(Makes 5 gallons) Frank has been working on this kit for about 3-4 years. It started with KIT250 and Frank added on more malt extract and more finish hops. It features an amazing amount of 7 oz of hops and 9lbs of malt extract. The resulting flavor is obviously huge while the bitterness is relatively moderate. He would have to make these additions each time he ordered and he finally asked why he couldn't have his own kit to cut down on confusion. We thought about it a bit and the style series was born. So when you all are drinking one of the style series kits tilt one to Frank for the good idea.
