California Common- All Grain (Advanced)

(Makes 5 gallons) California Common is a unique tasting beer that typically utilizes Northern Brewer hops. However, due to the hop shortage, we have had to substitute similar American hops in its place. With subdued fruity flavors, good hop bite and medium maltiness, this beer still retains its unique qualities due to a famous liquid yeast strain that retains lager characteristics up to 65 degrees.

include grain bags or yeast. The

below. All grains will come milled unless otherwise requested at the time of purchase.
