(General AA range 13.5-15%) A New Zealand hop typically used as a first hop addition for bittering. Bitterness is known to have a New Zealand zip/zing/bite which could be due to the higher cohumulone levels. Rich aroma and flavor includes blackberries and oak. Try it as a bittering hop in most any style.
