Want clearer wort? Quicker chilling times? Higher hop utilization during flameout? Achieve all this and more by upgrading your system with the new Weldless Whirlpool Arm by Fermentap!
Designed to be installed underneath the handle of your kettle, this piece of equipment will allow you to achieve a perfect whirlpool in your Boil Kettle. Simply pump your wort from your ball valve, into this piece, which will jet around the inside of the kettle, forming a strong whirlpool. It will settle Trub in the center of your kettle, making it easy to pull clear wort from your ball valve. It also gives a much higher chilling efficiency when using an immersion chiller, due to the increased turbulation of wort. On top of this, the increased flow will result in higher extraction of hop oils and flavor during flameout additions!
Made of 100% stainless steel
It features a 1/2" Full Port ball valve and a 1/2" barb.
The inner barbed elbow is 3/8".
Features a 1/2" MPT outlet for hooking up your ball valve directly, along with FPT on the inside for connecting any brewing accessory you might want!
NOTE: You will need to drill a 1" hole for installation of this weldless spigot. We recommend a Step Drill Bit for this.
Please note: this item is a kit of our Weldless Ball Valve and a MPT x Barb Elbow fitting. You will need to to thread the elbow into the bulkhead after installing it on your kettle.

Element power percentage can be adjusted via the RAPT Controller. Go full power to heat up quickly, or dial it down so you don’t overshoot your strike water temp
The built-in pump is plumbed to both the recirculation and arm and the bottom ball valve. Recirculate wort during your mash, then close the recirculation valve and pump wort to your fermenter via the bottom valve
Pair with the RAPT-enabled Bluetooth Thermometer, allowing your BrewZilla to calculate a core mash temperature reading and more accurately control temperatures and mash steps
More RAPT-enabled accessories are coming, and future firmware updates can be downloaded to the RAPT Controller itself over the internet
WiFi/Bluetooth Enabled RAPT Controller
The RAPT Controller is mounted to the top of the boiler body, allowing for easy operation when you have the unit set on the ground. The controller can be tilted upwards to give you an even better view, or it can be removed from the BrewZilla entirely if you’d prefer to mount the controller on your wall or lay it down on a workbench. From the controller, you’ll orchestrate your entire brew day. Program mash steps, dial in element power, and operate the integrated pump all from one screen.
But the RAPT Controller is much more than a beautiful, full-color display switch board. Once synced to the RAPT Portal, you’ll be able to track, record and monitor your brews online. No need for handwriting notes or punching brew day details into your phone – all of the data from your brew is automatically logged to your portal profile. This information doesn’t just include your mash profile; it also captures detailed information about your element power and pump activity, opening the door for very precise repeatability.
And the RAPT Portal isn’t just a digital archive for your brew days. With your BrewZilla powered on, you can control your brewery from virtually anywhere using your phone’s web browser. Not sure when you’ll be home from work or your kid’s ball game going into extra innings? No problem! Before you head out, simply log into the RAPT Portal from your phone and tell the BrewZilla to start heating your strike water. Along with remote control, the portal enables you to program alarms and push notifications for all of your boil additions. We’ve all been caught up with a side task and failed to throw in that yeast nutrient or clarifying agent at the end of the boil, but the BrewZilla has the back of even the most forgetful brewer!
But wait, there’s more! In addition to WiFi connectivity, the RAPT Controller is also a Bluetooth gateway device. KegLand is currently developing various Bluetooth devices such as the Bluetooth Beacon Thermometer and other sensors which will be compatible with your brewery upon release. The RAPT Controller is able to receive information from Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) devices, adjusting its processes based on this new stream of information while simultaneously logging it to your RAPT Portal. With the Bluetooth Beacon Thermometer, for example, you’ll be able to feed temperature readings from the top of your mash bed to the controller. The controller will then compare this reading with the main temp probe reading at the base of the kettle and adjust element cycling based on these combined readings.
Finally, the RAPT Controller WiFi connectivity allows you to update the controller’s firmware with a single click. Take advantage of new features and accessories as soon as they become available by simply keeping your BrewZilla connected to your local WiFi network. And again, the WiFi is already built-in! No need to come back for an expensive add-on accessory down the road.
High Capacity Malt Pipe
With an approximately 41.5 lb capacity, the BrewZilla can mash nearly 20% more grain than similar sized models of the Anvil Foundry and Grainfather G70. If you want to fill your fermenter with more than a 5-gallon batch worth of wort, or brew the highest gravity beer recipes, the BrewZilla is the brewhouse for the job. And the included malt pipe is just the beginning. If you want to expand your brewery’s grain capacity even further, KegLand makes Boiler Extension Kits and Extended Malt Pipes for that very purpose. The malt pipe features a perforated section at the bottom which improves mash recirculation flow without sacrificing efficiency.
