(Makes 5 gallons) Dr. Yoshitaka Funasaki got his start a little over three years by reading "The Complete Joy of Homebrewing". In those three years the good Doctor has amassed a top-of-the-line brew house which includes a MoreBeer B3-1550 and four MoreBeer temperature controlled , stainless Conical Fermenters. He uses his MoreBeer equipment to create some great pilsners for his wife to drink. Yoshitaka runs a dental clinic in Kagamoshi-Ken, Japan when he is not brewing, and has been doing so for over 10 years. This malty beer has a touch of Carafa in it to give it the color, and Saaz hops all the way through - including a dry-hop addition! A must-brew for the adventurous lager fan.
