German Huell Melon or Hüll Melon, is a relatively new hop varietal developed by the Hop Research Institute in Hüll. This hop has very distinct flavors of honeydew melon and strawberry. Many people find the aromas associated with this hop to be entirely unique to the lupulin family. Hüll Melon has quickly become one of Germany's most popular hops and is rapidly taking over noble-hop acreage. Due to it's unique flavor profile, feel free to toss this into whatever you see fit. Many craftbrewers are making single hop pale ales and IPAs with it, but the possibilities are endless.

Lotus™ is the latest experimental hop variety developed under the Hopsteiner breeding program to now be available to homebrewers. This tenacious hop outperformed thousands of brothers and sisters born of the initial cross breeding and survived a decade long journey to become the hottest addition to Hopsteiner's unique portfolio of exciting new hop varieties. Lotus™ displays exceptional aromatic characteristics, boasting waves of orange and vanilla followed by notes of candied grape and tropical fruit aromas.
Lotus’s genetic origin stems from Eastern Gold, a Japanese hop variety dating back to the 1930s, followed by a mix of Apollo, Cascade, and a USDA male. The USDA male was bred from an open pollinated seedling of a wild American hop developed at Wye College, England. The cross from the USDA male with Neomexicanus heritage adds an additional layer of complexity and uniqueness to this variety.

Higher AA and nearly twice the resin content of traditional T-90 hop pellets
Increase yield by reducing vegetal matter in your brewhouse and fermenter
Cryo Hops® provide brewers with the ability to get gigantic hop character while reducing astringent and unpleasant vegetal flavors. With a substantially higher oil and resin content, LupuLN2 powder offers up all the flavor and aroma of a heavily hopped beer, but with a significanly reduced grassy character. Additionally, the lower dosage rate of the concentrated powder reduces the volume of trub and therefore, kettle loss. Using Cryo Hops® you will net more beer that is clearer!
Typical usage of Cryo Hops® would be roughly 50% of pellets. LupuLN2 powder can be used in any application where traditional hop products are utilized, including: Bittering, Kettle, Whirlpool and even direct to the fermentor. It is suggested that you use Cryo Hops® as late additions, in the whirlpool or dry hop, as the volatile aromatic compounds will be driven off if added early in the boil.
Cryo Hops® are an innovative hop product that is made by separating the lupulin from the hop flower using cryogenic processing. The result is a product with twice the potency of T90 pellets, with reduced astringency and vegetative material.
Note: These hops come pelletized. The powder is compressed into pellet form to make handling easier.

Centennial Quantum Brite
One of the finest all-rounders anywhere, Centennial has been a perennial favorite in some of craft beers most successful brands for its expression of orangey citrus notes with hints of pine or cedar.
Optimized Hop Extracts
Compared to other hop-extracts, the Quantum Series tastes better, performs better, and is easier to use. It works with everything from Pils to Porters with no special handling required. Easily flowable at cool, ambient, and warm temperatures. Gone are the days of warming up your extract or scrubbing the sticky gunk out of your equipment.
Compared to hops and pellets, the Quantum Series offers a 100% utilization rate and can be used at any stage of the brewing process. It cuts down on shipping and storage costs by an order of magnitude, not to mention the labor savings from not having to lug boxes around.
Quantum Tastes Better
The Quantum Series is an evolutionary leap forward in aroma and brewing technology. When you get down to it, nobody wants to use an extract product that makes their beer taste worse off. Extracts have taken a bad rap because they can often add more problems than they solve and, frankly, they don’t always taste the greatest. Abstrax gets it. That’s why, above all else, flavor and aroma come first with Quantum.
Dosage
Consider 1mL of Quantum Brite the flavor/aroma equivalent of 1 oz of T-90 pellet hops. Add after fermentation is complete, ideally at the coldest and latest point in your process, in your fermenter, keg, or bottling bucket. Or even add a drop or two to spike your finished beer in the glass.
Features:
100% efficient flavor/aroma transfer
Consistent from batch to batch
No yield loss from absorption
Quantum will not affect IBU test results and cannot cause lightstruck off-flavors
Zero Undesirable Plant Compounds
No Lipids
No Chlorophyll
Recommended storage: 40-90°F. Do not freeze.