Concave Base with Center Draining
Leave no wort behind! The concave base with center drain means you’ll be able to extract every last drop of wort to your fermenter. If you’ve brewed in a traditional flat bottom kettle, this center drain may be a bit perplexing at first. Many brewers are used to whirlpooling after the boil to pull hop matter into the center of the kettle, then transfer out using a pick-up tube that pulls from the kettle wall in order to avoid sucking up the solids. But fear not! One of the key features of the BrewZilla is the false bottom protection screen. This screen avoids the need for doing a whirlpool, filtering wort as it transfers and blocking more than 95% of hops and hot break from getting sucked into the pump. This not only prevents blocked pump issues, it also increases the efficiency of your brewhouse by eliminating kettle loss from wort that may have otherwise been left behind.
Ultra Low Watt Density Elements
The concave base on the BrewZilla also allowed for larger heating elements with significantly lower watt density than other breweries. When a lot of energy is coming off of a small element, the local temperature near the element can be so high that it scorches the wort and causes caramelization. Lower watt density essentially means you can produce lighter color beers that would otherwise have fallen victim to caramelization effect. It also reduces that chance of boilovers and reduces stress on the elements which extends their life expectancy.
Easy Access Built-In Pump
The built-in pump allows you to recirculate your wort during the mash for improved efficiency and more even temperature distribution. But it can also be used to transfer your wort from kettle to fermenter rather than relying on a gravity feed, and with the optional CIP Rotar, you can used the pump to clean your BrewZilla (or fermenter) after every use. During your brew day you’ll be able to control the pump from the RAPT Controller with a dedicated button for turning the pump on and off. Another feature you’ll find on the controller is adjusting the pump flow. This doesn’t control the actual volume of the flow (you can do that from the ball valve located on the recirculation arm), but rather cycles the pump on and off automatically based on your setting. At 100%, the pump remains on continuously. But at 80%, the pump will cycle to be on 80% of the time and off 20% of the time. This may not be a feature that every brewer thinks they need, but it’s an excellent way to avoid running the pump dry accidentally, as the time the pump is off allows recirculating wort to filter through the grain bed and back into the pump inlet.
If you flip over the boiler, you’ll find the magnetic drive pump and all the plumbing is right at your fingertips. This means you don’t have to disassemble the base in order to access the pump for cleaning or maintenance if required. It also means the plumbing can be changed more easily too. For instance, the unit comes as standard with the plumbing from the pump feeding both the recirculation arm and the transfer valve, but you change this so the tap outlet bypasses the pump if you prefer.
MoreBeer!'s Final Word
We’ve been selling all-in-one brewing systems ever since they first hit the market, and we have to say that the Gen 4 BrewZilla is not only the most feature-packed unit ever made, it’s also offered at an incredibly competitive price point when compared to other systems. You’ll get all of the cutting edge Bluetooth technology you’d get with the Grainfather and at an exceptionally lower price tag. Plus, you get the WiFi capabilities as standard, rather than as a $100 add-on accessory. When it comes to mash recirculation, that’s yet another built-in feature on the BrewZilla, and the pump can also be used for transferring and CIP cleaning. The Foundry has a great starting price, but if you want to unlock its full potential, you’ll need to spend another $100 for the recirculation pump kit. What’s more, no other system in the same ‘weight class’ has the same grain capacity. And if the standard capacity isn’t quite enough, the BrewZilla can be easily upgraded with a Boiler Body Extension Kit and Extended Malt Pipe. When you purchase the BrewZilla, you can feel confident that you’re investing in a top shelf system and all of the critical features you’re expecting will be included.

Please note: due to patent restrictions in the United States, the malt pipe has been redesigned with one set of bottom feet. This model does not include the "two stage" malt pipe as advertised by KegLand and featured in previous MoreBeer! YouTube videos.
Please Note: When removing the malt pipe to drain after mashing, it is important to do so slowly rather than in one swift pull. If the malt pipe is removed all at once when it is full of wort, it is possible for the draining wort to spray out and over the rim of the brewery through the perforated bottom. Remove the malt pipe slowly so that some of the wort can drain out before it is fully removed and set on its bottom feet. This can be done by hand on the 35L unit, but for the 65L and 100L units we highly recommend using the Pulley System for removing the malt pipe.

Perforated bottom on the newly designed malt pipe allows for improved mash recirculation flow without sacrificing efficiency
With an approximately 23.5 lb capacity, the BrewZilla can mash nearly 50% more grain than similar sized models of the Anvil Foundry and Grainfather G30.

