Looks just like our regular Oxy System but minus the air filter. Comes with the regulator, stainless steel oxygenation stone, and tubing. By supplying your yeast with oxygen during the first stages of reproduction you will increase the onset of fermentation, improve the health of your yeast and the quality of your beer. Especially helpful in producing high alcohol beers, where strong cell walls are needed to withstand the higher percentages of alcohol. Helps keep the yeast from 'pooping out' in these higher gravity beers. You are oxygenating with sterile oxygen instead of air, which is usually contaminated to some degree. Having problems with off flavors? Pitch large yeast starters, use an oxygen system and watch the problems disappear!