Released in 2012, this is one of the brand new hops from Germany that is making craft brewers around the globe take notice. Mandarina is extremely limited and in high demand for all kind of beer styles. It is being used in IPA, Saisons, you name it. It is known for having a fruity, citrusy, Mandarin Orange flavor, hence the name. It is a daughter hop of Cascade grown in Germany and is also said to slightly enhance sweetness.
We are thinking IPA but since this hop is so new we would love to see your reviews.
Galena is a classic American hop that was been used in many quintessential craft beers. Galena features great bittering with neutral character. Medium, pleasant hoppiness. Strong, somewhat floral, pleasant aroma. We use this hop quite a bit in an assortment of styles.
MoreBeer! & Galena - a little fun history
Galena was the original bittering hop we used in most of our kits thought the 90's. We later switched to using Magnum but many of our original customers still really like this hop. Regan Dillon, MoreBeer!'s second customer and later partner, was a big champion of this variety through the 1980's and 1990's. Regan still loves this hop so if you happen to run into Regan at our Concord store or at a festival you can become instant friends by saying "Man, I don't know why Galena isn't used more!"

1.7-2.0 °L - Viking Malt - Pils is a traditional European Pilsner malt with a delicate malt sweetness that gives your lagers that extra something special. Viking Pils is the perfect base for all lagers and essential for Pilsners, Helles, Marzen, Bock, Vienna Lager, etc. When your making light lagers most brewers want the pils base malt to provide a bit of maltiness. It can be the difference between boring beer and amazing beer. We have gotten great feedback from pro brewers and many have switched to Viking after trying it. We also have several craft breweries using this malt for the commercial production of light colored Pales, IPA's, and Hazys. When compared to our Viking Xtra Pale the flavor of the Pils malt is just a bit lighter. Some brewers love this for their really light colored ales that are bursting with hop flavors. Viking Malt is one of the largest malting companies in the world and the largest roaster of specialty malts. They are the main malt supplier to the famous Carlsberg brewery. Viking is not well known in the USA because they haven't had good US distribution. Because MoreBeer! and MoreBeer! Optimized Hop Extracts
When you extract the oil from hops, no matter how good your extraction is, you’ll always wind up with certain undesirable plant compounds. Abstrax Omni Hop Profiles are true-to-type optimized hop extracts without any of the undesirable notes typically found in other dry-hop aroma oils.
The Power of Terpenes
Abstrax Omni Hop Profiles are created by using individual terpene isolates. Think of them like little building blocks. We assemble them together to create an exact profile of the original hop with ZERO undesirable compounds. The result is an extremely potent and accurate profile of the original hop utilizing the power of terpenes.