Warning: Do not engage the adjustable lid clamps when brewing with the BrewZilla's standard glass lid. The clamps are only intended to be used with distillation lids or other metal accessories. With too much tension, it is possible for the lid clamps to break the glass lid when engaged.
Warning: If you are going to use an extension cord with the BrewZilla, you must ensure that the cord is the correct gauge and properly rated to suit the power requirements of your brewery. See the reference chart below for the recommended gauge based on your unit and the length of cord you wish to use.

We've seen a lot of all-in-one systems over the years, but none are as feature-packed and affordable as the BrewZilla. While other units simply maintain your set temperature, the BrewZilla features a sophisticated digital controller which can be programmed with a full mash schedule, executing each step automatically. The built-in pump will continuously recirculate wort during the mash for more even heat distribution and higher efficiency, but thanks to the integrated camlock fitting, it has even more functionality. Add the optional whirlpool arm to make your late hop additions pop and speed up chilling time, or connect a camlock fitting and tubing to transfer wort to your fermenter. These are just a couple of reasons why MoreBeer! loves the BrewZilla, but there are so many More!

Affordable! This is the best price for an all-in-one brewing system you'll find, period.
If you want to jump into all grain brewing right from your first batch, or as an upgrade from malt extract brewing, the BrewZilla is a complete turn key solution. The BrewZilla is an all-in-one electric brewery that has built-in elements for heating and boiling, programmable mash schedule and delayed start, a built-in pump for recirculation, an onboard water resistant control panel for setting and monitoring temperatures, a removable grain basket, and a built-in spigot for transferring. It is extremely portable and uses 110V power so it can be used nearly anywhere.
The V3.1.1 unit features an upgraded main circuit board that changes how the automatic step mashing functions. Now when moving from step to step, the timer for each step will not begin counting down until the programmed temperature is reached. This means more accurate mash schedules than ever before! The new board also introduces boil addition timers so you'll never miss the mark for hop additions.
To get the Wort Chiller Connection Kit for free, add the item to your cart along with the BrewZilla and use code ZILLAKIT at checkout.
New accessory! Check out the BrewZilla Whirlpool Arm, which uses the unit's internal pump to recirculate and spin the wort, improving hop extraction and chill times. No more stirring!
Automatic Step Mashing & Delayed Start!
One of the coolest features of the BrewZilla is the ability to program the unit with up to 6 individual temperatures and durations so you can step mash precisely how you desire. Simply press the "S1-S6" button to select the stage you want to adjust, and use the temp, time and +/- buttons to program the stage. If you have less than 6 stages in your mash schedule, program the stages you want to skip with 00:00 as the time and the controller will automatically move on to the next step. When all the stages are complete, the unit will sound an alarm and hold the last set temperature.
The programmable stages can also be used to set a delayed start of up to 23 hours in advance so that you can have your water hot and ready to go when you get home from work or wake up in the morning. In order to do this, fill the unit with strike water and program the controller with two steps. Step 1 should be programmed at a temperature lower than the unheated strike water (so the elements will remain off), and the duration should be programmed for however long you want the delay. Then program Step 2 with your desired strike water temperature and a duration of 1-2 hours, giving the BrewZilla ample time to heat up and giving you a margin of error in case you hit the snooze button the morning of brew day.
Recirculating Mash with Full Depth Malt Pipe
The built-in magnetic drive pump easily recirculates wort during the mash. We recommend getting some silicone tubing to go with the recirculation arm. This allows you more control over the recirculation and you can then use the pump to transfer your wort to your fermenter. As with any mash, be sure to stir your grain very thoroughly after mashing-in so you start out with an even temperature throughout the grain bed.
