Janet's Brown Ale - All Grain Beer Kit

(Makes 5 gallons) This recipe is from our good friend Mike "Tasty" McDole. He is one of the best homebrewers we know. Mike has won many awards with this beer, and in 2004 it was the National Homebrew Competition gold medal winner for its category.
Mike tells us the most important critique he ever received was from his late wife, Janet. She really loved this brown ale. This was her favorite.
