Recirculation Immersion
Our preferred method to cool with was
invented by MoreBeer! customer
Jamil Zainesheff. We
take an immersion chiller
and modify it. Wort is pumped
out of your boil kettle and back
through the Recirculation option
on the chiller.
Pros ? Easy-to-maintain Chilling Surface.
Fast. Low Water Usage. You can keep cooling
until you get your desired temperature.
Cons ? You must have a pump, but pumps are
standard on Flat and Tippy-Dump Brewing