9.4-12.4% AA - Grows well in all climates. Aroma and bittering for pale ales, IPAs, etc.
Growing in popularity, this dual purpose hop has very high oil and alpha acid content. Great, neutral bittering and a unique blend of "wild American" and citrus aromas.
Rhizomes should be planted immediately for best results. If your area is still experiencing frost then you can plant them in a planter indoors until it is safe to transplant outside. The first years crop will generally be smaller than subsequent years. Since these are live plants, we cannot guarantee they will grow, so we recommend buying two of each type to help ensure their success.
Shipping Restrictions:
Due to agricultural restrictions, we can only ship rhizomes to addresses that are in the United States, excepting Hawaii, Oregon, Washington, and the counties of Bonner and Kootenai in Idaho. Unfortunately, we cannot ship these to international locations including APO/FPO addresses.
NY Cascade 023™ is a powerhouse of flavors for thiolized beers thanks to the special terroir of New York State With a higher bound thiol precursor count than typical Cascade, 023™ has huge flavor and aroma potential when used in tandem with a thiolized yeast strain Highly recommended for Mash Hopping. Maximize flavor and aromas while minimizing bitterness When used with thiolized yeast, flavors are noted to be tropical, red berry, and melon When not used with thiolized yeast, flavors are noted to be citrus, tropical, and floral What is NY Cascade 023™? Through research and development, the New York Hop Guild has discovered that our New York grown Cascade has a higher amount of bound precursor thiols than other hop thiol products on the market. Initially we thought this may have been a one-time occurrence, but through extensive testing we have discovered that the abundance of bound thiols is unique to the terroir of New York State! With up to three times more 3MH Precursors (Passionfruit/Grapefruit/Guava) than PNW Cascade, our 023™ branded Cascade is a powerhouse of flavors for thiolized beers. We highly recommend utilizing these TRUE90™ pellets in the mash with a thiolized yeast like Cosmic Punch® or Star Party™ from Omega Yeast. What are Bound Thiols? Bound thiols are a precursor compound that consists of a thiol (a class of aromatic compound) bound to glutathione, cysteine, and dipeptide intermediates. The bound thiol content normally consists of a higher concentration of bound 3SH/3MH (Passionfruit/Grapefruit/Guava), than found in the free thiol content of many varieties of hops. How Do You Unlock Bound Thiols? Unlocking bound thiols requires a two-step process: Mash Hopping!!! Everyone’s favorite blast from the past is back in style! Mash hopping employs an enzymatic process that breaks down glutathione bound thiols into cysteine bound thiols. Utilizing a Thiolized Yeast! By Breaking down these precursors into cysteine bound thiols, this enables yeasts with IRC7 and PatB Enzymes to break down the bonds with cysteine, setting the thiols free and unlocking Cascade 023™’s immense amount of flavor! What’re the Benefits? By unleashing the power of bound thiols, our Cascade 023™ can give you a similar punch of flavor to that of propriety varieties with elevated free thiol content. With the Mash Hopping technique you can dramatically increase your yield by minimizing hop additions in the Kettle and Whirlpool. Cascade 023™’s enhanced bound thiol content allows you to maximize flavor and aromas while minimizing bitterness in your product. Recommended Usage Rates? We recommend as little as 0.50 lbs/bbl up to 2.5 lbs/bbl in the mash, though most brewers agree that 0.75-1.0 lbs/bbl is an excellent sweet spot! For homebrewers, that's roughly 0.25 oz/gallon up to 1.25 oz/gallon, with 0.4-0.5 oz/gallon being the sweet spot. When calculating bitterness during the mash hopping, a good general guideline is about 30% of calculated IBUs from an equivalent by weight 60-minute kettle addition. Summit hops are a newer American varietal with both bittering and aromatic characteristics. A super high alpha acid content and bright, citrus nose of tangerine and orange make Summit perfect for American Ales like IPAs, DIPAs, and Pale Ales. Although typically used for bittering, get the most out of this hop's aromatics by using Summit in the dry hopping process.

Flavor/Aroma: Tropical, Stone Fruit, Dank
The perfect hop: Using 100% hop-derived terpenes, Abstrax builds exact profiles to match the flavor and aroma of an exemplary lot of Citra® hops
Consistent results every time. Eliminates the variance of using hops that may differ by age, crop year, storage conditions, growing region, processing method or farm
Replace pellet hops: 5mL is equal to roughly 5.5 oz of pellet hops, while 1 oz of Quantum is equal to 2 lbs of pellet hops
Strata® Quantum Brite
The heir apparent to the Citra® throne, Strata® represents the future of flavors being sought out in the marketplace. Strong tropical fruit notes of mango and passionfruit are followed by what can only be described as robust dankness.