Some competing models advertise their perforated malt pipes as "high flow", but what they don't mention is how this affects efficiency. When recirculating the mash, wort will escape through the side perforations rather than passing through the grain at the bottom-most end of the malt pipe which can lead to lower efficiency. The BrewZilla's malt pipe is designed so that recirculating wort must pass through the entire grain bed before escaping through the false bottom and being pumped over the top of the grain bed again. If you're worried about the flow rate, simply add a pound or two of rice hulls to your grain bill. This is especially recommended when brewing with a high level of wheat, oat, or flaked grains.
Power & Heating Control
Dual heating elements run off of a single 110 volt plug and have individual switches allowing for more control over the heating process. One element is 1000 watts and the other is 500 for a combined 1500 watts! Use both when you need to ramp up the temperature quickly either at the start to get to your mash temp or to go from your mash temp to boiling. Use only one of the elements when you want to hold a temperature.
We highly recommend adding the optional BrewZilla Neoprene Jacket to help reduce heating times and maintain a more vigorous boil. The extra thick neoprene jacket is custom designed to insulate the entire kettle portion of the BrewZilla while staying out of the way of the ball valve and handles. The jacket can help you acheive up to 10% faster heat up times and cut heat loss from the boiler in half. And when it comes time to cool your wort after the boil, simply remove the jacket! While other units boast a double wall design for better heat retention, this actually becomes a disadvantage when it comes to chilling.
The digital control panel makes it easy to see the current temperature and set the temperature you want. The digital controller is also water resistant so don't worry about spills or some water dripping down the side. This controller is built for brewing!
The brewery also includes a stainless steel malt pipe with false bottom allowing you to easily shift from mash tun to boil kettle during your brew day. The malt pipe includes a handle to lift it out and tabs at the base so you can set the malt pipe over the kettle to let the wort drain out. It also has feet at its base to raise the malt pipe slightly off the base and help prevent clogging.
The included stainless steel wort chiller is shipped with bare ends so you can set it up for your situation. We list below the most common tubing and fittings to connect to a hose, hose bib, or faucet.
What MoreBeer! loves about this product: Homebrewing is trending in the direction of all-in-one, all-grain brewing systems and the BrewZilla is the ultimate value. The cost is half of the next comparable system with programmable mash steps and nearly the same as buying converted coolers and a kettle. We've brewed on all the systems and we can truly say the BrewZilla is the easiest to use. We feel confident that a lot of first time brewers could buy this and use it with ease. At the same time quite a few of our experienced, all-grain brewing staff are buying it to brew at home. The unit is extremely compact because the pump is built-in to the bottom of the unit. You can move it around with ease which makes it perfect for guys and gals that have space constraints. Someone on the team also mentioned how they like that you can drain it via gravity without having to use the pump. All in all a great buy and highly recommended. Please note you will need a few extra pieces of hardware to connect the wort chiller and at least 2' of silicone tubing for the sparge.
Use the Pump for More Than Just Recirculation!
One of the surprisingly handy features of the BrewZilla is that the recirculation pipe features a female camlock. This allows you to hook up other accessories and use the unit's pump for more than just recirculating wort. With a male camlock and silicone tubing, for example, you can use the internal pump to push wort through a plate chiller or counterflow chiller. Check out our selection of camlock fittings here.

