Instructions:
Place the SmartStrip on your keg in a vertical position using the reusable adhesive backing. Activate the strip by spraying with hot water (100 F) and wiping it down with a cloth towel.
Tips:
Clean the surface of your keg to make sure it is clear of dirt or condensation before adhering the SmartStrip
If three temperature gauges are lit the green middle box is the correct temperature
The optimum temperature range for the SmartStrip is between 35 and 45 degrees.
New kegs, or newly moved kegs may need foam to settle to read correctly. Apply CO2 and allow to rest before taking a level reading.
Make sure to remove the SmartStrip before returning commercial kegs. The SmartStrip adhesive backing is reusable for several applications. The amount of uses depends on the treatment of the SmartStrip and the cleanliness of the keg surface it is applied to.
