    The HIZO G14 Pizza Oven is perfect for making Neapolitan style pizza due to its high heat capacity. Regardless of what style pizza you're making, we recommend using Fine Rice Flour as "pizza slide" to prevent your pizza from sticking to your pizza stone or other baking surface.
