This package includes all the benefits of
the Digitial Smart package and includes a Control Panel, automated Hot Liquor Tank
burner and many more features!
Imagine standing in front of your shiny
Control Panel - you are the Master Brewer.
You can set your Mash temperature and
your Hot Liquor temperature and keep
them within 1 degree. You can raise the
temperature of either with the push of a
button. You can also control pump functions
at the turn of a dial. All this allows for
more freedom during the brewing process
and more consistent results.
Digital Hot Liquor: Monitors and maintains
the temperature of your Hot Liquor water
through a fully automated burner systems.
The Digital Hot Liquor option ensures that
even though you are taking heat out of your
Hot Liquor during a recirculation (and
transfering that heat to your mash) your
Hot Liquor temperature remains constant.
The Deluxe Stainless Control Panel:
The Control Panel complete the Full Digital
Package by putting the control and displays
at your fingertips. Via the built in Digital Controllers
you can change mash temperature,
sparge temperature, the action of the pump
and more. We incorporate safety lights onto
the control panel that let you know when
your control panel has electricity, when your
pump should be on, and when you?re hot
liquor burner should be on. These are handy
when brewing to visually see when something
is about to happen and to trouble shoot if
anything goes wrong.
More Cool Features:
We throw in a couple more cool features
like a float switch in the Mash Tun. This controls
the pump during sparging so that you
always maintain the correct water level on
the top of your grain bed. We also include
a high performance convoluted copper coil
heat exchanger so you can keep your Mash
temperature within 1 degree.

Digital Gas Systems incorporate an automated
burner on the HL Tank.
