The Sspunding Valve from Ss Brewtech allows you dial in the precise pressure at which you want your Unitank fermenting. A spunding valve is essentially an adjustable pressure relief valve. Normal PRVs that are found on kegs, couplers and come stock on Ss Unitanks, operate as safety features that will release pressure when it's nearing dangerous levels. Spunding valves, on the other hand, allow you to set the release pressure much lower. Simply dial in your desired fermentation pressure, and the Sspunding valve will release excess pressure when it gets too high. The compact, non-scaled Sspunding valve will take a little extra time to set, but can be done easily enough using the gauge included on the Ss Unitank. Check out FE892Bfor the scaled version. The polycarbonate cup is designed to hold sanitizer so that the tank remains 100% sanitary throughout the course of the fermentation process. You can pair the spunding valve with a 1.5" tri-clamp tee (H666) and 90-degree elbow (H667), which enables the unit to be installed on the Unitank’s blow off arm, as shown in the photo. (Scaled version shown in example photo - FE892B). The FTSs Touch | Nano Jacketed Tank Upgrade kit has been designed to leverage components from our home brewing FTSs Touch line in an effort to provide a low-cost solution to pair a 1, 2, or 3.5 BBL Nano Jacketed Unitank and Nano Jacketed Brite Tanks with one of our 3/8 HP or 3/4 HP glycol chillers.
This system features a custom TC thermowell adapter, along with a silicone insert to adapt the temperature probe from an FTSs Touch controller to the welded-in sleeved thermowell port on our line of Nano Jacketed Tanks. In addition, a custom-designed low-pressure open silicone check valve is included to prevent backflow to the chiller's reservoir when glycol is not flowing. The kit includes 1/2" NPT to 3/8" barbs to adapt the glycol ports for use with our standard FTSs Touch pump.
Since most Nano Jacketed Tanks are set up for use with a pressurized loop glycol system typically found in commercial breweries, this kit offers a Nano brewery an affordable, easy-to-setup alternative to more elaborate or expensive installations. Everything is included to interface a single Nano Jacketed Tank between an FTSs Touch and Ss Glycol Chiller.

The MTSs is a Heating System Upgrade designed for use with Ss Brewtech’s Infusion Mash Tun. During extended Mash periods or in relatively cold ambient temperatures, the mash will naturally drop in temperature. This system will counteract those temperature drops, and hold a consistent saccharification temperature, helping insure you are making the beer and flavor profiles you planned to produce. The MTSs is a low wattage silicone heater pad, which is bonded to the underside of the 5 degree sloped bottom on your Mash Tun using a strong adhesive backing on the heater pad. The heater is controlled with a 12 volt digital temp controller. You simply set your target temperature and the heater will cycle on and off to maintain your set point. This system is NOT designed for heating water to strike temp and/or step mashing, though it can help with fine tuning your strike water temp those last few degrees and/or maintaining your strike water temp while you are preparing your grist or balancing your water chemistry.

This kit is designed to include all the necessary components to use the recirculation bulkhead included with the InfuSsion Mash Tun for vorlauf and mash recirculation processes. To install the kit on a standard mashtun begin by installing the included 1/2" FPT x 1/2" Barb on the exterior of your mash tun's recirculation bulkhead. Be sure to use PTFE tape for a liquid-tight seal. If using the supplied kit on a TC mashtun, begin installation with included 3/4" TC to 1/2" 90 Barb, 3/4" TC gasket and clamp.
Next, locate the 3/8" knurled locknut, 3/8" silicone tubing, and recirculation manifold. Trim the tubing to your desired length, and then use the hose clamps to secure the two ends of the tubing to the manifold and locknut.
As a best practice, begin the mash recirculation for the first 5-10 mins using the vorlauf attachment to clear any small grain particulate and to set the mash bed, then swap the vorlauf attachment for the recirculation manifold for the remainder of the mash rest. Please keep in mind this kit is designed to use with a wort pump and an external heat source, such as a RIMS tube to maintain mash temps, which is not supplied.

Weldless Thermowell from Ss Brewing Technologies. The universal design allows for easy installation on most vessels (including Speidel!). A must have upgrade for your existing Brew Bucket. It is constructed from 304 stainless steel, and approximately. 6 inches in overall length, with the inner thermowell portion being almost 4 of those inches. The thermowell fits into a 17mm punched/drilled hole.
This fitting allows you to change a 1.5 in. TC to a 1/4 in. flare. The 1/4 in. flare is compatible with a standard swivel nut for draft lines making it an easy way to transfer to kegs!
This Ss Brewtech fitting helps with recirculation in your mash tun. It has a 1/2" FPT on the mash tun side, a 1/2" MPT on the opposite side, and a 1/2" hose barb on the bottom of the tee. Made with 304 stainless steel.
