Factors such as pressure, oxygen percentage, the micron rating of your stone, wort temperatures, specific gravity levels, flow rates and contact times can affect the amount of oxygen that will dissolve into solution. Every brewery set-up is different and we as homebrewers are normally guessing how much oxygen to add. We now offer a Dissolved Oxygen Meter so you can know for sure if your yeast are getting the oxygen they crave. This is a great tool for the advanced brewer or brew club who is trying to take their brewing to the very highest level.

Comes with refilling electrolyte solution but you will need to purchase a bottle of zero-oxygen solution for calibrating.
