Made by Briess, our Dark Malt Extract is to be used in place of dark specialty grains. Made from 2-Row, Munich Malt, Crystal 60L, and Black Malt, this extract is dark enough for any beer. It never lasts longer than a few weeks in our shop, where we package it in oxygen barrier mylar bags. Does fresh extract make a difference ... decide for yourself!

We recommend customers to store their extract in the refrigerator if they do not plan on using it in 3-4 weeks.
