Keep your cherished Corny Kegs in perfect working order with this set of gaskets and o-rings. Having a spare set on hand is usually all you need to get your keg up and running on a moment's notice.
Kit includes two gaskets for the dip tubes, two for the body connects and one lid o-ring. Be sure to replace the gaskets on any used keg you acquire. A corny keg that has been used for soda in the past should have its gaskets replaced because the soda flavor can never be removed from the rubber.

Enjoy a never-ending supply of soda water on tap with the Continuous Soda Carbonator Keg Lid. SodaStream units are great, but filling up those tiny 1L bottles is a pain, they're expensive to swap, and they run out quickly. Hook up your mains water supply to this Carbonator Keg Lid, compatible with any standard ball lock homebrew keg, and you'll never have to think about running out of sparkling water.
Setup:
Position the keg inside your fridge or kegerator (ideally below 40°F).
Attach your beverage draft line to the soda water out post.
Attach your gas line to the gas-in post.
Set your CO2 regulator to 30-50 psi, depending on how highly carbonated you like your soda water. We highly recommend using a check valve on your CO2 line.
On first use, purge the air from the headspace of the keg.
Connect the mains water to the water inlet post on the lid of the keg.
We recommend also using a check valve on your mains water line to prevent soda water from going back into your house mains. Depending on your mains water pressure, you may need to reduce it using the Duotight In-Line Regulator. For the Carbonator Keg Lid to work well, the mains water pressure should be 10-15 psi higher than your regulator set pressure (from Step 4).
That's it. This simple unit will give you continuous soda water connected to your mains water.
Please note: if you are using a CO2 regulator that uses a corny-style PRV, such as the KOMOS® regulator, you will need to swap out the standard Green PRV with the 0-100 psi Gray PRV so you can raise the pressure above 60 psi. Always check the pressure rating of your keg(s) before swapping the PRV.

Hang a bag, stainless hop ball, or oak strip from this tab that is welded onto the bottom of a keg lid. This is a product to use for aging your beer on oak cubes, dry hopping, adding cacao nibs - any post-keg addition of ingredients you can think of! To use, simply thread the string of your hop bag into the hole and tie off. When it is time to remove your adjunct/hops, pull the lid off of the keg and replace with a normal one. This really enables you to control the exact time your beer sits on the hops, oak, etc. and makes their removal a cinch!

The easiest way to carbonate beer. This is a Cornelius keg lid with built-in carbonation stone! Move the lid from keg to keg to carbonate as needed. Allows you to force carbonate quickly using the attached .5 micron stone with the portability of being able to move the lid from keg to keg. No more hassles of trying to attach and unattach line from the "gas in" dip tube. Simply connect your gas quick disconnect to the included fitting on the lid and allow carbonation to begin. Sometimes also called a carbonater.
We constructed the lid by welding on a 1/4" barb to the underside of the lid. To that we attached 2' of 1/4" ID tubing that attaches to a .5 micron carb stone on the other end. The flexible tubing, as opposed to rigid tubing, allows the lid inserted into any cornelius style keg. The top of the lid has a "gas in" ball lock body connect welded in place that works with the KEG710 and KEG730 gas quick disconnects.
Use:
Beer must be stored cold at 34–40°F.
Preboil the stone for 2–3 minutes before using. This assures you that your stone is sterile and any residual oils have been boiled off.
Sanitize the whole keg lid before submersing into your keg filled with beer.
Set your PSI on your regulator to 3–4psi and attach your gas in fitting to the body connect on the lid. Leave keg at this pressure for 1 hour.
Raise your pressure 2PSI per hour until you reach 10–12psi. Leave it at 10–12psi for 24 hours. Pour a pint and test the carbonation. If you think your beer needs more CO2 leave for another 4–6 hours and have another pint.
Remove carbonation lid after carbonation level is satisfactory. Return original keg lid for long term storage.
Replacment foot for cornelius style keg lid for homebrewing. This fit on the end of the swing arm latch on the keg lid. They often crack with age and need to be replaced.
We love these keg lids as either a replacement or an upgrade to the stock lid featured on many homebrew kegs. Most homebrew kegs feature a straight, parallel bale that sits extemely close to the lid when in the closed position. So close that it can be hard to get a finger or two under the bale to open it. The body connnects on a keg are the metal posts where the quick disconnects attach too. They should be removed for cleaning and sanitizing before each use. Ball lock kegs can come with either 11/16" body connects or 7/8" body connects. We sell deep sockets for the removal of either one. So if you do not have these sockets at home and want to make sure you can disassemble the kegs you may want to purchase both sockets below. Then you will always be covered as your keg collection grows.

You've just finished a keg of your homebrew. Most of us set that keg aside and clean it later when we brew up the next batch. As it sits it gets harder to clean and then we definitely have to disassemble the entire keg to scrub all the parts. Well for years our Metal Shop Manager and lead Product Designer, Darren Schleth, has been using a simple keg cleaner in our R&D brewery to rinse his kegs, while upside down, through the body connects. The keg is instantly rinsed while all the residue is still soft. The keg can then later be soaked with PBW and/or sanitized without having to remove the body connects or poppets.
