The same configuration as our B3-1100 Flat System, the 2100 is just bigger!
26 Gallon Kettles allow you to make 20 gallon batches. Just imagine
brewing with 4 friends and everyone goes home with 5 gallons of beer.
Or you can make beer for a party all in one batch.
The 2100 comes with 26 Gallon Kettles, but fits both 26 and 15 gallon kettles
Why is it important that is also fits
15 gallon kettles? If you ever want to make 10 gallon batches, some brewers
have chosen to get a 15 gallon boil kettle, which has less surface area, so
they don?t carmelize the wort by losing too much water during a boil.
This system also comes with a wheel system built-in (not in picture.) Two
casters are welded onto one end. On the other end there is a folding handle
that allows you to pick up and move the system in a wheelbarrow fashion.
Easy to move, yet very stable in a static position.
Pros: Low overall height and easy access are the selling points of this style.
Ability to upgrade to full Digital Package. Built-in casters for easy movement.
Large volume makes it easy to brew with friends.
Cons: Have to balance the flow of two pumps running simultaneously (flow
of liquid in and out of Mash Tun) because there is no gravity drop from
Hot Liquor Tank to Mash Tun. Larger footprint.