High Capacity Malt Pipe With an approximately 23.5 lb capacity, the BrewZilla can mash nearly 50% more grain than similar sized models of the Anvil Foundry and Grainfather G30. Concave Base with Center Draining Leave no wort behind! Ultra Low Watt Density Elements The concave base on the BrewZilla also allowed for larger heating elements with significantly lower watt density than other breweries. Easy Access Built-In Pump The built-in pump allows you to recirculate your wort during the mash for improved efficiency and more even temperature distribution. MoreBeer!'s Final Word We’ve been selling all-in-one brewing systems ever since they first hit the market, and we have to say that the Gen 4 BrewZilla is not only the most feature-packed unit ever made, it’s also offered at an incredibly competitive price point when compared to other systems. Perfect for Distillation If you want to expand your lineup of homemade libations to offer Spirits in addition to Ales & Lagers, the BrewZilla makes an excellent pot still! Add the Distillation Lid upgrade and pair it with an AlcoEngine Copper Reflux Condenser or Copper Pot Still Top. AlcoEngine Stills have been selling on the home market for years and offer some of the most affordable, beginner-friendly stills you'll find.

RAPT Gen 4 BrewZilla | User Manual
The Gen 2 DigiBoil features two distinct updates that are not currently pictured in the primary images. The stainless steel lid has been upgraded to a glass lid, allowing you to observe and monitor boil activity. The rubber feet have been replaced with a plastic base that provides improved stability and slightly raises the unit for better ground clearance. Updated images coming soon. The most affordable all-in-one automated all-grain brewing system! Mash grains and boil wort in a single vessel External pump kit for recirculating mash will improve efficiency, consistency, and clarity DigiBoil electric kettle automatically maintains mash temperatures with the digital controller Triple heating elements combine for 3500W of power The DigiMash system represents the best value in electric all-grain brewing you'll find. With a 17-gallon DigiBoil electric kettle and the DigiMash stainless steel mashing accessory pack included, this is by far the most affordable way to get into electric all-grain brewing at the 10-gallon batch level. It may not have all the bells and whistles of the BrewZilla, but it does have everything you need to mash and boil all in one unit. With the Recirculation Pump Kit, you can recirculate sweet wort during the mash to improve starch conversion, maintain a consistent temperature throughout the mash, and improve the clarity. The pump can also be used to move water around your brewery if you use a secondary vessel to hold sparge water, or to transfer the wort from your kettle to your fermenter. With the optional Whirlpool Arm, you can also swap out the Recirculation Arm and use your pump kit to whirlpool after the boil. If you're deciding between the DigiMash and the BrewZilla, there are a couple of key differences worth noting. One of our favorite features of the BrewZilla is the programmable mash steps and delayed start, which the DigiMash does not have. You can still step mash by simply raising the temperature manually on the controller, but the automatic steps are a convenient feature if you want to set it and forget it. One advantage that this setup has over the BrewZilla is that the pump is external. This makes cleaning and fixing pump issues much easier, as you can quickly take apart the pump head to clean and clear out residual gunk at the end of each brew day. This model comes with the 65L DigiBoil, which has three built-in heating elements that run off a 220V plug. The elements are 2000w, 1000w and 500w for a combined 3500 watts! The elements can be individually controlled, allowing you to use a single element to gently hold temperatures, or engage all three elements to quickly go from steeping temp to boiling. Temperatures are set and automatically maintained through the digital control panel. Simply set your desired temperature and flip on the heating element(s). Built to order in the USA. Every system features a custom-welded stainless steel frame manufactured in the BrewBuilt metal shop
Brew like a pro with the BrewBuilt Low Rider BrewSculpture. Our brewing systems were first introduced in the 1990’s and now have over two decades worth of R&D and customer feedback built into their design. There’s a reason why top level breweries like Sierra Nevada and Russian River use a BrewBuilt BrewSculpture for training, ingredient testing and pilot batches.
Touchscreen Control Panel
From heating strike water to whirlpooling hop additions, you’ll orchestrate your entire brew day from our custom designed 7” touchscreen control panel. The HLT burner and pumps can be controlled from a single touchscreen controller. Program your mash steps and the controller will do the rest—igniting burners and kicking on pumps to recirculate wort as needed. It also offers boil addition timers to remind you when to add hops or clarifiers, as well as manual control of your pumps.
Control Panel Key Features:
Programmable HERMS Mash Steps - choose from 3 preset mash schedules or custom design your own with up to 5 steps. From there the control panel guides your mash through the temp raises and time rests automatically.
Always Hot - Controller maintains the Hot-Liquor tank temperature you choose by turning the burner off and on automatically.
Auto Sparging - Sparge water flow is controlled automatically with integrated Mash Tun float switch.
Timer Alarms - Built in boil timers remind you when to add hops, finings, or anything else.
Manual Mode - allows you to control pumps for anything you want such as cleaning.
Automatic HERMS Mashing
Mash temps are maintained via the HERMS coil made from convoluted copper tubing. This top-of-the-line coil design offers unparalleled efficiency while gently heating your wort. Choose from your saved mash schedules or program one on the fly. When the mash begins, the controller will automatically maintain the temperature of the hot liquor bath that the HERMS coil rests in. When the wort temp drops below your set point, the controller will turn on the pump to circulate wort through the coil. You can also set the pump to continuously circulate wort for the whole mash if you prefer, and the HLT will continue to maintain your mash temp automatically. When each mash step is complete, the controller will turn on the burner to raise the temperature of the HLT and begin the next step.
Powerful Gas Burners
Choose your fuel source! Natural Gas is a nice option for the brewer whose home is already supplied with natural gas. This is a convenient option since you will never have to refill propane tanks, and you will never run out of gas mid batch. However, you do lose the freedom to move your BrewSculpture™ once it has been hard plumbed to your gas line. Whether you prefer the mobility of using propane or the reliable supply of natural gas, your burners will be fast, efficient, quiet and have great flame control.
The Ultimate Sparge Arm
No other system protects against hot side aeration quite like the BrewSculpture. While other systems simply pump wort back to the top of the mash tun and let it splash back down over the grain bed, the Ultimate Sparge Arm will make sure your wort circulates with virtually zero aeration. The Ultimate Sparge Arm features adjustable height and adjustable flow. Depending on what beer you’re brewing, the surface of the mash will be at different heights. Simply lower the sparge arm to just below the surface of the mash and your recirculation will be splash-free. The ball valve at the inlet of the sparge arm allows you to dial in the flow and reduce turbulence as you see fit.

