This is our most popular gas system
because it does not requre professional
installation. It runs off the very common,
portable, barbecue-style
propane tanks. The burners
on this system will produce
~55k btu, while still retaining
excellent flame control. They can easily
get 20 gallons of wort to a raging boil.
The entire gas system is supplied by
one regulator and one propane tank, as
opposed to a regulator and propane tank
for each burner. The included, highpressure
regulator is adjustable from 1 to
10psi, and is designed to connect directly
to a standard, barbecue-style, propane
tank.
