Fermenting Ales at Home - A Great Place to Start!
All beers can be classified into either Ales or Lagers. Ales, which like to ferment between 62F to 74F, are a great choice for the both the novice and advanced Home Brewer. Because most people keep their living space between this temperature range anyone can ferment an Ale in their closet, bathroom, living room, or on their kitchen table!
