed to fill beer and CO2 from the bottom of the bottle through the telescoping bottle connection tube. First CO2 flows down into the bottom of the bottle to flush from the bottom up. Next you open the tap and beer flows down the same tube, filling from the bottom up. The result is a more effective purging of oxygen and little to no foam during the filling process.
The telescoping bottle connection tube allows you to fill bottles as small as 4.5" tall and up to 12.5" tall. You can fill taller bottles with the Tapcooler, but the tube will not reach the bottom of the bottle, which can lead to some splashing. When filling wide mouth containers, a bottle stopper of suitable size and with a 9 mm hole can be used as an adapter.
The filler features a push button CO2 purge valve, which allows you to purge the bottle of oxygen before and after filling. It also includes an adjustable pressure relief valve, giving you the ability to change the filling speed. The pressure relief valve also acts as an overflow port for excess beer or foam to escape when filling.
One of the best features of the Tapcooler is that it's super easy to clean. Cleaning other bottle fillers can be a chore and take lots of time. The Tapcooler comes apart easily and allows you to clean all parts effectively and easily after each use.
All metal parts that come into contact with your beer are made from 304 stainless steel. The barb and ball lock CO2 adapters are made of aluminum.
Finally, the Tapcooler comes chock full of optional accessories that will adapt your filler perfectly to your setup. See the "You Might Also Need" section below for list of accessories!