Induction burner compatible
Notched lid provides cover while not interfering with immersion chillers, hop bags, or other accessories
The BrewBuilt Pro Brewing Kettle is built for even more versatility than the standard T.C. kettle. A third and fourth tri-clamp port are offset from the front and ready to accept an electric heating element, whirlpool return valve, or any other accessory that you want to incorporate with the kettle. Handles are located at the front and back, rather than either side, saving you space when building out a horizontal system and will keep fittings pointed away from you regardless of which side you pick up the kettle from.
Designed for Brewing. Built to Last.
BrewBuilt brew kettles are made from 304 stainless steel and offer an unparalleled mix of features for the price. At the very top of the list are four welded-in place tri-clamp couplers that offer a lifetime of leak free use. As you can imagine, welding in a coupler costs more than punching a hole and using a gasketed (i.e. weld-less) fitting. Welded fittings offer a permanent connection that to us is worth every penny. The second unique feature that we absolutely love about these brew kettles is the notched lid with silicone plug. This notch allows you so much flexibility; you can use an immersion chiller, one of our Ultimate Sparge Arms for mashing, tie off hop bags, take a temp reading during cooling, or whatever else we all can dream up.
Our T.C. kettles were designed to keep pace with the ever-evolving world of brewing technology. Tri-clamp fittings are standard fare in professional breweries, and they’ve been widely adopted in homebrewing as T.C. fermenters and pumps become more affordable and widely available. Tri-clamp fittings, also known as Tri-clover, allow you to make a sanitary connection that is free of nooks and crannies for contaminants to take hold. They are much easier to break down for cleaning compared to threaded connections, and they don’t require Teflon tape to make a watertight seal. T.C. fittings and accessories also give you the distinct advantage of being able to clean in place (CIP), so you don’t need to break down your entire system after every brew day.
This kettle comes without fittings so you can modify it with whatever tri-clamp accessories best suit your needs.
This Brew Kettle has a lot to offer...
Some other features we dig include the internal volume markers from the bottom to the top - so handy for instant reads. The silicone sleeved handles on the kettle and the lid are a cool feature to protect your hands. The tri-clad bottom with a 4mm core of aluminum sandwiched between two layers of stainless steel offers even heat distribution during the boil and also makes it a perfect choice for anyone wanting to use an induction burner. The bottom coupler is also cool with 1/2" male threads on the outside and 1/2'' female threads on the inside.
Beefy 304 Stainless
These kettles are made from 304 grade stainless. That means you will have less corrosion issues than with a kettle made from lower grade 201 type stainless. We put these kettles through a corrosive salt water test in the MoreBeer! shop and they passed with flying colors. We also made sure the rivets and riveted handles were also made of stainless steel for a long term, trouble free life. The 10 and 15 gallon size are made from 1.0mm thick stainless steel. The 20, 30 and 50 gallon size are made with 1.2mm stainless - that's pretty thick stuff - and you will know it when you pick one up. The included ball valve is a two piece design that allows for easy cleaning (we prefer these over 3 piece for ease of assembly) and is also made from 304 stainless.
Mirror Polish Finish
The mirror polish finish isn’t just for making your Instagram feed pop! This extra slick finish is much easier to clean and sanitize than a standard brushed stainless kettle. Hop trub and other organic solids left behind after a brew day will have a hard time clinging to the interior surface and scrub away with ease.
Size Ratios and Stuff
All the BrewBuilt kettles follow the recent trend to a 1.2:1 ratio where the height is 1.2 times the diameter. This is a proven commercial ratio that has been adopted in homebrewing to achieve a more consistent 10% evaporation rate during the boil. We do like this ratio for boiling. For Mashing we would prefer a little bit shallower but that is a small compromise. Dimensions for a hot-liquor tank, if you are thinking brewing system down the road, are irrelevant as any ratio kettle will do.
Final Words
With welded tri-clamp fittings, mirror polish finish, a bunch of cool features, and a solid, thick 304 stainless steel core this kettle is a pretty amazing value. Remember, if you order from MoreBeer! we ship free anywhere in the continental USA!

Gen 4 BrewZilla All-in-One Brewing System
WiFi / Bluetooth enabled RAPT Controller tracks your brewday and automatically uploads detailed information to the RAPT portal
The top mounted RAPT Controller can be tilted upward for easy viewing, or detached from the unit to mount it on the wall or placed on your bench
Mirror polished dome shaped bottom with center drain — get every last bit of wort into your fermenter while the perforated bottom screen filters out 95% of hot break and hop matter
Make larger batches or higher gravity beers! BrewZilla offers the largest malt pipe capacity for units in its size range, and the Gen 4 unit has a 30% larger malt pipe compared to the previous generation
Perforated bottom on the newly designed malt pipe allows for improved mash recirculation flow without sacrificing efficiency
With an approximately 23.5 lb capacity, the BrewZilla can mash nearly 50% more grain than similar sized models of the Anvil Foundry and Grainfather G30.
Perfect for Distillation
If you want to expand your lineup of homemade libations to offer Spirits in addition to Ales & Lagers, the BrewZilla makes an excellent pot still! Add the Distillation Lid upgrade and pair it with an AlcoEngine Copper Reflux Condenser or Copper Pot Still Top. AlcoEngine Stills have been selling on the home market for years and offer some of the most affordable, beginner-friendly stills you'll find.

