(Makes 5 gallons) Here it is: a Dry Stout in the style of Guinness. Flaked Barley helps to provide all the protein that is needed to produce that wonderfully creamy head. 63 IBU of bitterness compliments the dryness of the Roasted Barley to produce authentic Irish Dry Stout. The liquid yeast is of course from Irish decent.
