Ales and Warmer Fermenting Recipes
Ales
and wheats are very easily brewed by most homebrewers as the fermentation
temperature requirements are usually household temperatures. The
optimal fermentation range is about 62F to 74F, with some styles and
yeast strains allowing fermention even warmer than that. These
fermentations usually only take about 14 days in the fermentor before
bottling or kegging. For basic instructions for extract brewing click here.