Temperature Rating:
When not under pressure, do not expose to liquids above 131°F
When under pressure, do not expose to any temperatures above 95°F*
*Please note that the temperature rating for the FermZilla tank is lower when using it under pressure. When not under pressure, it is perfectly safe to transfer wort into the tank below 131°F or to use hot liquids below this temp for cleaning. When under pressure, make sure to keep your fermentation temperature below 95°F and keep the fermenter in an environment that is below 95°F ambient. This is especially important when fermenting with kveik yeast. These strains are known to ferment hot if no temperature control is being used. Exceeding the temperature rating may compromise the tank, leading to a shorter life span or sudden failure to maintain pressure. Even with proper use, we recommend replacing the tank every two years.
Please note: when using the FermZilla under pressure, you must perform a water pressure check to ensure your connections are leak proof. To do this, fill your FermZilla up with water, apply at least 15 psi pressure, and check for leaks around all caps and threads.
Pressure Stress
If you use the FermZilla to ferment under pressure, or you use CO2 to pressure transfer or force carbonate your finished beer, it is very important that you conduct semi-annual inspections of your tank. Even with perfect care, the FermZilla tank may show signs of wear from pressure stress over time. We recommend visually inspecting your tank for stress creases or other signs of wear once or twice a year. A hydro test should be conducted every two years, even if no signs of wear are found. The process is simple:
Fill the tank to the brim with water
Replace the Red PRV with a Green PRV rated to 4.5 BAR or higher
Pressurize the tank to 4 BAR (58 psi)
Check for leaks, then replace the Red PRV when finished
If leaks or potential points of failure are found, replace the tank before you continue using pressure with your FermZilla.
General Care
Taking good care of your FermZilla begins with cleaning and sanitizing the unit before and after use. The tank is made from food-grade PET, which is beautifully clear, but can be sensitive to long soaks in cleaners and acid-based sanitizers. In general, we do not recommend leaving products like PBW or StarSan soaking in the tank for more than an hour. Extended soaks have the potential to degrade the PET material and shorten the lifespan of the tank.

NOTE: FermZilla tanks are marked with a manufacturer’s “expiry date”. This does not indicate that the tank is bad after this date; it simply indicates that a hydro test may be in order. 2 years after production and every 2 years after first use, it is recommended that the tank be hydro tested to ensure the tank is holding pressure. You will also need the D1072 Green PRV to perform the test. If you do not plan to pressurize the fermenter, the test is not necessary.

Elevate your brewing game with the 220V 26 Gallon Gen 4 BrewZilla. This cutting-edge system combines more power & capcity with innovative features like wireless connectivity via WiFi & Bluetooth, allowing you to heat faster while you control and monitor your brew day, ensuring precision, convenience, and exceptional beer batch after batch!
Perforated bottom on the newly designed malt pipe allows for improved mash recirculation flow without sacrificing efficiency
Heat Exchanger Dish
The 100L BrewZilla comes standard with the Heat Exchanger Dish which redirects the flow of wort so that it spends more time exposed to the heating elements before reaching the center drain at the bottom of the kettle and being recirculated. Due to the concave bottom and central draining hole on the Gen 4 BrewZilla, recirculating wort will pass through the malt pipe and then down through the boiler false bottom following the path of least resistance. This can cause wort to make a B-line for the drainage hole and reduce the wort's exposure to the unit's heating elements. With the HED installed, wort will be directed to the edge of the BrewZilla base and pass over the elements for a longer period and reduce the time needed to heat to your set temperature. An optional accessory for the smaller units, but included as standard on the 100L BrewZilla.