Whole cone hops are often preferred for dry hopping as they maintain contact while floating in the beer and are easier to remove
Adding whole cone hops directly to the mash tun is a great way to add flavor and help clarify wort
Cascade is the classic American hop that really started the hop craze. Defined by its citrus, and often more specifically, grapefruit flavor it is now sought out around the World. It is a true dual-purpose hop that can be used for bittering, at the end of the boil, or the fermenter. Used in so many craft brewed pale ales, but none more famous than Sierra Nevada's Pale Ale. You cannot go wrong using Cascade in all kinds of American style ales.
Whole cone hops are typically the preferred format for dry hopping as they maintain contact with the beer by floating, they are easier to remove than pellets and they add a unique character to the beer. Adding whole hop cones directly to the mash tun is also a great way to add an extra layer of hop flavor and to clarify your wort as it filters through the flowers.

Experience the 3G Difference
Reduce Staling & Improve Shelf Life — A null-lox malt bred without lipoxygenase enzymes, preventing the oxidative reactions that cause staling. Reduced DMS — Contains up to 60% less S-methylmethionine (SMM), reducing DMS potential for cleaner flavor and enabling faster, more efficient boils. Amazing Flavor — Clean, crisp, and balanced. In blind tastings, brewers consistently preferred it to other 2-row base malts. Versatile — Highly modified for easy conversion and kilned like a pilsner malt for an extra-light 1.7–1.9 °L color, making it ideal for everything from lagers to hop-forward ales. Real innovation in base malt is rare. Viking 3G Xtra Pale represents a revolutionary step forward, engineered to give you a distinct advantage in quality, efficiency, and cost. This premium European malt uses naturally bred, null-LOX barley that actively prevents oxidative staling, keeping your beer fresher, longer. We’ve also engineered it with up to 60% less SMM (the precursor to DMS), ensuring a cleaner, purer flavor profile while enabling faster, more energy-efficient boils. The result? A superior, brewer-preferred malt that delivers the performance of a premium import at the price of a domestic. Stand out without driving up costs. 1.9 °L - Viking Malt - Xtra Pale is a modern 2-row base malt designed for very light-colored ales. While it works great as the base malt for any ale, it is particularly perfect for today’s extra light colored pale ales and IPAs. Xtra pale is germinated like a pale malt to have a high degree of modification for easy brew house conversion. However, it is then uniquely Kilned like a pilsner malt for a very light color in the 1.7 to 1.9 Lovibond range. The result is a malt that easily and quickly converts like a true pale ale malt, but is as light or lighter than most Pilsner malts. Morebeer! Pro worked with Viking to design this malt based on numerous customer requests. Unique light-colored barley varietals were chosen and the germination and kilning processes were selected to get the best of both worlds. Compared to other 2-row base malts on the market that were originally designed for big breweries, and are neither true Pilsner or true Pale Malts, Xtra Pale was specifically designed for light, craft-brewed ales. Hot side hop additions should stay in the kettle and out of the fermenter. Keep all that hop matter from transferring out with your wort using this Double Handle Hop Filter. This compact unit is a great option if kettle space is a concern and you don't want the basket to interfere with other accessories. Conveniently hangs on the inside of your kettle so you can remove it at any point if needed. The double handle design will keep the basket nice and steady compared to single handle units. This is a great alternative to hop bags which have the potential to decrease hop utilization. While using this filter basket you can add hops directly to your kettle for maximum wort exposure.
Brewing all grain beer? This hop filter is also perfect as secondary filter when transferring wort from your mash tun to your boil kettle. If any tiny bits make it past your false bottom, the hop filter will catch them.

Citra® is currently one of the most sought-after hops among craft and home brewers for their intense citrus aroma and flavor. Grapefruit and lime aromas along with gooseberry, passion fruit, and lychee notes. Currently one of the top choices for late hop additions or dry hopping when you want to make that ultimate hop bomb IPA or Pale Ale. Citra® also has a fairly high alpha acid content making it a good choice for bittering IPAs, Pales, and American Ales. Supply has been limited in the industry but MoreBeer! loved this hop from day one and bought a lot of it years ago on contract.

Cryo Hop® Hop Pellets
