Wheat Malt Extract

Made by Briess, this malt extract contains 60% Wheat malt and 40% 2-Row malt. Light in color, it is great in Weizens and American-style Wheat beers. It never lasts longer than a few weeks in our shop, where we package it in oxygen barrier mylar bags. Does fresh extract make a difference ... decide for yourself!
We recommend customers to store their extract in the refrigerator if they do not plan on using it in 3-4 weeks.
Wheat extract, although light in color, is generally darker than other light extracts so please keep this in mind when using this product.