This cutting-edge system combines more power with innovative features like wireless connectivity via WiFi & Bluetooth, allowing you to heat faster while you control and monitor your brew day, ensuring precision, convenience, and exceptional beer batch after batch! WiFi / Bluetooth enabled RAPT Controller tracks your brewday and automatically uploads detailed information to the RAPT portal The top mounted RAPT Controller can be tilted upward for easy viewing, or detached from the unit to mount it on the wall or placed on your bench Mirror polished dome shaped bottom with center drain — get every last bit of wort into your fermenter while the perforated bottom screen filters out 95% of hot break and hop matter Make larger batches or higher gravity beers! BrewZilla offers the largest malt pipe capacity for units in its size range, and the Gen 4 unit has a 30% larger malt pipe compared to the previous generation Perforated bottom on the newly designed malt pipe allows for improved mash recirculation flow without sacrificing efficiency Element power percentage can be adjusted via the RAPT Controller. Go full power to heat up quickly, or dial it down so you don’t overshoot your strike water temp The built-in pump is plumbed to both the recirculation and arm and the bottom ball valve. Recirculate wort during your mash, then close the recirculation valve and pump wort to your fermenter via the bottom valve Pair with the RAPT-enabled Bluetooth Thermometer, allowing your BrewZilla to calculate a core mash temperature reading and more accurately control temperatures and mash steps More RAPT-enabled accessories are coming, and future firmware updates can be downloaded to the RAPT Controller itself over the internet WiFi/Bluetooth Enabled RAPT Controller The RAPT Controller is mounted to the top of the boiler body, allowing for easy operation when you have the unit set on the ground. High Capacity Malt Pipe With an approximately 23.5 lb capacity, the BrewZilla can mash nearly 50% more grain than similar sized models of the Anvil Foundry and Grainfather G30. Concave Base with Center Draining Leave no wort behind! Ultra Low Watt Density Elements The concave base on the BrewZilla also allowed for larger heating elements with significantly lower watt density than other breweries. Easy Access Built-In Pump The built-in pump allows you to recirculate your wort during the mash for improved efficiency and more even temperature distribution. KegLand Part Number: KL27434 Please note: due to patent restrictions in the United States, the malt pipe has been redesigned with one set of bottom feet. The NukaTap FC is the world's only forward-sealing flow control tap that can use an auto close spring. By inserting the spring between the flow control device and NukaTap shuttle, the tap will automatically close when you let go of the handle. This is perfect for customers who may not be diligent enough to remember to completely turn off the tap after each pour. Or for those with little kids or pesky cats that knock everything around! This very inexpensive spring can save you from emptying an entire keg and then losing a whole bottle of gas.
Please note: this spring is not compatible with the standard non-flow control NukaTap faucet or the NukaTap Flow Control G2.

If you're looking for a high-quality draft tubing to take your system into the 21st century, EVABarrier is the clear choice. This double walled tubing offers superior protection against oxidation, CO2 loss and microbial growth. Plus, it's BPA and PVC free! EVA tubing is the future of draft line for professional applications, and now you can rig up your home system with the same first-class tubing. The 6.3 mm (1/4") ID size is recommended to be used as gas line or long draw beverage lines. If you intend to use it as beverage line, we recommend using 20-25 ft. per line for adequate flow resistance. Outer Barrier The outer barrier is made from EVA material and provides a decent stiffness to the tubing while still remaining pliable. This not only makes EVABarrier extremely kink resistant, it also makes it the best tubing to be used with Duotight, John Guest, and other push-in fittings. Inner Barrier The inner barrier is made from a proprietary polymer that acts as an excellent gas barrier. You can rest assured that your beer will be better protected from oxygen exposure, as well as CO2 loss. Your beer will stay fresher for longer and not loose carbonation like with other draft line. With other beverage line, you may notice that beer sitting in the line for an extended period will start to taste flat and/or oxidized. EVA Barrier tubing is unquestionably better in this regard and you will notice a significantly improved freshness of your beer, especially if it's been sitting in the lines for a while. Due to the high density and smooth nature of the EVABarrier inner wall, the internal surface of the tubing is remarkably smooth and almost completely impermeable. This makes it difficult for bacteria and other microbes to attach to the inside surface of the tubing. Just another way EVABarrier is looking out for you and your beer! Direct Connect to Ball Lock Kegs This tubing works seamlessly with Duotight Gas In and Bev Out Ball Lock QDs which allow you to connect your draft lines directly to your ball lock homebrew keg. Be sure to select the correct size QD fittings that correspond to your tubing's outer diameter (OD). Specifications: Inner Diameter - 6.3 mm (1/4") Outer Diameter - 9.5 mm (3/8") PVC, BPA , and Plasticizer Free* Stiff outer wall is kink resistant and easy to use with Duotight fittings Smooth inner wall prevents oxidation, CO2 loss and microbial growth build-up *EVABarrier does not contain plasticizers, or phthalates, that are used to make PVC flexible. These plasticizers are known to leach out into the beer over time and have adverse health effects. Kegland Part number: KL06248
