Similar in theory to the Tube-in-
Tube counterflow where
hot wort is flowing one direction
and cold water is flowing the other
direction. This unit works with a series of
plates that are soldered together.
Pros - Compact, Very Fast, Low water use
Cons - Must have pump. One pass through, if
you don't get the temp drop you wanted you
don?t have easy options to get it cooler. More
difficult to clean.
